Brought my car in after being rear ended, as they were one of the body shops on my insurance's list. So glad I did. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. The job was done in a timely manner once the replacement part was received. We did a walk around before leaving the shop making sure I was satisfied with the repair. We needed a rush job on a mirror replacement while my daughter was home from college on spring break. They found a mirror that matched her vehicle, had it shipped and installed in 24 hours. The price was far below the estimate and all interactions with the staff were pleasant and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Horizon Auto Body. We located them through Think Local Umpqua. In addition to everything else, we like that they are supporters of local businesses.

Do Not take your vehicle here. Took our Honda Element for front end repair. got it home and noticed they used zip ties in place of factory fasteners. Worse yet, I drove the car 500 miles and the transmission started slipping. checked the fluid and it was 2 quarts low. Put fluid in and it had a small leak. If 2 quarts of trans fluid leaked out in the driveway before the accident I would have noticed. If the under carriage of the car was as oily as it is now before I took it in they should have questioned it. Took it back and the owner did not own up to the mistake. He's a LIAR. They replaced the radiator support but didn't touch the transmission lines; Right ! Over spray in the engine compartment. I am taking it to Honda and then I'm filing a law suit.

I have Had 2 of my car repaired there and they looked like new after they where done. sadly going to have a third one sent in soon. I tell anyone I know than needs work done to go to Horizon Auto Body they are the best

Avoid. I brought my Honda Odyssey to them after it had hit a deer they got me an aftermarket front bumper that had pieces of the underskirt that were never attached. They had to replace my ac condenser but the ac didn't work right because I only had one fan going. When I had them check they're work they blamed my vans electrical system. At my next mechanic visit it was discovered that my second fan was not plugged in due to they're negligence. My front grill they installed is bent in I discovered shortly after install according to Horizon/Green Body's theory someone must've leaned on it or it been bumped in a parking lot right after they "fixed" it. Now 18 months on I have a small annoying coolant leak on the radiator they installed. FAIL FAIL FAIL.

Our experience with Horizon Auto Body was great (winter 2011/2012)! They were professional and did a great job matching the paint after someone backed into our brand new Honda Insight. Thanks, Horizon!! :)

Horizon Auto Body was amazing to work with. They were quick and efficient explaining the process and answering any questions I had. I would refer all my friends and acquaintances to Horizon hands down and I personally would go no where else.

Worst body shop ever. Ok job on fender but they left the drip guard that keeps the water away from the engine, off. So I get a code light and engine issue whenever I wash my car or drive on wet streets. They messed up the wipers and I've had to fix them twice now. I would not take another vehicle here if they were the only place in town.

We took our truck into this shop for an insurance claim. They took a while which honestly was expected. Once we received the truck back, we inspected it at home. Things that should've been replaced were not. They replaced the brush guard on our truck and it was extremely wiggly. They broke clips that hold on the grill. They re-ran the fog lights on the brush guard leaving bare wires exposed (HUGE FIRE HAZARD). The tire that was damaged during the accident was not replaced and has large gashes in it and the wheel is breaking apart. They broke the housing for the passenger side headlight. They didn't even properly hook up the batteries! The list just keeps going on and we expect to just keep finding things at this point. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
