Quick and easy!! Great deal compared to other places, super friendly staff as well!! I work rite down the road and they bring us coupons and it's a heck of a deal! I've also seen them come jump start a few cars in our parking lot to help people out that had car issues...

I used to take my car in all the time here for oil changes and I went in for a quick oil change and they said it was leaking and that the check engine light was on which it wasn t prior to going in and they were going to charge me for unnecessary parts I left when I almost arrived home I get a call from them to go back in and turns out it was leaking exaggeratedly which it wasn t prior to going in.Over all terrible experience, they just left my car in terrible conditions and they wont be fixing it

This review is for the mall location only in Roseburg. Stop and ask the technician to locate an oil link. The technician looked on top of the motor and said the valve cover gasket was leaking. Then the technician tried to sell me a fuel filter and air filter. Technician was only interested in upselling and not meeting my needs. After the experience I went to fuel up, transmission fluid was literally dripping out of the bottom of the car. "not a fan."Service: Oil change

Recommend this place to anyone. I broke down coming back to California with a dead alternator. They took me in on Memorial Day and fixed replaced the unit and got me back on the road. Oh btw, very few shops will touch a BMW X5 let along a DIESEL but Ryan did a great jobService: ElectricalService: Electrical

We went in to see if they could do a tune up before a long weekend trip and despite being busy, they were able to squeeze us in. The report that all the mechanics had with each other was really cool and were friendly. Everyone was wonderful! We mostly spoke with Jared and he was utterly amazing, a very honorable man and walked us through what was wrong (even showing us the damaged parts) and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He is very polite, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely deserves a raise!

They were great about fixing my van I drove my van twice after they fixed it and the serpentine belt came off. I was told by the mechanic that if it comes off again that it wouldn't be a problem he would put it back on no problem. Now I have called them twice and gave them my address twice and I'm still waiting for him to show up. If I had 2 vehicles I wouldn't worry about it so much, but I don't. I will have to really think hard about trusting there word.

These folks rock!!!! We were stranded with a busted radiator and they absolutely went above and beyond to not only fix our car quickly, but also give us rides to the hotel with our toddler so we didn't have to stress. Logan and Co are stand up guys. Support these people!!!!

The first thing I noticed was how clean and well organized the shop is. The technicians were very nice and professional. They checked all the fluid levels and topped off what was needed. They checked the color of fluids and made suggestion as to what needed to be replaced. Checked all the lights to make sure they were all working properly. Replaced the gas filter and air cleaner. I left with the confidence that by vehicle was inspected and serviced properly. They have a nice waiting room with coffee available. I will go back.

So I used to get my oil changed at this place Religiously, until I went in and had my tires swapped out. It was a horrible Experience. 1st of all the guy quoted me it would take an hour, when all said and done it took 3 hours.. My truck drove just fine when I took it in there and when it left my truck will not go straight for the life of me. It w ants to pull to the left extremely hard and is very dangerous. I called to complain about it and nothing is gonna be done about it. When I got my truck home that day each tire had different tire pressures and the front 2 tires didn't have weights on them. The mechanic that I had putting them on putting them on was in a horrible mood and got grease all over my truck and rims. Would not recommend this place for the life of meService: Tires

They got my ancient chevy 4x4 truck back on the road more than once, and lol, it probably needs to be taken out back and put down. They took no advantage of me, and treated me most kindly. I am autism spectrum and feel safe with them so my appreciation may be be larger than most. I know honesty when I see it. These folks are honest, friendly and hard working. This place has been my Go-to for everything I need to keep my car on the road. The staff are so friendly, patient and I never feel as if I m not getting my money s worth or ripped off after I have had my car serviced or worked on. I love DC Precision Lube! My last car had a slow oil leak and they had no problem topping off my oil EVERY week for FREE! Everyone is so nice and Nick is a great manager. The guys who helped me were kind and made my visit fun and enjoyable. I usually dread getting any work done on my vehicle because men usually talk to me like I'm stupid but I didn't experience that at DC Precision Lube & Tune. They talked to me person to person and I wasn't afraid to ask them to explain things I didn't understand. Very friendly staff and fair prices.Service: Oil change

So far so good; my friend's car is running better and the oil no longer leaks from the head gasket. Surprised the parts were readily available so quickly for a 25 year old. Friendly staff, for sure, and everything was more than competitively priced. You've earned our business, thanks!

Our VW van broke down near Roseburg on our way back from Calif and DC Tune was the only place open on a Sunday. They were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Awesome! Great people, trustworthy, fast. They take great care of me and my car every time I need an oil change, a coil fixed or even my key remote programmed. Nick is an excellent manager and has a great team of mechanics. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
