I would rather have a root canal than buy a new car but this was, by far, the best car buying experience we've ever had. Chelsee is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Kinsey is also friendly, helpful and a tech wizard. Brandon is very nice to work with too. This crew is a great team. The price was good too.

Megan and Del were my assistants in the Service Bay this week for my 4,000 mile free Toyota Care checkup! I was:Greeted, checked in, and off to the comfortable waiting lounge. They offered me a car wash. Who on earth in Roseburg Oregon would ever turn down a car wash?! The reason for a missed star is that while they used to give a quick vacuum, they don't anymore. Bummer when dragging a vacuum outside to get her really clean is difficult. I like the pampering! Great job everyone! Thanks for taking great care of my 'Jean'!

We had purchased our 23 Rav4prime with much help from Rebecca T. earlier this year....thank you again Rebecca. Our car needed the 10k service, so I contacted Clint Newell Auto Group to set it up. My point of contact Shelby P. was helpful in getting the process started. Within a few minutes Rebecca L. reached out from the service department and set up my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by Megan L, my service advisor. She had my paperwork in hand, and she thoroughly explained everything. I want to thank everyone for the excellent service.....from Shelby, to Rebecca, to Megan, and of course Mitchell M. who performed the service.Wouldn't go anywhere else!Thank you again,Jay S.

I've not purchased a new car in some time, and wasn't looking forward to it. I can say the sales staff really seem to know about the products they sell. Our sales person, Chelsee, really knew about the particular vehicles I was looking at, and did not push to get the sale, nor did I receive any phone calls after my visit to see if I'd changed my mind. The experience was relaxed and easy going, so I'd not hesitate to make another purchase from there, if need be.

Chelsea was such a friendly, fun, professional, no pressure personality. She was like catching up with an old friend even when she knew I was buying a different car for my daughter. Her motivation was clear she only wanted us to be well cared for. I later decided to have her help me take care of my wife s car needs with our recent move. I have no doubt I will be contacting her when it s my turn for a new truck. Thanks again Chelsea!

Clint Newell takes care of us promptly when we get service work done for our new car. They also give us rides to restaurants where we can eat while we wait and then they pick us up when the job is done. They also have a nice waiting room with a tv if we choose to stay and wait. Clint Newell takes care of us well for routine service work.

My experience for my recent service appointment was excellent. The whole service team was very helpful, kind, and very professional. The waiting area was very well kept up and comfortable. Overall my recent experience was very exceptional.

Just went here to get service with my girlfriend. The staff were friendly just had some communication issues. We came for a standard oil change and to check if the wheels were bent. The oil change was fine but we were first told that a wheel was definitely bent .. after questioning them more they checked with the people that worked on the car and it turns out they never even checked. They told us they had to spin them on the wheel balancers to check and could not visually see it. Which is what we originally asked them to do.

Great experience as always .. we are repeat customers Brian Newell was our sales person .. very knowledgeable . No nonsense kind of guy no pressure . He was awesome Cody the finance guy .. very thorough made it a point to explain in detail every aspect of the paperwork and coverage great crew and pleasant experience all together !

I contacted Rebecca Todd, a sales person at this dealership last week and she was so helpful to me in getting a new RAV4 which I purchased 1/19/2024. They had new RAV4 cars in their inventory I could choose from, and ultimately I purchased one of them. But first she also researched for me other color choices they could have gotten for me elsewhere. I highly recommend her and this dealership.

All of the Staff we worked with were the best ever. No high pressure sales, they just provided us with the information we required to purchase a new car. We worked with Frank Mesa and Rebecca Todd. With all of the vehicles I have purchased over the years from various car dealers in the state of Oregon these two were absolutely the best ever. Knowledge, humorous, extremely easy to work with.

Clint Newell service is excellent. On my last visit I had both Megan Lymath and Dan Carter as service advisors, one for the oil change and vehicle maintenance check and the other for the windshield wiper repair. Quality service in a spotless facility. I will continue to have Clint Newell for service on my vehicles.

I always trust taking my car to clint Newell, In the past I Would take my car to a dealership in other towns and I'd always got rip off, and swore I would never do it again.I have been going to them for over 20 years and haven't had a bad experience.They are pretty quick to get you in And will always call you first if they have to do anything extra to your car.Mallory and Shelby were very helpful and very nice.Thanks.

Very good experience. No pressure to "buy it now" or upsell pressure to purchase extended warranties. Our salesperson Chelsee is a very pleasant person to deal with.

Chelsee Dreier and Rebecca Todd were the sales associates I worked with, and they nailed it! They were super helpful, understanding, and patient with me during the process. Also, this particular dealership isn't like some of the others I looked at that had those "market rate adjustments" - at least not for the vehicle I was looking for. Totally worth checking them out, even if you have another Toyota dealership in your area.

Great service very kind folk. At first when we brought it in something happened with our refund. However Malori took care of that and the current one when they fixed the truck. Clint Newell Chevrolet/GMC takes good care of us and for them being the only game in town; we re grateful they still are caring about their service and the quality their customers receive. Very refreshing in this day and age.

I had the most positive experience at Clint Newell Motors on 10/27/23! Not having decided if I wanted to purchase a used or new Toyota, I scheduled a test drive with a new Corolla. My salesperson, Connor Scott, was not only friendly and professional, but he was highly knowledgeable about the model s features and exerted no pressure in my purchasing it (a huge relief for me)! And, Connor saw to it that the test drive took me to a road which resembled our one-lane steep gravel road so I could see how it would handle on a daily basis (this was probably the #1 selling point to me!)! Thank you Connor and Kudos to Clint Newell Motors!

I got everything I needed done and in a timely manner. Kinzie was wonderful and so patient. She was able to figure out a solution to the problem I was having with the audio in my car. I would have never figured it out without her help.
