I had my Honda Accord repaired at Clint Newell's Body after a deer ran into the side of my car. They told me the work was guaranteed for paint defects and workmanship for as long as I own the car.The Door skin that was installed on my car has rusted through because the body technician did not prep and rustproof the installation of the door skin to Industry and I-Car standards, I'm told by several body shop that a very important step was not done in the preparation of the door skin ( Weld Through Primer) would have prevented this type of failure. this is a product of poor Workmanship.The Body Shop manager told my husband it's not their problem that I have owned the car to long, This is not acceptable to me. I love my Honda and it is in Immaculate shape not a speck of rust on it except for the door that was skinned improperly. take a look at the photos.My husband has left Clint voicemails to please at least call him with no response, that is just not the right thing to do Mr. Newell.

Great service - awesome experience. This review has to do with the service department, specifically at the Toyota dealership, and especially Malori Yarborough. I almost never go to dealerships for service, and I wasn't excited about having to do so on my way through town the first time I towed our new travel trailer. But we needed a new brake controller to replace the malfunctioning one we had. We were on a time crunch AND had an older vehicle that meant our parts probably wouldn't be in stock. At first we were told that we would have to leave our tow vehicle overnight and that they'd offer us a shuttle ride to our campsite outside of town. This was generous but made us nervous - being stranded without a car in a somewhat remote area with not great cell service wasn't appealing. But Malori stepped in and got us taken care of. Instead of to our camp, we were given a shuttle ride to lunch, while they installed our brake controller, which they had in stock. The only problem we have is that we don't live close enough to use their service department more often.

I had a excellent experience at Clint Newell Auto Group. I called them for the model SE prius several days ago! Sales associate, Rebecca Todd, was very helpful, kind and patient. Even though I can't make the deal at the end for my part. However, I would recommend Clint s group to ANYONE looking for a excellent experience.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at Clint Newell Auto Group in buying a car! Our sales associate, Chelsea Dreier, was very helpful, kind and patient. Everything was explained professionally and in a manner that could be understood. I didn t feel pressured or rushed, nor did I feel that things took too long. Everyone that I came into contact with was pleasant and made me feel comfortable being there. I would recommend Clint s group to ANYONE looking for a good experience during such a major purchase!

My experience at Clint Newell was the best! Devin helped me pick a car that fit my budget range and I love my new car! He and Brandon made the financing super simple and easy as this was my first time financing a vehicle. They were very friendly and down to earth. I will definitely be going back when I decide I m ready for an upgrade.

Devon was our sales associate. The guy is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you need a way into a vehicle, he will do what he can to try and make that happen. The Staff at Clint Newell are amazing as well, very friendly and very helpful in any matter you may have at the time. Thank you Clint Newell for a excellent buying experience!!

I had such a good experience at this dealership! Rebecca Todd is wonderful saleswoman. Her and her team were very thorough and made the car buying process so easy. I d been searching weeks for my dream car and was able to drive it off the lot in 3 days of finding it, instead of waiting 3 months! Overall had great service and would recommend buying a car from this dealership!

Went to pick up a Tonnue cover i ordered online for my truck. The guys were very friendly, and the pickup was quick and easy. They loaded the cover for me, and I was on my way.

My wife and I loved purchasing our new Sienna from Clint Newell! Ryan Keith was a huge help and kept us informed on when the the right van would be available and was great to work with. The whole process was easy and a little too stress free. I absolutely hate buying cars but this is our second vehicle purchased from Clint Newell and we'll be back when the time comes to trade the Sienna in!

Best car buying experience I have ever had! My sales lady Rebecca Todd communicated perfectly, answering all my questions and concerns. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Alexa did a wonderful job teaching me all about the car's technology. I will definitely buy another car from Clint Newell in Roseburg and recommend them to friends and family.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle that would better fit our family s needs. Devin B. at Clint Newell Toyota showed us multiple makes and models of SUVs on multiple different occasions before we finally made a decision. It was a nice change of pace to be able to come and go, day after day to a dealership without feeling pressure to buy! I genuinely feel that we were able to make decisions that best fit our needs as a result of this. We will be coming back!

We are very pleased with our experience working with Brian Newell while buying our new Buick. He made sure we explored options to ensure we bought the car that suited our wants and that we were comfortable driving. Brian took time with us and did not pressure us.Cody and Allison were also very good to work with and were patient with us getting through registration paperwork and learning the car's options.We will most definitely recommend Brian, Cody, Allison, and the Clint Newell Auto Group.

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Rebecca Todd is the most knowledgeable Toyota sales person I have ever encountered. She was willing and able to find the unique truck I was looking for when others told me I would have to wait three months. When I picked the vehicle up it was clean and ready. They realized I was in a rush due to weather conditions and they had me in and out in a remarkably short time. I will be recommending their services moving forward. Thank you Rebecca!

Just want to let everyone know how good we were treated by Connor Scott the salesman and the rest of the crew at Clint Newell . We had been on the search for a lunar rock 4Runner for sometime now. They are very hard to find but Connor worked his magic and found one. This is our second 4Runner from Clint Newell and both times were great service and we were treated very well. I recommend anyone in the Douglas county area or Oregon for that fact to check them out . We are beyond joyed with the crew and the treatment we received . Well done Connor..

Chelsee was not pushy at all. Super friendly. I had been to several other places before coming here and found a car I liked and was very happy. The finance guy ( I'm sorry I can't remember his name!!) Was able to get me where I wanted to be with my trade-in and on my Payments. I will definitely recommend them and come back next time I'm ready for an upgrade. :)

I had a great experience with Clint Newell! It was my first time purchasing a car and my sales associate, Kyle, did a great job at answering any questions I had and helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. The process took a while because I had to wait for an email from my bank (no issues from Clint Newell's side), but Kyle did a great job at keeping me company for the hour that it took for the bank to get back to us.

During these trying times I was dreading the buy a car from a dealership hoopla. But my experience at Clint Newell in Roseburg was second to none. My sales associate Nathan Wilcox was by far the most friendly, knowledgeable no pressure salesperson I've yet to encounter. I not only got a new truck but I also got a whole new outlook on car dealerships and life in general. Thank you all from my family to yours we appreciate the way you do business.

This by far was my favorite and BEST car buying experience. Chelsee Dreier was super nice, knowledgeable and quick to take care of my deal. Cameron Newell was super helpful in taking me to drop off the rental i had and going over all the features of my new 4runner. Brandon in Financing was great and went the paperwork process quickly. I'm in love with new 4runner and will send all my friends down to Clint Newell Auto Group.

Very Happy with my Clint Newell service department. Rebecca is the associate who called and said my car was talking to her and It needed an oil change. Got right in to get it done. Very happy with all associates. I'll be back again.

It's my opinion that folks at this dealership made an error at the expense of a customer. Rather than correct it and make amends, they hid behind a slippery bit of fine print that allowed them to shirk responsibility. This is not a dealership I'd trust with my money. I'd especially be concerned for women walking into this place and having any expectation of fairness or integrity.If this is the sort of business that replies to low reviews with a 'gosh we don't know what you mean please reach out' message, know this: they they are well aware of the problem. They do not need me to reach out. Only if they've screwed over multiple customers recently will they have any problem sourcing the issue but hey, if that's the case, that's on them. If the dealership makes right with the customer, I'll edit this review. If it's one star, that tells you what I think you need to know.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, Brian Newell was the sales person, and he went out of his way to get me a better interest rate than I could have gotten on my own, and I thought I had a good rating already. Everyone that was there in the place treated my family with a great deal of respect and kindness. If you are interested in getting an automobile, this place would be a good place to start.Thanks Brian; for the 2020 Buick, it has been a wonderful experience.

Chris Baumgartner was the person who helped me with my purchase for my GMC pickup, very professional.I was looking for a new car and Rebecca Todd went above and beyond helping me with the process ! I received my new Toyota RAV4 Hybrid yesterday and I absolutely love it ! Alexa Lay was great explaining everything about the car ! Rebecca Todd really helped me out on exactly what we needed in a car. She wasn t pushy, but had great communication with my family until the perfect car came in. We went with a new Toyota Highlander. We will definitely buy another car in the future from Clint Newell Toyota in Roseburg, and work with Rebecca again. They got us much better rates than other dealerships we looked at too. They were great working out the finances and were patient w us.

We were very pleased with the whole wonderful experience and great price on our new Toyota Camry. Shelby was extremely helpful in getting us set up for all the tech features on our car. Corey answered specific questions about the financing options but left it completely up to us to choose. And Rebecca, our saleswoman was so helpful and genuinely warm, walking us through the process.We have already recommended friends to go over and SAVE on a new Toyota.

Chelsee was AMAZING!! This is the first time I had ever order a car prior to driving it, and prior to it ever being built!! I was a nervous wreck! Chelsee was diligent, patient, kind, and the calm to my crazy! She kept my updated with every change, and reassured me if anything changed she would be in touch... and she always was. I highly recommend Clint Newell of Roseburg! 10 out of 10 recommend!

What a wonderful experience. Scott and his Chevrolet crew were amazing to deal with from start to finish. No pressure at anytime during the purchase.
