I bought a set of tires for my pickup. I was told they had a 60,000 mile warranty. When it was time to pay I noticed on the invoice that there was the mileage warranty, as stated but there was also a 3 year limit that wasn't mentioned at all. When I asked about the three year limit the person that I was dealing with told me that they have to protect their vendors. You're kidding me .I should have had them put my old tires back on and not done business with them. So a little over 3 years the tires were shot and had 27,000 Mi on them. Definitely won't do business with them again

If I could give a zero star I would. I very rarely review a company unless I feel it completely necessary. As a small business owner in a small community I feel very strongly about my experience at the Roseburg Big O. I brought my truck in to get checked out because it was making a terrible screeching sound. My initial thoughts were a bad belt which I had shared with the gentlemen at the shop. They agreed that was the most likely culprit and gave me a quote. As someone who is not a mechanic I trusted they would diagnose the issue and let me know their collective thoughts. They let me know promptly what needed to be replaced to fix my truck. They also informed me of other issues I may need to address. Trusting their professional opinion I agreed to have them fix the problem as well as replace the other bad part. The timeline took longer than they had estimated previously but that is understandable. When I got my truck back and pulled out of the parking lot I realized that not only was my truck still making the same screeching sound but it was far worse than before. I figured as a company with accountability and integrity I could call them and let them know and they would help me fix the problem. They said to bring it back and we will comp you at least for the parts. I did so and they told me that it s likely not the belts or the other repairs they had previously recommended and that it was a problem they don t work on due to it being engine related. Again I understood and asked about knocking some of the unneeded parts and labor off my $3000 bill that the previous employee had offered me. After having to call them daily and being told they would call me back I eventually waited a week and called hoping for a resolution. They responded to me saying that they are absolutely not interested in refunding or comping anything. That is what you can expect when choosing Big O Tires in Roseburg. As a man of integrity and accountability, not a mechanic, if you need new tires or work on your vehicle I would highly recommend taking your vehicle ANYWHERE else. These folks, specifically the owner from what I gather, do not value you as their customers. They do no value their integrity. They do value your money and when they improperly diagnose your vehicle they will absolutely keep your money. I am appalled by this experience and hope that you, the people reading this think twice before making a costly decision to a greedy company. It s not like they don t make enough money to comp services that don t fix the problems you have with vehicles. I would again encourage anyone who values their money, and integrity on what business to choose to choose a company that isn t in the business of ripping people off. I m sure they will give a joke of a response to this review trying to reverse the blame if they even bother to respond to it but the FACT of the matter is I trusted them, I brought them my truck, they (the mechanics) worked on it, didn t fix it, added extras, then charged me for a truck that barely made it home. I will be sure to continue to spread the word. Do yourself a favor and service and choose to take your cars and trucks anywhere else unless you like doing business with crooks

They will rip you off if they get the chance. I brought my vehicle in for a very specific issue, they charged 1k to fix the issue and not only didn t fix the issue I had discussed with them but somehow made it worse. Trying to be reasonable with them about the problem proved to be a waste of time, they have no interest in being decent people. Their only interest is to take all they can get from their customers. Being a new mom this has put a tremendous financial strain on our family, not only being out the $1000 but also still having our vehicle out of commission. It is truly sad that the owners at the Roseburg Big O Tires are so greedy.

Big O always has the best customer service, everyone is always very friendly informative and will do their best to get you what you need and answer your questions. My 5 year old loves getting the popcorn and watching them work on our car from the big window in the waiting area

I live in OR and have twice bought tires in CO, most recently in May of 2023. On October 21 I had a blowout in OR. Since my tires are under warranty, I called Big O for direction and was told to call a local authorized dealer as the nearest Big O is 70 miles south.The authorized dealer refused to install one tire without putting on a full set since my car is AWD. There's no way I needed to replace all my tires. To get my tire installed and not void warranties or be required to unnecessarily purchase additional tires, we had to take my car to the location 70 miles away.Chad at the Roseburg location (store #037035) explained they'd need the CO store to order the tire and have it shipped to OR. I was assured all was handled and my tire would be in OR soon. This was not the case.After multiple calls I was informed by OR that it was out of their hands because the CO store had stopped answering their calls. It was suggested I try calling CO. When I spoke with store #006042 I was told they d order the tire, but they badmouthed the OR store, claimed it wasn t CO s problem, and that OR was trying to double dip.On Wednesday, November 22 at 5pm I received a call that my tire was in. Thursday was Thanksgiving; I promised to be in asap on Friday. The OR store assured me no less than 4 times over the past month they d get me right in and I d be on my way after 30 min. They knew I was out of town, limping on a donut, had no appointment, and had been without a tire for 4 weeks. After 17 calls with the OR store, 5 with CO, and waiting 1-month I finally was getting my tire replaced.I showed up to the OR store on Friday ~10:45am. Staff grumbled that I asked for balance, rotation, and alignment. I had to wait two hours for my car to be serviced. I was given a printout of my alignment and told that the front was really messed up. When I asked for confirmation that it was fixed, I was told no, I could come back next week. I asked about my warranty and the person at the desk said it should still be good. I said I needed a definitive answer. He sighed as he said he d go check with the manager, and when he came back told me I needed to talk to CO and that they put on my tire without even charging me. I should be grateful!I am still flabbergasted that it took a month for me to get my tire after the stores put me in the middle and the atrocious service I received. I have called the national customer service line 5 times as of writing this and am still waiting for a solution.

I have always found the staff at Big O to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They listen to your concerns and requests, and they take the time to explain all services. They are happy to answer any questions you may have and they do high quality work. Most recently they performed the 90,000 mile service on my truck and it is running great now! I trust Big O and I will continue to go there for all my future service needs. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with their service. I was stuck with no way to change my tire, I had first called Les Schwab as that's where I would normally go for tire issues, and was told to call somewhere else twice during the phone conversation, even after I had said I would wait and pay the fee. I then called Big O' Tires and they instantly said they would help, and said not to worry about the service fee. They sent someone out, he helped me, and replaced my tire. I will be going here from now on.

Got new tires a couple years ago. Unfortunately, they wore very quickly and I had multiple punctures from rocks in the road. The guys here were always quick to get my truck in and get the tires repaired, which was great because I had very limited time available due to my job location and the distance I had to go to the shop.Once my tires got to the point where my truck got a bit loose in the rain, I decided to get new ones. They got me in same day and were able to adjust the price to reflect the mileage warranty.I have no qualms about recommending Roseburg Big-O, and will continue to go there for my own tires and alignments.

Roseburg Big O is the best! I bring Big Blue here for all my needs! My rearview mirror came off, and my tail light was out, they fixed it all for me. Free of charge! I love the quick courteous service I get from the young men here! The view doesn t hurt either

These guys were life savers! I Lee took a turn too tight pulling my RV and hit the high curb causing two tires to blow out. All this happened at 5:40 when I was a 15 minute drive away Big O closed at six. I called ahead they had my tire ready they got it fixed but only had one they were able to troubleshoot find similar rim and tire that would work just fine and got me hooked up with the second tire so I could move my RV. They did all this staying past their closing time and did so with positive attitudes and great customer service. I would ve massively been stuck if not for their help.

These guys are awesome, while traveling from Oregon to Utah I noticed a screw in my tire. They not only repaired the tire but they also rotated my tires and gave me an update on my transmission fluid.

They 'forgot' and put on big o brand tires that I refused and after their 'alignment' my steering wheel shakes at 60mph. Will never go back even corporate customer service was all 'can you prove you told them you didn't want those tires'. This place is a scam probably just a front with the number of 'customers' that came in to chat or get a quote.

Big O is my new spot for tire anything! I brought my car in for an alignment after Ford did not properly align after a recall fix. Chad, the manager really went above and beyond to get my car properly aligned. Good ole small town customer service!! Highly recommend!

Great customer service, very professional, and very competitive. Chad and all the techs there are great to work with. Both my vehicles have been serviced here at Big O Roseburg and I'm very pleased with each visit. I asked them for a bid on new tires and wheels. Took it home and compared Big O prices with others. I found both the tire and wheel prices were below other competitors, and had Big O install the new tires and wheels. Additionally, they competently installed my leveling kit.

Driving from Ca up through Oregon.1st time visiting.Rain started up.Was feeling nervous.Stopped to have my tires checked. They checked and yes... tread was low and alignment bad.Tires were a fair price, so was alignment.The staff were super great.Checked my whole car for me.I left with peace of mind.Finished my trip without worries, and gas mileage vastly improved.Dallas was a gem.Patient and tolerant of all my questions even though he was super busy.He is a top notch employee. Promote him ASAP.

I always go here for tires. I went in for rims recently and was taken care of from start to finish. Dallas who works there is awesome. Help me through the process and kept me informed. They have a big selection, and go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

We have been doing business here for over 2 decades. Their prices have always been fair but they do excel with their services. They have fixed almost all of my flats over the years at no charge. Even tires that weren't their's.

Anthony was so incredibly helpful. I had a slow leak on my tire and my car has a special tire lock that wasn t easy to find. I m so grateful he was willing to take the time to help us find the tire lock and then fix my tire when it would ve been easier to send us away to try to find the tire lock on our own. Great service. Thank you!!

Thought I was going to have to spend $200 on a new motor for my windshield wipers. Took it to Big O and Mike was ableTo look at it and tell with in a few minutes that all I needed was $5 dollar part. I went & got the part & They installed it for me right there with no charge. Mike was very nice and I was very appreciate.

285/75r16, which is what was in my truck is 33" in diameter. Not sure why they said I should have 35" tires, even after mentioning having difficulty getting my cab over camper on. They gave me pricing to level the truck and do an alignment, but come to find out they actually CAN'T do that with quad cab long beds.Overall the tires were in stock, price was decent, installation went quickly. I just expected professional service and was left underwhelmed.Fast forward to 12 March 2023, I've had zero luck with the Big O tires. I've since replaced their tires with their competitors seeing as there was a safety issue. After being told that something was wrong with my truck and that there was nothing wrong with the tires... I'm over 3,000 miles on their competitors tires and am NOT experiencing the same issues.Won't even get into how the Big O manager berated me about how he should have known about my issues... because he's correct, but their internal communications aren't my problem and neither is his inability to read customer reviews concerning the issues his store receives here on Google.

I came down from Eugene to take my father to his doctor's appointment following a stroke last week, when my TPS light came on. Turns out I had a puncture. There was an hour and a half wait for the repair but they helped swap the donut and repaired the tire while we ran our errands. To top it off they wouldn't take any money for it. I was really moved by how helpful and efficient they were. I'm very grateful to Big O and their staff. They made a stressful day much less so.

Our car was riding so rough we thought we'd finally worn it out. We took it in to Big O to see if they could diagnose the problem. Dallas and crew fixed it and now our car runs like new again. Thank you.

They gave us a free alignment check when we switched out the winter tires. We already knew the alignment was out but this only confirmed what we suspected. They got us right in for an alignment and it only took 30min to get done. They could have made a bigger and more accommodating guest lounge when designing the building, but few tire places do have comfortable waiting areas. I ended up just standing outside while I waited.

I love your tires. When I walk past your store every afternoon I say my god what a great place full of tires and hard working employees this is the best place in cottonwood just like the gardens of Eden this is the Eden of car tires

I bought tires through them a while back under warranty, and when I got a screw through the sidewall on one they had a new one(exact) ordered and on my car with a day or so. Solid work, would recommend.
