Saved $250 compared to Toyota on a FOB for my 2015 4 Runner. FOB was available here, Programed and Valet key cut! Awesome job from these guys! Total was $62 out the door bought the FOB on Amazon for $40 make sure the codes match your old one there on the inside...

Called for batteries. Didn't have ,said would call me on Wed when they came in. Called Wed morning and Colin had no info on my order. Also told me a would get a core charge discount. Drove to the store and explained what happened. No apology, but had a smirk , I asked to only other guy there if he was the mgr. Claimed he wasn't. Both were rude and finally found info and now told me next week. I asked about core refund and was told no core refund. I asked who was Colin. Told oh, he's the route driver. I said so, so he doesn't have to give good service or info. Again rude and said to both , were AHoles. I'll buy from Amazon rather than try and give this local business MY BUSINESS.

I just had the absolute worst experience with this business. When I brought my fully functional iPhone 6 in to get the cracked screen repaired, the screen was just cracked across one corner, a small crack.1. When I initially brought my phone in, they insisted that I should just give over my password with myriad in private information in my phone. They insisted that they do this all the time for law-enforcement, and everyone else, and no one has a problem with it And that lots of people share their passwords with them without issue. And they had no policies in place to protect people s privacy, whatsoever. Considering how much information is in my phone, private info...personal details, enough to ruin me financially especially, I insisted on resetting my phone to factory settings before turning it in, since it was backed up. They seemed offended at this but obviously it was completely my choice, so that is what I chose to do.A few days later I went and picked the phone up, and I was disappointed to see how the new glass fit on the phone. The guy at the counter told me it was because your phone is bent, that this is like that They had told me that the glass replacement would be just like if Apple did it for me. It wasn t. See the photos. I had planned to send this phone back to Apple to replace the battery. At this moment I am a little nervous that Apple will refuse it, based on the poor job done on the display.Today I came back in and I was nice (honestly very nice at the beginning), but I explained how I was disappointed in the way the screen turned out, and also that I was nervous about sending it back to Apple. The guy at the front desk was very nice, However he went to his manager who came out and was rude from the very start. I hadn t been rude to him (at all), and insisted that I was nitpicking after I had asked if I could maybe have a discount on replacing the battery (they charge $100!), so they actually could ve made a few bucks off of me, but instead he refused any business from me, was extremely rude to me in front of other customers, and then as I left the building he told his front desk guy and that s how you deal with that I feel a little bad because a mom with a child had to hear me yell a profanity as I left. I m livid, and I will never use them again.

Dylan and his team have been AMAZING! When a discontinued 12V battery and connection were both unavailable, they were knowledgeable enough to help me get the components needed to create an AMAZING solution!Extremely good problem solvers and resourceful beyond previous locations I ve visited.They are TOP notch.Thanks BPB TEAM!

I brought in my phone (Samsung Note 20 Ultra) in for a screen glass replacement. I had to pre-pay for them to order the new glass before they would order it. I was disappointed to learn that the $270 that I had been quoted was actually $350, because the quote was for a different model of phone.After paying, I brought the phone in for repair, and came back about 90 minutes later. I was told that they were having problems with the screws to remove the back of the phone, and that they needed about another hour before the job would be done.I returned an hour later, only to hear that the "screws were stripped" and they could not repair the screen. I told them that the phone had never been repaired before, and that I'm sure the screws were not damaged from when the phone was new from Samsung.The end result was that my phone was now not repairable, and I had to order a replacement phone. I was offered a refund for the screen that they had ordered, and a "sorry" for the trouble.Please reconsider bringing your phone screen in for repair, and be prepared to have to replace your phone.BTW - This business is no longer authorized to do warranty work for Samsung products. Use at your own risk.UPDATE- I went in to the store and spoke with the manager, as recommend. He was professional and courteous. However, all he had to offer was that he was sorry for the experience. The "owner" had not spoken with him regarding the incident. Even though the response to the review was appreciated, it did just seem like a standard response, with no actual concern.My recommendation is to just avoid this business.

The guys at batteries plus bulbs are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I had it battery replaced on my phone. They got it done sooner than expected. I am so glad that I took my phone in there to have it replaced. I have had no problems with the phone since then. I wouldn t take my phone anywhere else to have it done in the future. They are always welcoming you to the store and you thank you too which I appreciate greatly. I have also had battery watches replaced at this place and when you get the lifetime battery, they really do mean lifetime you to stick your watching and get you next battery and it doesn t cost you anything.

I had a bad experience years ago at this store and was reluctant to go back. My wife and mother in law have reported that the management had changed and that the customer service was excellent. I decided to give it another go and confirmed what they'd told me and was very impressed with the great service. The Energizer AGM deep cycle marine/RV batteries I purchased came highly recommenced from several different sources and the 30 month warranty was the best one I could find. So far, very pleased.

Requires the original physical card form of payment to receive core refund.I can see wanting to refund the money back to the card, but requiring it to be physically present seems like a carry over from simpler times. Or you could change the policy and just pay the refund in cash, and make it super simple.

I looked everywhere for an unusual battery for my water leak detector. It occurred to me that I should look at Batteries Plus Bulbs because they were helpful when I was looking for an unusual light bulb. I went online, ordered it and had it in my hand the next day. Great job!

Ive had nothing but amazing service with them my van needed a transmitter put inside my key. And Towing all of that. Unfortunately with my hardware missing it didn't work he told me he highly doubted it would but we still gave it a shot. As im waiting for my vehicle to be towed up iv had complete communication on everything to insure its fine they have gone above and beyond for me in soo many ways. I truly do appreciate it guys couldnt be happier with how caring and willing you have been in helping me to the best of your abilities you guys rock and as soon as the hardwear is back in my key and it running i be back in for some things. Thanks again i appreciate all your help

I go there for all my small battery needs since they have opened. I purchased a "lifetime warranty" when I purchased the battery for my watch. I went in recently and they told me I had no warranty connected to my name or phone number. I insisted I did and one of them told me to "prove it". Another one told me "it was my problem not theirs". Another said " give us the new battery in the watch and we'll give you the dead one back" and another one said "the battery in my watch wasn't theirs". What an amazing bunch of surly employees. All I can do is never do business there again. The customer is ALWAYS wrong and trying to rob them and if I don't like it, I certainly can take a hike. I will.

Professional, staff is knowledgeable, and courteous. The guy was immediately useful to check inventory before we even got to price. Had a week hold up on parts order, not on them. Phone was repaired within 1 1/2hrs and am writing this review on said device. Great work guys. Excellent service.

Ordered a car battery online to get a 10% discount. It didn't go through so the employee made it happen. He installed the battery professionally and I was on my way very quickly. Very impressed with the whole transaction.

Absolutely wretched service and products. Upon arriving and taking my phone in for a battery replacement the workers seemed very shady. After taking my phone to the back I could hear them whispering to each other. I was lied to about the warranty time, price, and was given a faulty battery that ruined my phone due to discharging. Had to get a completely new phone because the other would not hold charge anymore. NEVER buy from here unless you want an expensive faulty product.

Fast friendly service. Needed the screen fixed on my iphone, I was able to make a same day appointment. The service took less than a hour. The pricing was reasonable and I got a $15 off coupon when I booked online. All in all, it was a very very pleasant experience.

This is my first time to this location. I ordered Batteries online for my RV. The guys were courteous and had my paperwork pulled already for the evening shipment. They promised to call me as I was sitting in the parking lot waiting since about 4:30 and they close at 8. About 20 minutes before closing I went in to see if the shipment had arrived. Yes it had But the young man said my batteries were nowhere to be found. Then he called someone else and was told that my batteries would come up from the Medford store on a different truck. I am a bit disappointed in the customer service to say the least. I don t think it would have killed the afternoon guy to call me or to inform the evening worker that I was sitting there waiting for my batteries and to let me know of their status. I would not have been thrilled if I had seen the lights go out and the door locked and nobody said anything. Not sure I would come here again.

This place is an embarrassment. Staff is great, but they will not stand behind there phone replacements backs or fronts. They are using inferior replacement parts. My wife phone had the back replaced after two days she push off button and the back broke. They could do nothing about it. They have a 60 day warranty, da, what's the warranty cover? They couldn't say. Stay away for phone service replacements. They suck.

Bought two 6-volt batteries for my RV to replace the old ones. The second day of camping they failed. Fortunately I had an old 12 v battery that worked for the rest of the trip. Upon returning they said they would try and charge for a couple hours and then I can pick them up. I asked about exchange or swap for the batteries. They said no... that is our policy. (I didn't read the policy so that is my error).However, they quickly checked out the batteries and re-charged.

Bought a battery online was late over two weeks when I showed up at store after driving 50 minutes they brought it out showed it to me had me get my ID when I came back in they put it away and said you bought it online we cant process it now so you will have to come back. I said I have the receipt they so get a refund then you will still have to come back and get it. I would not have anyone buy anything form this company.

Not sure about all of their services but when it comes to heavy machinery and car/truck batteries this place has been awesome every time I have gone in. We needed some massive batteries for the D8 dozer and they took care of us. Then a specialty battery for my wife's car and bingo they had it and her car was back up and operational in less than two hours (I thought for sure I would be waiting a few days while they ordered it).

Don t waste your time and money getting an IPhone or iPad screen repaired here. They do not take responsibility for their work and just shirk responsibility on to the customer, despite having documented that the device was functioning properly prior to their repair. The older female employee was terribly rude and condescending when I brought up that my phone worked better before they repaired it. She then offered to put a BROKEN screen on my phone and refund my money if I took a broken screen. I have had to take my phone in multiple times after their repair due to it malfunctioning and ghosting were it opens and closes apps rapidly on its own. Needless to say I am very disappointed with their service or lack of service.

I brought my pickup in to test a questionable battery. They quickly diagnosed it was not up to specs for my vehicle. They had two options and explained the difference. After I made my selection, they removed the old one and installed the new one, then verified the truck started afterwards. This all took place in maybe 20 minutes. Awesome job!

Went in for a battery replacement they destroyed my screen replaced it and later claim that they didn't do that I was too young and na�ve to get a receipt showing that they had replaced my screen that they broke that wasn't supposed to be replaced in the first place and they basically Perma fried my phone and I had to get a whole new phone horrible place lost all my pictures they let just anybody touch your phone even if they aren't educated to do so and the guy who broke my screen lied about it to the manger

I just wanted to say thanks for nothing. We called ahead about a battery and install on my grieving son's car. We were told that they had one and would install it. We drove 30 miles to get there on our way to meet with other grieving family members. We got there and guess what...no battery. Supposedly they sold it already. The young man that was "helping" us had no customer service skills at all. The other young man was trying to be helpful. He looked up another battery that may work but had no idea how to change the battery. He went and asked the rude guy if he knew how, but he didn't and advised the helpful guy against it. Really, you have 2 jobs...batteries and bulbs! The helpful young man was at least able to jump the car. We took it to Kevin at O'Reillys and he had the battery in stock and he changed it for us no problem. He was so kind, helpful and understanding, I will go nowhere else.

Unfortunately we couldn't resolve an issue that seemed easy to make right. I won't go into the details but the manager was not very friendly. There are inherent costs that come with running a successful business when things don't go as planned. This could have been handled much better.

Way overpriced for key and remote fob programming. I brought them a keyless entry flip key fob and they said $20 just to cut the new flip key but he had trouble with his machine and couldn't figure out how the key could fit and I told him it could be taken apart. He did that and then told me it would be $50 to cut the metal part of the key. I left with pieces of a keyfob.

I went in to see about a backup battery for my home alarm system. I barely got in the doorway and was greeted in a very friendly voice belonging to a nice young man. Believe it or not, the battery I needed was there, on the shelf, and at a decent price!

Absolute worst place to get your phone screen fixed. Had an iPhone repaired and it clearly wasn t put on correctly as it hasn t functioned properly and the screen recracked when pulled out of a pocket. Person working was extremely rude when asked if we could get a discount on a new screen. This is also not the first time this has happened. Terrible service, terrible repair, and terrible commitment.
