We are not much for doing reviews. That being said these people deserved this long ago. They went above and beyond to make us happy in our new purchase. We had some issues in the beginning with our first choice and they responded kindly, professionally and promptly.Not only to fix but EXCEED what we ever expected them or any business to do.The whole staff from the owner Alicia to the young sales man Tim and the great mechanic Dano were absolutely wonderful to work with.After all they now feel more like friends than sales people and that s more of what this world needs! Customer service doesn t seem to matter to this world anymore but it does to B&V!We will purchase all trailers and sheds from them in our future because of the relationship and trustworthiness they have proved. Not to mention a great product. Give this local, competitive company a try if you need a trailer or shed.Thank you all at B&V, for going above and beyond in everything, we love our new giant dump trailer. It truly works great!!! Bonus .. Dumps everything first try without hassle like other dumps we ve used in the past. And it s beautiful.Heartfelt, Joe and Michelle

Great people, traveled 2 hours to pick up dump trailer, looked it over, purchased it, they hooked it up, while testing everything found a slight issue with trailer wiring, offered to deliver it after repairs, but I said let's see if we can find it, they jumped on it and found the issue and repaired it well. Very appreciative for my patience, super great people! I will do business with them again and tell anyone looking for a trailer to visit them first!

Super rude person on the phone. He kept grunting single word questions. I put up with it and went through giving his all my information to get a part ordered. They were supposed to call me back for payment details. Eight days and nothing. I think I'd rather talk to someone else to get this done.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I was very disappointed with B and V enterprises. I went there to purchase an expensive trailer and they lied every step of the way. Very unprofessional customer service. Seemed like a very shady company. I ended up buying from a different dealer not too far away for actually less money than B and V. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this dealer.Update: Notice how they had to add some fake 5 star reviews at the same time as mine, and they also pretend they don't know who I am. This place is a joke. You guys are only still in business because you take advantage of nice people.

My husband took in our Sundowner bumper pull to have some electrical work done to the outside lights, the work that was done was outstanding. The technician s name is Dan. Dan did such clean work, both my husband and I are very pleased with all the work that was done. We also had a new electric jack installed and we love it. We highly recommend B&V Enterprise for all your trailer needs.

Great place to do business! Alicia answered all of my questions over the phone and made it a quick and easy process to purchase a horse trailer when I went in. Will definitely be going back to get service done when it comes time.

Really great place! Had my trailer rewired and axle swap. I couldn't have gotten better service people were very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great customer service!

Great company I will do business here again they always drop everything to help me as soon as they can and they have worked on my trailers many times and do amazing fast work!Best company for all your trailers needs for miles!
