I just recently bought a 2023 Sportsman 570 Trail from Absolute Motor Sports. Last year bought a Sportsman 570 Utility. These guys made sure I got the right machines for our ranch. I ll be getting a side by side next. They treat you well- listen to your needs. They have been great helping me with the add on equipment too. They treat you like family.

Very happy with absolute motosport. Cool guys, no pressure and where the only dealer in the area that had the machine in stock I wanted. Everyone else said 3-4 months. Thanks again I will be back. Andy

This was the first time delivering here and always have to have one incapable of unloading bc a small business. Had to call a Tow Truck with Roll off so he could get small SUV off Trailer.

The owner and staff are good to work with. But we will never buy another polaris. We decided to try a polaris 450 4x4 on our ranch. We have ran arctic cat and honda with very little issues over decades. Due to local availability, we bought a polaris. Right out of the gate we told to stay in low gear while pulling to protect the gear case. We use the four wheeler on 50 acres of flat ground during irrigation season. After the 1st year, with less than 1,000 miles and 500 hours, we've had several expensive repairs. Even with routine maintenance by the dealer, we had it overheat and to have the unit flushed and thermostat replaced. Then we had the gear case go out. We've spent more on maintenance for this lemon than we paid for it. When we expressed our concern over the quality of the machine, the dealer told us we could have saved a lot if we had purchased the extended warranty. So there's that.I highly recommend avoiding needing a warranty by simply buying a better machine, made by Honda or other manufacturer, but stay away from Polaris!

This is the only place we go for service. Good people, professional. Excellent mechanics that are forward thinking and fix potential problems before they occur, saving us time and money with breakdowns and all the expense that goes with it. Yes, they like to make a sale, but they have always been upfront and honest with us., and we have always been treated with respect and no pressure. They are willing to give self service information to my mechanical hubby. He works out home maintenance with them and brings the Ranger to them for all the factory work. Great guys. Exceptional service.

I went in to buy boots and a helmet for my kids approx 4 years ago but didn't end up purchasing anything due to the lack of customer service. The guy stayed behind the counter on his computer and didn't seem to want to help. I went it today and was reminded why I've never been back. The same thing happened today. He pointed me in the direction of what I had asked for, but once again didn't get up or show any interest in helping me and I left. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

This place would be convenient if you lived in roseburg but the customer service is awful and not worth coming. I drive the extra 2 hours to go to Northbend Powersports. Excellent customer service, and they go out of their way to help. I do not recommend this place.

Absolute is ABSOLUTE no customer service. Went to buy & decided not to due to the lack of customer service. Two guys sitting behind the desk & NEVER got off their rears end to help us. Lost our business. Went to Eugene & spent over 20K.

Great guys. Very helpful and knowledgeable about machines. Great prices on tires. Most often better than online. They will spend the time too help you figure stuff out. They seem very infested in making things right. Character is everything.

I had some work done there the work was done right and it was good. The amount thought it was a bit much and 4.00 over the estimate for an I electrical fitting.I did not buy my parts there and they seemed annoyed but they did the work.The kicker is I called with, I admit a minor engine mode of all things new, 2 mini bikes engines.I thought the person on the phone was RUDE .And I will tell all my friends to please shop else.

They do not guarantee their work and charge you again if they don t do it right in the first place. We will not come here again for service or recommend them to anyone.Update: they called and harassed me to take down my review and did not try to make things right.

This is a great shop! I was in a pinch and needed a new tire on my motorcycle, and John helped me out a bunch. Super nice guy and really appreciated the service! Great pit stop on the Oregon Back Country Discovery Route.

These guys went above and beyond to help me keep my machine going for a big weekend. They certainly were not obligated, but went out of their way to get me what I needed. Not expected, but much appreciated.

I've purchased 2 quads from this dealership over the years. I took an Arctic Cat 750 in for work. They refused to work on it. I took my motorcycle wheel in to have a tire mounted. They refused to dot it because I didn't buy the tire from them. They have mounted numerous in the past. (New store policy). NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No loyalty to customers!! I won't be back. Not John's fault, he's actually considered a friend by me. Don Brown, Myrtle Creek Oregon.

they don't guarantee of their work... so if you get your A TV fixed...get it home and there is any problem they will not fix it... don't recommend this place.
