I purchased a travel trailer in Dallas Oregon for my daughter and son-in-law. I live in another state. The trailer had not been moved in six or seven years so we were concerned about pulling it across 3 states. Shawn, Mike and Justin worked with me to pickup the trailer and perform the necessary maintenance and repairs to prepare it for transport. They were incredibly helpful and more than fair on the final bill. I cannot believe the fantastic service I received, while living so far away. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs. An amazing group to work with. Thank you all so much for all your hard work in helping my daughter come home safe.

Recently my air pressure warning light came on. Pulled in and we were greeted by Tim, who very efficiently removed and fixed the tire!We come from a background of customer service and Tim's was above and beyond.We will be getting tires for the Tundra this week and when needed , will be getting new tires for the Honda through them. Very friendly. Very kind.

The service was poor to say the least I went in to have the tires changed on my truck and from the moment I arrived to the moment I got the truck back it didn't go well. While lifting my truck up with the floor jacks the handle hit the door about 5-6 times I just watched and they didn't stop hitting the door till they saw me observing them. Once they got the truck in the air the jacks were not placed properly and the whole truck shifted as well twice it didn't fall but it was a hard shift like if it wasn't lifted from the proper point. While doing the tires I don't know if they were struggling or not but all I heard was profanity being yelled about bolts and the tire. Once the tires were on and they handed the truck back to me I left just wanting to get home and at the light I decided to get out and do a walk around and I noticed a scratch on one of the wheels and a loose bolt on one of the hub caps and it was not what I was expecting. I was trying to support a local shop I haven't been to before but I don't think I'll be returning. I've placed two pictures below as well.

This is the best tire shop around. I have been using them for years and they always have great service and great deals. Don't waste your time dealing with corporate Les Schwab; go out to Rickreal and have AG West Point S do the job. They do a better job and get it done faster. These are some hard working, honest guys. 5/5 Stars; I would recommend using this shop.

Went in to have 4 new tires installed on my utility trailer. They did a great job, even came up with a spare wheel so I could have a spare tire setup. They were professional with a very relaxed atmosphere. Labor is much more affordable than Les, well the other tire giant. Highly recommend.

Just needed a tire swapped and these guys were right on it. No wait time excellent service definitely coming back Les Schwab said they would have a 3 to 4 hour wait time not here

Great staff and amazing prices. They beat the next best competitor by $100 and offer all of the same after-purchase benefits. They had my tires in stock and could order most tires next day from Salem. This shop earned a customer for life

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who obviously know their trade. Several repeat customers came in while I waited for them to change my tires, all spoke highly of the service here. Fair prices and great communication throughout the process. Definitely coming back!

Very very rude people I had to cancel until the end of next month and they weren t happy about that. They had me on speaker and I couldn t hear a word the guy was saying. Then he said we are done with you and it s canceled. I SUGGEST THAT NO ONE GOES TO THIS STORE.

Ordered a tire and it took about a month to get there (special order). When I arrived I was asked by a guy who apparently was the owner, "what do you want". Told him what I was there for and all I got back was, yep.After about 15 to 20 minutes of waiting I was helped and this guy was awesome and was very polite. While waiting I could hear the owner on the phone end his conversation, hung up the phone and said, just ripped that guy off. Needless to say I won't be going back.

These people are so friendly and really know what they're doing. I've been having car issues for awhile and they diagnosed it right away and I picked it up later that day. Their customer service is great and they keep you updated along the way. Great prices.. I would recommend to anyone.

Got my tires changed there and will be getting some other things there fixed. Definitely a thumbs up for them. Good service. Good quality work. And also waaaaaaay faster and cheaper then anything I've ever seen at less schwab.

Had my wife stop in to fix a tire. They patched it up, filled the rest of the tires and then sent her on her way super quickly. Everyone was very polite and the price was excellent :)

I was told that I would be charged half hour labor on A u- joint replacement when I went in to pick up my truck it was double price $70. So if you're going to run a business and say one thing you should keep your word.

I had a bad experience with the big local tire store and found this one to try out. Down to earth prices with down to earth people, it doesn't get better! They are worth a 100 stars but there is only room for 5.

This is the best place to get your tires. They will help you in any way they can. The owners are very nice. If they don't have it they will do there best to get it for you.

Stopped by age west got a great deal on my fly mask and they now have so much more cloths and they are getting women's wranglers , lots of cool barn shirts belt buckles and adding more all the time. If you haven't been in a while you should stop by.Kathy Bell enjoying time at AG West in Dallas.

Fast friendly honest and inexpensive, 275,60,R20 good used mounted balanced 50 bucks, flat repair on another 14 bucks all done in under half an hour couldn't ask for better service
