Apparently they don't make enough money off of fuses to want to sell me any. Either that or my nice poncho made them think that I was a hippie, and they don't help hippies. Say what you want about the city, at least the auto parts store employees take the time to help everybody.

Showed up right at closing ( 4 pm) on a Sunday with 2 smoking RV batteries leaking sulfuric acid. Young clerk came to the door, I told him I needed 2 batteries and he pointed to their hours. Lazy or just rude? Thanks for helping out in a jam!! Hope the owner sees this post. I ll drive to N. Bend O Reillys before I ever set foot in the Reedsport NAPA again.

Popped in here late afternoon while on a day trip to the coast due to a poorly timed auto failure and their team worked together and went above and beyond to help me find help to get it fixed in town on a moments notice. They also got me the right parts at a fair price the first time. I d have been stuck trying to find somewhere to stay overnight without their help. Excellent customer service.

I went there and paid for 5 gallons of race gas with my metal VP can. When I got back to my campsite and mixed the gas there was only 3.25 gallons in my can. I had to make a trip back to napa where I was told by the manager that she looked in the can and it was up to the top with gas.....she wasn't anywhere near the can.I will never be back!

We needed oil for our vehicle and all the extra things for riding in winchester Bay and a Napa employee blocked the road. If I can't park back there with my truck and trailer so I can then spend money at the establishment then I guess we will have to take our money else where. It's infuriating to block off a public accessible road. After waiting and hoping someone would move, we went inside and an older gentleman said the vehicle was his and that they don't want people pulling through, that's why he blocks it. To be honest we were shocked as we only pulled through there to go into their store and purchase parts and oil. He did move his vehicle only to then block in another truck and enclose who was behind us. Then we watched them go up to him asking him to move so they could get through. I thought maybe it's private property, then after looking at zoning it showed it's a public road owned by the city. Riding groups are giant families, word of mouth is the quickest way to ruin a business. I hope Napa sees this and makes the road clear again. We are bringing business from all over. Don't be rude to the ones who keep your establishments open.

Not sure why the people at Napa think it's ok to block a public road behind their store. Napa doeant own the road. It clearly has a stop sign for the public to useDon t be so rude as to block people from using a public street. Hopw the Reedsport police give you a ticket for blocking that street

They help everyone in every way they can.They are kind polite helpful & knowledgeable.We did delivereries from their suppliers to their distribution sites in the past.Their distribution centers were also fast clean polite low stress & a fun easy place to work with.They cared about orders from stores that were small just as much as big orders. They did way less damage to parts being shipped then most places.Because they really did care.So we started buying from there stores.

The guys there are great. Whenever I need new wiper blades they help me get the correct size and then install them for free. Can't beat that kind of service. Thank you Napa employees!!

The old guy here parks out back in the middle of the road. This makes it difficult if not impossible to pull through with a trailer to buy race fuel. Move that beater for the patrons trying to spend money at your business. If I can't conveniently get parked close with my gas cans I'll not stop.

I appreciate, very much, their knowledge and experience, their willingness to help and their availability of parts. They do, however, enjoy their monopoly on the local market and sometimes can be lackadaisical & apathetic in critical times of customer needs... but good, knowledgeable people nonetheless.

They really tried to match my broken part. But it didn't happen. Probably could have used the other options I was shown. Ended up doing that later. They did very well. Thanks for the effort.

The best parts store ever!! The guys that work there are so friendly and you get fast service!! I got tired of waiting soooooo long at other part stores this is the one to go to for all your auto needs!!!

Make sure they offer ALL available options... not just the floor brand... otherwise you'll always pay twice as much as you need to. It feels to me like they're cheating me but that's just the way to do business

Always great service and great selection as well as advice when you ask. Had what I wanted in stock and was able to get vehicle on the road. Will be back more often.

Wouldn't accept a return on an alternator that was only installed for 5 minutes. Called O'Reilly autoparts and they said that they would have. Better to drive 20 minutes to Coos Bay. Better service and cheaper parts
