I happened to need assistance with a rear light so I stopped by. Penny, a service advisor, is always welcoming, and stopped what she was doing to help me. Even though I didn t have an appointment, she arranged with a technician who was equally happily interested in helping me with my problem. They had the truck in the shop in minutes and I was on my way in a short time. I didn t expect them to work me into their busy schedule but it was extremely nice and very appreciated!I highly recommend Wright Ford!!On a prior occasion about 3 months ago, we were traveling through Redmond and our vehicle experienced a problem. We had it towed to Wright Ford and within a short time they diagnosed and fixed the issue. Gracie kept us informed each step of the way and was very personable yet professional. We highly recommend this dealer!

Terrible service. I called and scheduled a service a month ago, gave them the make and model of my vehicle, came to my appointment after a month long wait and they called AFTER I dropped my vehicle off to let me know that my car is new enough that the issue should be under warranty and I need to call another local dealership because they are no longer a Ford dealership. The soonest availability at another dealership is in TWO MONTHS. When my son sits in his seat the seatbelt constantly beeps that he is unbuckled even though he is. So now we get to go another 2 months listening to constant beeping.

Called today to get an appointment to look at our 2023 Ford Mach-E, and was asked if our car has been seen at their location previously. When we said it has not, we were told they weren't seeing any vehicles that haven't been seen by them before. Instead they referred us to another dealership to get service work performed.I can understand if a dealership is busy and service appointments are pushed out, but to simply deny allowing a Ford to be brought in to be serviced under warranty makes zero sense from a big picture business perspective. Wonder what Ford National thinks of dealership behavior like this.

Horrible Service! I just bought a pickup from a dealer out of town and realized when I got home the rear defroster in the window was damaged. I stopped here because they are my local dealer and it looked like a warranty issue. Long story short they said this was damaged on purpose (not sure why anyone would do that) and they would not warranty it. The service person was very rude and I felt very disappointed in my local dealer. Went to Prineville and totally different experience. They did some checking and warranty covered the damage window. They were nice and genuinely cared about my concerns. It s a shame not everyone understands what costumer service actually means anymore!

This was my first time buying through a dealership, I normally prefer to buy private party but our family bought a van here, and I wasn t disappointed. The staff was friendly, and they stayed open late so we could come after work and purchase the vehicle we needed. The vehicle had a paint defect on the hood and they said they would fix it once their paint guy had an opening so several weeks later they called us and provided a nice loaner vehicle while they replaced the whole hood to take care of the problem. My wife mentioned the vehicle jittered while breaking, I had planned on replacing the breaks myself but when we got the rig back, they had completely replaced the breaks and calipers for no charge.

Took my truck in for warranty work. Told them the front windshield leaks water when it rains. I bought the truck used From Ford with the most expensive extended warranty they offer! Dropped it off at Wright Ford explaining the leaking windshield. They called me back a few hours later saying, "we confirmed your windshield is leaking, but we don't repair windshields". So I asked why they would let me make an appointment for a leaking windshield if they can't fix a leaking windshield? They agreed that made no sense and said ok well fix it. 15 minutes later they called again asking me where its leaking from exactly? Im thinking thats strange you just told me you confirmed it leaks in the last call and now you are asking me where it leaks from? So then they kept my truck over the weekend to call me Monday morning and tell me "yeah your windshield leaks alright, but as we went to fix it we noticed it's not original Ford glass so we will not cover it under warranty". I gave up and picked the truck up. It's obvious to me the service writer lied to me about originally confirming the leak if they had to then call back and ask where the leak was once they said they would fix it after I complained. They then kept the truck 3 days and did a bunch of mental gymnastics to call me back up and say they now in fact won't fix it! Thanks for taking 4 days with my truck to come up with that answer! You probably saved 400 bucks to now get a terrible review in a local town! Congratulations! And to top it all off I called another local Ford dealer to ask their opinion on the situation and they said I quote, "yeah the Redmond Ford dealer is known to try and get out of extended warranty work!".

We had an appt on Aug. 11, @10am, for a recall part, fuel filters & AC repaired. Our truck was taken into the garage approx 30-40 mins later. Soon after the receptionist came out to go over what the mechanic was going to do, get our approval, & we'd soon be on our way. Around noon time we observed our truck ready to exit, but everyone was gone. Around 1pm we saw people returning from lunch. We were highly upset that NO ONE COMMUNICATED that they were gone for lunch. We talked to a supervisor & he apologized & did give us a discount. We hope that service personnel will make an effort to have better communication skills. In the beginning we were told our appt would take 2hrs.We waited 3.5 hrs!approval & we'd soon be on our way.

Such a breath of fresh air coming from the impossible world of kendal in bend. Bring your business to Redmond where they actually want to work with you. Jeff is the man!

I bought a 2017 F150 new from Wright Ford and my truck has never seen anyone else for maintenance except Les Schwab for tires. I have never had any issues and have told my friends and coworkers what a great dealership Wright is.Until today. My check engine light came on. I went by the service to just have someone hook up the code box and tell me what the flag was for. I wasn't looking for a same day fix as I know service is backed up, but they simply refused to even plug in the code box. "We are to busy. You can make an appointment two weeks from now to have it checked." was the response. TWO WEEKS just to plug in a code box and tell me if my truck is ok to drive? I went across the street to O'Reilly and the manager there quickly, professionally, and NICELY ran out to my truck and checked my code. Seems like I picked up some dirty fuel on my last weekend roadtrip from an interstate gas station.I know I am one person and losing my once a year oil change and air filter won't change their bottom line at all, but I am done with their Service Department. Looks like I'll bring my F150 to other places for my routine maintenance.

Amazing small local dealer!! The service department has been amazing and they strive to get the work done right the first time!! Much better than the larger mega stores, there service is horrible and they don't care that it is. Not at Wright ford, they work very hard to get it done right, and quickly!! Thank you to your great service department!!

I could not give this shop a worse review, under no circumstance should you bring your vehicle to this service center. You are better off paying for it to be towed to bend or Prineville.I dropped my vehicle off for service as I was having issues with my brakes and my brake pedal. They diagnosed an issue, a very expensive issue, and we proceeded to with that fix.The day I picked my truck up the brake pedal completely locked up and could not brake whatsoever going over mt hood with my wife and newborn baby in the vehicle. We narrowly avoided crashing and had to call for a tow. The sales manager, JEFF, was beyond rude and disrespectful to my wife and then had the audacity to say they never even looked at my brakes let alone worked on them so its not their fault this happened.Completely unprofessional and beyond disgusted in the total lack of accountability. Will be reaching out to Ford Motor Hotline to speak with a rep about this incident and this dealership.

I drive from Bend to Redmond for the outstanding service department. Ethan is the most knowledgeable, honest, and all around good guy you would want to trust your prized possession with. The whole service department is the best I ve seen. The sales team is pretty damn impressive as well.

I was wonderfully delighted by the service I received at Wright Ford! I initially called the Ford dealership in Bend and they couldn't get me in for 3.5 months. I called Wright and they got me in within two days. I had my car back and working like new within a week of calling them. Everyone I talked to was very nice and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They also filled my tires, checked my brakes, tires, and alignment free of charge.

This is difficult review The crew there as absolutely awesome and they have (ugly) LOANER CARS! It has been difficult to get in to get work done, and it took them them a long time (I think 6 weeks) so thank goodness for the loaner, but in the end one item was not fixed. Super nice people.I also had a catastrophic breakdown another time, but they would not even look at it for 14 days. After searching the internet I was able to make the repair myself and make it to work but was really disappointed in Wright.

This place is an utter joke, right along with its mechanics ! I dropped off my F-150 with several warning lights on the dash panel. They had it for 2 hours. At first, I thought that the extended time frame may have been a good sign. Hell no! They basically told me to do my own testing on the electrical components until I found a short in the wire harness and to then bring it back for another inspection. They pulled up several codes pertaining to loss of communication between multiple modules. The service member that I spoke with absolutely refused to give me a spreadsheet of the codes and their descriptions. THEN I had already deemed the issue as the gateway control module . In fact, I had the brand new replacement part in my front passenger seat when I dropped off my truck. So I took off a little irritated and then noticed my new part was missing off of my seat. Naturally, I went back and asked what had happened to the part. No one knew of course. So I asked to check their surveillance system and wouldn t you know it happened to be out of commission that day PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! If you do, I highly recommend staying , or at the very least, within visual range of your vehicle.

My F150 is currently at Wright Ford for some warranty work. Brandon in Service and the Parts manager have been incredible to keep me informed about the problem. Communication is key!!!! We just moved here full time. My previous Ford dealer service writers where I purchased the vehicle never communicated what so ever and always had an I don't care attitude when your car was in for service. You would always have to call and ask what the status was on your vehicle. What a pleasant change it has been on my first visit to Wright. Brandon also took the time to explain the characteristics of my 10 speed transmission where as the previous dealer service department seemed less knowledgeable and wanted to avoid answering any questions.

Our vehicle was dropped off at Wright Ford on September 28, because it was overheating. When my husband called to schedule the appointment the night before, they told him that they could have looked at it that day, but to bring it in the next day, which we did. They didn't look at it for over a week - we know, because we called twice during that time and were told as much. Once they finally looked at it, we were told it was the water pump, and should be done by October 12. The 12th came and went, then the 13th. On the 14th, I called. Brandon told me it was done the day before, but that he was really behind doing all the paperwork and so I could pick up after 4. When we picked up, the service was lackluster, but whatever. When we got in the truck, the "Change Engine Oil" light was on (and had not been), and I would think most places would have called to see if we'd like it done (since it had already been there so long), but not Wright Ford. On top of this, they told us a total price without regard to our warranty ("how did I miss that?").My husband spoke to Brandon again today about the experience, and he assured us that they stand behind their "high level of customer satisfaction " and that they "can't make everyone happy". I don't know how many people can just leave their vehicle for 16 days (we're fortunate that we can), and to do so without communication about it from the dealer I'd ridiculous. We were told at one point not to call because they would let us know when it was ready...that's crazy. With what I pay for that vehicle, I could have towed it to Prineville to the dealership there, had it fixed and brought back in a third of the time, with twice as much communication, for less expense. I recommend anyone reading this do THAT, and not trust Wright Ford with your service work. 0/10 do not recommend.

New car buying experience was outstanding! No high pressure or upselling. They actually listen to what want and go the extra mile to provide it. Service department is excellent and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I bought my 2019 Ford flex from Wright's. My salesman, Jeff, was just amazing. I completed the whole deal online and by phone. He delivered the car to my home. Jeff is a good communicator, not at all pushy and seemed genuinely interested in making my car purchase as painless as possible. I highly recommend him.

I loved the Can do attitude Jeff in the finance department exhibited. He was so helpful in helping us out of our lease and into purchasing the Car. Other dealers tried to add hidden charges and did not offer any level of service. Wright Ford has gained a loyal customer and I would give them my highest recommendation!

Shop made it sound like the work I approved was getting done. Instead, they did no work and charged me pre-emptively for all the backordered parts. Someone stole the catalytic converter off our truck while it was in the shop's care, and they told us they won't do anything to help us: file a police report. There is no security or camera surveillance in the parking lot. Will never take a car here again.

Ethan was a huge help in getting parts for my truck. My f-250 had the death wobbles and my fleet company was being extremely complicated about getting it repaired. Luckily Ethan was able to talk them to their senses.Jared also helped in fitting me in much quicker than expected to get the truck up and running in a timely fashion.

My family has been doing business with Wright Ford for more than two decades. I've always had a good experience there and the service department has taken care of me anytime I have needed maintenance or a repair.

An absolute disgrace for customer service! If I could rate my experience in the negative, I certainly would...There's a reason this dealership is rated a 3.9 and will continue to drop! Took my 04 Ford in for a delayed start 3 separate times, charged twice for $1,500 and was told the service department takes a conservative approach and better yet, truck was never fixed! DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!

I would NOT recommend this dealership for service work. I took my 17 F350 in for oil and fuel filter change thinking, It s a Ford dealership, prices should be relatively similar. Wright Ford charged me $110 more than the Bend dealership. I showed them my receipt from the last time I had the same service done in Bend for $110 less. They didn t care and told me they are using the index. Last time I take my vehicle there.

Great buying experience! I've never had such an easy, hassle free time buying a vehicle. Jason was great - always upfront and honest. They even went out of their way to get the vehicle I wanted back from the valley after it had been traded to a dealership there. Love my new Escape and I would recommend them to anybody! Thanks Jason!

I was VERY unhappy with the customer service i received here. I took my truck in because i had a check engine light on. I wanted them to do a a quick code check so as to have a diagnosis of the problem and plan for the repair. Instead of doing the code check they INSISTED i schedule an appointment a week later and that it would take an hour. I went to the dealer in the next town. It took them less than one minute to check the code and come up with a repair plan.
