I needed an oil change on my sprinter van. I usually do it myself, but being on the road, I had to stop and get it done, and quickly. So I went here since it was near where I stayed. The people are friendly. The only issue I had, I do my own oil changes. I have my set of tools to do my oil change, about every 2 weeks. Never had an issue. Yesterday, I done my oil change. What a pain that was. I don't know how or what they used. The oil drain plug bolt is half stripped out. Couldn't get the socket on right. It looks like they used a power tool with the wrong size socket and tried to tighten it. Messed up the head. I know it wasn't like that when I pulled into the place. But that's how it sits now.now I have to buy a drain plug for the next time I do my oil change, to replace it. Before it's totally stripped and trying to use vise grips to get it out.

Lucus is awesome! No one wants to sit in line for over an hour. But his smile and his kindness made it just fine. So hats off!

Stopped in today and the line was LONG! But a tech was at my window within a few minutes to answer any questions and to tell me the wait time. I chose to wait and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, well organized, and helpful!

Service has gotten really bad here. New technicians who don't know what they are doing. Broke part on my car and tried to say it was just an un needed part. Sounds like I will need to find a new place to change my oil going forward .

Although it's a little pricey, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I believe it was Masyn that assisted me this time. They let me know any visible issues I had and actully they reminded me to get my serpentine belt replaced as I always forget to do that. I don't mind paying for the convince of getting my oil changes here. It's a quick process once you're in the building and the employees always seem to have a great attitude and communicate with each other as a team.

Unfamiliar with mileage oil will last. Sticker does not and has not selected the mileage, always 3K even if 5k oil. Printer for receipt not operational. Overall I won't be going back. Have been going here since it opened.

I usually get there couple minutes before they open and they got me in early which was unexpected. Fast and concise, low pressure on selling which is much appreciated.

Very knowledgeable, very friendly, no strong arm upselling. Great service. They were very busy but still were able to give personalized attention. When I asked suggestions on oil they did not suggest the most expensive one. They did not push me to replace an air filter that didn't need it. $130 for an oil change went next door to AutoZone and did it myself for $56 synthetic but they were super nice there

Took 3 hours to get a oil change there were 4 cars in line couldnt leave because people pulled in behind me. And then they put the skirt on wrong and it was dragging the ground. I asked for a refund. They spelled the name on the check wrong. It took 4 months to recieve a refund. And several hours on the phone. I would never go back here!

Good service and they do the job well and efficiently.They are always offering upgrade services but never seem pushy about it.The manager and crew are unfailingly polite, even to letting me know, up front, when there is an excessive wait due to volume or services being performed on the vehicles ahead.I find this last to be critical and very useful because it gives me the option to conserve my time as I see fit.

Never in my life have I had a better oil change experience. Tessa is my hero and has now set my standards high. I pulled in from out of town for an oil change. I was greeted with a beautiful, sincere smile and the best customer service I could dream of. I have a ford and there's an issue with plastic parts and reliability, I was informed. They made sure I'd be set by hooking me up with Napa next door, and taking the cost of the part off my bills ensuring me I wasn't being ripped off. As a girl, getting an oil change is often a dance of avoiding up-sales based on perceived ignorance. Discounting that price cost confirmed this wasnt the case. They have a strong working relationship with Napa and the transaction was seamless. Incredible!! The service was quick and efficient, and truly enjoyable as we all laughed and chatted. There was another wonderful gentleman but I don't remember his name, just that he's a bird person. Hehe. He was equally helpful, informative, and fun. It's a shame I don't live closer and can't visit them every time I need service done. They even noted my file regarding the wonky plastic situation. They both deserve a $10 raise and a statue erected in their honor. Or at least the recognition they truly work for and deserve. 1000/10 for Redmond Vavoline. Thank you!!!!!

Horrible service.Drove car in for service. They had to push my car out of service bay because it would not start after oil change. Did not care that I was stranded. Had to call a mobile mechanic to repair damage they did to my car. Fixed in 10 minutes. They had knocked a wire loose off the starter. Called the District Mgr. 5 times ,left messages, never bothered to call me back. My wife went in for a oil change a week later without my knowledge,striped the bolt to the oil pan . They said nothing at the time, leaked oil like crazy,parked overnight in our garage. Call District Mgr again. Several times, left messages. To date never have gotten even a call back.

Prior to using this service, I ve never had any issues with my car. However, after using the oil change service at the Redmond Valvoline Instant Oil Change, I found that not enough oil had been added to my car, and as a result my engine seized. Because I used this service, I now have to either total my car or perform a full engine replacement at a cost of more than the value of my automobile. I cannot recommend this service or location. 0/5 stars.Service: Oil change

Julian the manager is great. Him and his team fixed my wiper blades. They were very helpful and got the job done. You can come by and get your needs met.

Our wait was quite a bit longer than what we were told it would be over the phone, and also whenever we arrive. There appeared to be a lot of people in the work bay, but not all of them working. Once work began they seemed very knowledgeable, and got use out quickly.

I had my oil changed and after getting home, my Son and I checked my fluids. They shorted my oil by 3/4 of a quart ; they didn t fill my transmission fluid at all and it was low and two other fluids needed topped off. I went right back and made a complaint to the manager, he apologized and filled them himself. He was very friendly, and apologetic.Service: Oil change

I have had oil changes, transfer case, differential lube work & other maintenance at the W 11th, Eugene Valvoline Instant Oil location, so after going to Walmart Supercenter automotive & learning they don't include these types of services ,I immediately went to Valvoline Instant Oil on Hwy 97, Redmond, Oregon where I was greeted by the Manager on duty who quickly pulled up my Trucks Maintenance history, helped me ascertain what was due & what was OK. Oil change, Cooling System Flush and inspection of Transfer Case was performed. My truck was completed in a timely manner & I was very satisfied with the efficiency shown by the techs. In addition the transparent manner of assessing the history, current needs & future work calculated by the mileage chart & Ford recommended maintenance plan was well received & put me at ease. I would recommend this business as a good option from a basic Oil Changes, up to Cooling system needs, Transmission fluid change ,belt replacement, lube needs etc. I will without a doubt continue a maintenance regimen there.

My first trip here was great. It's a sit in your car oil change. They do not have a waiting room. Staff was friendly and really checked the car out and provided options without being pushy. I liked the cameras in which you can view what's going on all around your car. Full synthetic was about $90 and I was in and out in about 25 minutes.

Everything went great! Until I get in it the next morning when the alert on the dashboard read you are 1856 miles past your service miles. I'm going to take it back on my day off to ask them to reset it.

Excellent service and a place where they seem to have decent employee retention as tou will see the same techs when you return over and over!
