Unique Collision is the place to go. I recommend this place for your needs. My car came out looking better than it did before my minor accident. I love this place, an amazing job from mechanics and Issac who made me feel at ease leaving my car in their hands. It runs like a new car, not to shabby for a 2012. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing service from everyone at Unique Collision center! From phone communication, in person communication & all the way to the work of the vehicle. Great customer service & very accommodating. They cleaned the interior & exterior of my car after fixing the damage!! Thoroughly impressed & will use them if needed in the future. Great shop to work with. They did a beautiful job on the repair and helped coordinate everything with my insurance. They finished on time and were able to get me in sooner than a lot of other local shops.

I would totally recommend this body shop. They are fast, reliable, keep you informed do a great job, work well with your insurance company, rental car company.Plus they wash your vehicle so it s nice and clean when you pick it up. I ve picked mine up from another local company and it still had tire tread on it from where the vehicle hit me,

Wade is so good looking it spilt over onto my car. It s crazy, pretty people do pretty work. Isaac helped a lot, but Wade s eyes got me through the wait. Getting into an accident sucks and I wouldn t recommend it, but I would recommend Wade to fix all your problems if it ever happens to you!

The personnel are great ~ friendly and professional. I had a side mirror skull cap re-painted to match my car ~ couldn't find a factory match. It is perfect ~ so good that I have scheduled a paint job for the rest of the car! A good friend recommended Unique Collision as they did a wonderful job on his car. Was recommended to the shop by one of my clients and friends. The whole experience has left me feeling in good hands. Every step of the way.Exceptional service, customer service, & communication. All 3 persons on the staff I interacted with were super helpful, & friendly about it no less. They even helped coordinate w me, (on a Friday afternoon!) to grab a key from my car - I'd forgotten to grab & needed for work. Official heroes lol.Grabbed a rental car from another local business while mine was here, and they too had nothing but kind words to say about this family-run, local business. Worth the wait to get on their list for quality care. For sure.

Seeing the 4.9 stars and choosing to go with this company based off the 4.9 stars and not listening to the mixed reviews (that were there when I chose this company-now are gone?) was my biggest mistake. Parts had already been received in a previous 2 month wait to even get the car in, which I understand is prevalent in this area and knew it would be a wait to get in, my timeline once in the shop went from a couple weeks to 2 months. During this time there was zero communication unless I called them. Every week I called for an update after I was due to have the car back and I was told it would be done that week for at LEAST 5 weeks over and over. I understand things happen and timelines get pushed, but this was beyond that. When I got my car back there were multiple issues that still needed fixing, loose panels on the door, multiple scratches, hood not completely aligned, multiple paint issues and gashes on the interior of the car (I would imagine from tools dropping, mind you the car is only 6 months old). Not sure if they suspected I wouldn t look closely enough at it, and just go on my way. It was ultimately fixed after my complaints, so I will give them credit there, however I m not sure why it wasn t done right the first time seeing how long it was there. Unfortunately I don t personally know enough to review the mechanical process but as for the customer service and body work, if need be, I will absolutely go elsewhere. Ultimately, if your insurance goes through this company I recommend finding a different facility on your own, and listen to the spotty reviews.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone at Unique was great from beginning to end. They handled everything through my insurance. Got my car back to me in half the time of the original quote. The body work looks great. Everyone here is simply amazing! Kind, helpful, respectful, friendly, and professional! I brought my car in back in March, and so I am a but late leaving a review. They took great care of me and my damaged car, making it look as it did before the accident that brought us in. I really can't say enough good things about them, they are great at what they do in my experience. Highly recommend Unique Collision Center if you need to repair your car. Our car was rear ended and we had a small dent and paint repair that was needed to restore the vehicle. They are very communicative and worked diligently with our rental car company to offer extensions when needed. Our car looks amazing after all the work that they did to bring it back to normal.Service: Painting

Unique Collision so far exceeded our expectations! An accident is always a bummer, but in our case having two of our own vehicles involved made it even harder. They made the entire process seamless and stress free. Their customer service was off the charts they keep to their word and honor their quotes. Our vehicles were returned to us better than they were pre-collision damage. I would only recommend them exemplary experience. Thank you so much!! Went to them to fix some body damage on my front bumper as they were highly recommended. Alisha, Angelia, and Isaac were all super friendly and helpful in the front office. Branden and his crew did a great job and the final cost was the same as the estimate. I got my car back cleaner on the outside and inside than when I gave it to them, which was a nice touch. I had a little wobble in my mirror after they buffed it out. When I came back the next day, Branden squeezed me in right away and fixed it. Can't recommend these guys enough. We have used Unique Collision Center twice. Once when my teenage daughter ran into a parked car...and once for the hubs pick-up. Branden and his team are incredible. They did amazing work on both vehicles, their communication was spot on and they got our rigs out and looking just like new - on the days they told us they would be done. Needing your car repaired is stressful enough in itself. Pick someone honest, hardworking & professional. Go talk to Branden. I highly recommend him!

I have been hit by other drivers twice and my vehicle was broken into by shattering a window. Unique Collision did an excellent job on all three repairs. Take your car in here and that s all you have to know. There s no other place like it. It s worth the wait. These people absolutely know what they re doing and they re very kind and it s family owned.
