No hassle purchase with exactly the trailer I wanted. Everything was explained to me clearly regarding warranty and features/operation of the trailer. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the market.

We really like our new tilt deck trailer. This was by far the best trailer buying experience I've ever had. The guys were phenomenal and very professional. They also welded on a bunch of D-rings for us. The job was done on time and looks great. I'm sure we'll get many years of great service out of this Interstate trailer. We'll definitely be back to Trailers Plus in Redmond, OR for any other trailer needs and service. Thanks!!

We recently purchased a trailer to tow our car behind our RV. Jacob was who helped us and his service was excellent. We had him add a spare tire holder which involved welding and we were still finished in an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us important tips. When checking out they gave us instructions on how to register the trailer with the DMV. Very thorough and friendly service. And their prices were great! Highly recommend Trailers Plus in Redmond!

Website was super helpful and showed inventory. Then i was able to chat with a rep via text to get my questions answered. Then i made an appt and went to look at a bunch of options. The guys there were really cool, knowledgeable, helpful with zero sales pressure . I walked out with a better solution for me than i was considering when i walked in, and it cost less than i was expecting. They also gave me tips on how to get comfortable navigating with trailer (including the recommendation to go to the fair grounds to do figure 8 s backwards).All in all a very good experience

This was the most fun, best sales experience we have ever had! They were fast, efficient, and knew all the details. They could answer all our questions and gave a great detailed demonstration of everything we should know about our new trailer.If you need any size trailer don't hesitate to go to Trailers Plus. I shopped online for the trailer that I felt would work for me, I found it at trailers plus, I went to our local store in Redmond OR and worked with Austin, the deal went smooth and seamless! Austin was great from beginning to end with all my questions and gave me a GREAT price on the trailer that I wanted. Definitely one of the easiest equipment purchases I ve ever had! Quality built and excellent customer service!!

We were nearly stranded 5 hours from home due to trailer issues and we pulled in expecting to spend a lot of money on a new hitch system with sway bars. The guys helped us understand our options and got us on the road and solved our problem for free. Really appreciate their honest way of business.

Great guys to work with! Jacob was super attentive and excellent at listening to our needs. The Interstate 7x16 dump trailer we bought was a tiny bit larger than we were looking for, but man is it a beast! Plenty of inventory on the lot. Easy to look around. Easy to get questions answered. The appointment booking system was slightly inconvenient, but the one on one attention was worth the return trip. Definitely recommend.
