First off I cannot even begin to tell you how great the customer service is at Torque Factory. Charlie is a stand up guy and a great mechanic, and to add the detail and quality of work is next level.I first brought my 2005 F250 in for some work and they did an amazing job. To add, Charlie even gave me a call a few days later to make sure everything was still 100%.Through random conversations with Charlie I somehow convinced him to work on my latest project. A 2015 Mustang GT with a 2.9L Whipple. The car had a broken ring landing and needed a new engine. Upon some discussion Charlie agreed to help me out as I couldn't find a shop I was willing to trust to do the work on my mustang. To say Charlie knocked this out of the park is an understatement. Charlie took the time to help me see my dream car come to life. It wasn't just the work that was amazing. Charlie took the time to help me research different directions to go. This was a complete custom build with aftermarket cooling systems, yes systems not system, new forged short block, rebuild on the heads, full exhaust, Whipple reconditioning, Fully custom return style fuel system, suspension etc... I could write a 3 page review but let's be honest this is already "Too Long Didn't Read". Please take a look at some of the photos of the finished work. I don't think you will find a mechanic who puts their soul into their work like Charlie does. Now its time to get this thing on a Dyno and see if we break the 1000RWHP mark. Thanks Charlie!

The customer service and quality of work by Charlie and the team is as good as good as it gets. Highly recommended. Charlie always took the time to articulately explain the how and why of what we needed to do and he doesn t cut corners. I won t go anywhere else with my diesel camper van.

OMG the nicest and most knowledgeable guys! Stopped in for a quick question and they brought out some tools and fixed my squeak on the spot (no appointment). Can t thank them enough. Wow this kind of customer service is so hard to find. Thank you Charlie and the crew.

TJ and his crew are awesome! My 05 F350 broke down while I was visiting in the area pulling a 30 travel trailer. Towed it to the local Ford dealer and they were not going to be able to touch it for at least a week, which is when I was scheduled to leave the area. I called TJ, he was very honest and said he would diagnosis within 48 hours but may not be able to fix it before I was scheduled to leave. I took him up on the offer and had the truck towed to his shop. TJ communicated with me throughout the process and once he diagnosed the blown water pump he ordered the part. TJ and his crew went the extra mile to squeeze my job in between the other jobs they had on their schedule. They made the repair and tested to verify that this was my only problem, which it was. They finished the job just in time for me to keep on my travel schedule. Thank you so much.

Impressive knowledge of the Diesel engine. Charlie took the time to explain in detail, with pics, what needed done. Helpful, polite & professional. My very skeptical husband always took his truck to the dealership. After seeing how well Torque Factory took care of my truck he is making the switch!HIGHLY recommend!

Cant say enough good things about TJ and The Torque Factory. I made a trip here to get my Excursion diagnosed after getting questionable quotes from other shops. The Torque Factory saved me thousands. Extremely knowledgeable. Helped me out so much. I wont hesitate to make the 3 hour drive again next time i need my Excursion worked on. Well worth it. Thanks TJ and the rest of the crew, the Ex is running great.

These guys are the BEST in central Oregon! I took my rig to 3 other shops in town that supposedly worked on performance trucks and they couldn't figure out the issue I was having. Charlie and Brad diagnosed it within an hour. The really took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and fixed right the 1st time. I have referred 2 other people to the shop and they also had great experiences. The prices are very fair and your rig WILL be fixed right. Can't say enough great things about these guys..... except they like IPA's.... yuck! Lol

Charlie and his staff are exceptional. Had a major breakdown and every conversation about the situation and costs with them was honest and with wonderful professionalism. While talking with him another customer (an older gentleman) interrupted just to say how pleased he was with their work. That impressed me. Charlie was very honest in his estimate and discussed options. He was very helpful in assisting us with knowledge of the area since we were out-of-towners and towing a 5th wheel. Still an ongoing process as he is very busy and i can see why. I'll update with the final review.

I was in Redmond from out of town, and my van started having issues on the drive over. It became apparent on the day I was going to leave that I would not be able to drive it home. They were able to fit me in immediately and take care of my van so I get could back on the road. Charlie did a great job, the price was very reasonable, and the customer service was great. Thank you so much again for taking great care of me!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I knew that I would get a fair deal, as I know the owner to be a very honest man, however, I was blown away with the experience! Pick up and drop off - extremely, almost ridiculously easy. Diagnostics - I had no idea what was wrong with it, it was just wrong. We were given a diagnostic and estimate within a couple hours. We understood exactly what was going on, even though we aren't mechanically inclined. Price - seriously, you can't beat these guys!! Customer Service - the most important part!! This is where the extra 5 stars comes in. You will not get treated better by any other shop in town. My car had been washed!! I won't be taking Daisy to another mechanic...ever. Thanks, guys!!

I have 7 trucks with diesels and 3 pieces of equipment with diesels. If I do not have the time and especially the know how Charlie, Brad and Josh get my business. Had my water pump replaced by Josh, actually his first project at Torq Factory when he was "fresh out if mechanic school". Had a small leak the other day and a year later Charlie said they would fix it no problem, no charge, happened to be somtething else. I am very hard on my personal truck, beat the s**t out of it every day and Josh's first project on my truck is flawless. Wouldn't take it anywhere else. Period.

TJ and his guys are amazing!!! TJ is wicked smart when it comes to diesel trucks and performance/maintenance. Ask him a question about your vehicle and you won t be disappointed. He s like the patho/phys genius when it comes to vehicles! We had some scheduled work done and some urgent work, TJ was there for us! Our truck runs awesome now! Lifetime customer!

I would recommend. I ain't being paid to write this either, as i have a hard time believing reviews now days. I had a great experienced. They worked all the bugs out of my diesel. Nobody else would touch an ecodiesel. Then, they stood by their warranty and fixed it when something else broke on my truck. Smart group of guys.

First they can start by making an appointment and standing by it, don't make an appointment and then let my truck sit there for almost 3 full days without touching it. Or maybe call the customer and let them know what's going on. So after paying over $900 to replace an injector we Get our truck back, drive less then 2 miles from their shop and our trani drops!??! Considering there was NO PROBLEMS with the trani before we brought it here. We called them, they said oh the boot they replaced probably came off. Needless to say a brand new mechanic, fresh out of mechanic school, was sent to us along side the road, he determined it was trani and said we could tow it back to their shop at our cost of course. After sitting there the side of the road for over an hour and another 2 business days of having our truck we hear back it's the trani, $2600 for one from the junk yard. No thanks, I we will get a rebuilt one for the same exact cost at Bend Transmission. Kinda irronic I was talking to a new coworker telling them the issues we were having, and she said it sounds VERY FISHY, asked me what shop so I told her and she is the "part" owner with Charlie. How you gonna tell me they are doing fishy business, then tell me you own it. We will be sure to spread the word. Charlie told us to bring it to him because "he would save us hundreds" from the original mechanic who looked at our truck.... You didn't save us a dime on the original issue and now cost me $2600!

Charlie is so extremely knowledgeable, honest and has takes pride in every job. I have nothing but good things to say. I Highly recommend Torque Factory to anyone who wants to trust that the job was done right and in a good way.

These guys are awesome! Had some major tuning issues with the EFI live on my Duramax and they got the truck running great. They also noticed and fixed some other issues while in the shop. Super helpful and very knowledgeable.

Setting a better standard for automotive and diesel repair. We are the best and we are not afraid to prove it time.and time again. Everyone that works for torque factory is knowledgeable and passionate about repairing and upgrading your daily driver or your toy.
