Nancy was a breath of fresh air to work with! She listened to my needs and gave me great choices. I did a trade-in and Victor made sure I was happy with the results. All around great customer service! I never felt pressured, and we made a fair deal.This is the place to go!

I ve lived and worked in Central Oregon for 50 years. I ve bought many automobiles from dealers in Madras, Bend and Prineville. I ve never had any problems, ever.This last fall one of my employees elected to buy a car from a company in Redmond that focuses on Spanish speaking customers. Without discussing his car buying decision with any of his fellow employees he bought a car that was totally unnecessary. He is a single man who was guided into buying a HUGE Ford Expedition!?!?!He paid way above market value for a vehicle with HIGH mileage and questionable reliability.In addition to buying a car that he did not need and could NOT afford. During the purchase process he was maneuvered into buying a $3,000 insurance policy for his car. This in addition to about every additional expense that the sales person could find. SO about 4 weeks after purchase the transmission failed. David was not too concerned because he had his insurance coverage in place!He took his car back to Thomson Auto group for help. Almost 3 weeks after taking his car for repairs he asked me if I could help.I read through all of his paperwork and was shocked to see the thousands of dollars he spent on things that were completely unnecessary. The one expense that I was relieved to find was the repair insurance policy.At the time that David asked for help his car had been sitting at the dealership for 3 WEEKS.His calls into Victor were unanswered and he had no transportation to and from his full time job.I loaned David my second car my 2012 Dodge Dakota with 227,000 miles and running GREAT as my daily driver The next day I placed a call to Victor on their dealership line. The receptionist was very helpful when I told her I was looking to buy a car. She got Victor on the call immediately. When I introduced myself and told him I was wanting to discuss David s car and lack of communication on his repairs he immediately became very defensive. Instead of talking ownership of the vehicle sitting for 3 weeks with NO communication or follow up he wanted me to know how important he was and that he had several other businesses that needed his attention.Our call ended with him saying that he would get back to me with an update the next day.A WEEK later and several calls later David was able to reach a customer service representative(not Victor) who told him that they would be taking his car into being repaired!!! They told him that his car might be repaired in a week??!!!Let s pray that the $3,000 LIMITED insurance policy will cover the repairs!!If you ve taken the time to read this you now can see why the ONE star review.My reviews over the years have always focused on the positive aspects of the business I m reviewing.Of the 500+ reviews I ve only rated my reviews one star twice ..

Excellent customer service, Brody was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. I couldn't be happier with my new truck or how smooth everything went. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get into a vehicle!

If I could give more stars, I would. I recently purchased a truck from Brodie and am very pleased with my experience. Brodie is very knowledgeable, professional and was a pleasure to work with. I actually had fun while purchasing my truck which I can t say about any other vehicle purchase in my lifetime. Thomason Auto Group is my go-to going forward. I ll be in the market for another vehicle in a few months and Thomason Auto Group will be where I go.The financing with Jesse was smooth without any surprises when it came time to sign as I have experienced with other dealerships on many occasions.For Brodie s mom that reads these our sons went to high school together and I am very impressed with at how motivated, intelligent, and successful Brodie is at his age. You don t come across a lot of their generation that have their life together. Good job, Mom, and Brodie thank you for being so awesome to work with. My husband absolutely loves his truck. Thank you for making it happen!I highly recommend Brodie and Thomason Auto Group for your next vehicle purchase!

The best way to describe my experience with Thomason is hindsight is 20/20. I never should have bought from them. Don't trust them. You're getting a money siphon.My experience is elaborate and took place 2 years ago. Going into it is unnecessary because the damage (emotional, financial, etc) can't be fixed.My advice- go elsewhere. They aren't authentic, genuine or there to help anyone but themselves.

I bought a great truck from these guys! Great customer service and got the deal and paperwork done quickly. If you want no bs and fast service go to Thomson Auto Group!!!!

Purchase a vehicle from thomason auto group redmond back in October of 2021. The car was a 2012 with 74,000 miles on it. By April 2022, that car broke down. There was a major oil leak in the turbo that I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. Said oil leak had been happening over a year before I purchased the car, and complete destroyed the exhaust and intake systems ($10,000 worth of damages, over 60% of how much I am paying for the car). Not to mention, all the fluids in the car were dirty (brake fluid, coolant, windshield wiper fluid, etc.) It is now august of 2023 and my car is still at a dealership awaiting parts it has been 17 months of me overpaying for a vehicle I can t even drive, and only 6 month of enjoying the car. I really love that car, and love the team at Thomason auto of redmond, just think they should make sure that the cars they sell don t have major issues before selling them, especially for over market value.

Went here on October 10/21/2022 and left the next day with a car! I am a first time buyer and Yolanda was amazing she helped me get all my paper work I needed and showed me affordable cars in my price range with no pressure all there was laughs and guidance! I had major anxiety about visiting dealerships and the help Yolanda and Thomason auto gave the feeling melted away! I highly recommend this group and I have a nice car and a nice dealership I can go to!

Shouldn t even be putting one star here, but it s the only way to write a review, I had posted a review previously on my sons car that we got (not even a year ago) and once the review was published , I got a nasty phone call from them yelling at me for posting the review, finally got the car out of the shop in which warranty paid towards a new motor in which the car needed before even selling it, also had to pay extra out of pocket in which they will be getting the bill . I totally regret getting anything from there ..

Just bought a vehicle from them and it was probably the best experience I could have asked for. Their lending team worked with me to make sure I was able to get into the car I wanted. Sales person was very friendly and accommodating to me and my kids. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new vehicle!

We were cruising down the road, wishing that we could drive something better for the long trip we were taking when we saw their lot and, on impulse, decided to check it out. Despite being close to closing for the evening, Brodie and Jesse helped us tremendously with the choosing of a vehicle and solid, fair pricing. They were considerate, professional, and up front about the process. I couldn't recommend them enough.

We had the history paperwork and keys to the truck we were looking at very quickly. Yolanda was sooo nice and didn't give us the typical "pushy" salesperson vibe.She let us take our time to look over the vehicle at our own pace.Would definitely come back and buy another from Yolanda and Thomason Auto Group.

Kevin is a good car salesman made buying a breeze and sold the car for way under blue book value. We went in with our kids and the environment was kid friendly and they even gave my Toddler a toy. Super nice place to go, I suggest going there if your looking for a car!

Got a 2006 Mazda 3 from here not even 7months and now has a blown engine. Nice people but don t send vehicles in to get maintenance just put them right out on the lot with prices. After my mother in law left a review they got ahold of her yelling at her saying that the review wasn t fair. However they did fix one part on one of the trucks we got here but on the Mazda no help at all had to fix all the parts by ourselves.

I have been looking for a specific 4Runner for quite some time that Kevin was aware of, when they got the perfect one in, Kevin was on it for me. Very friendly people but a very shady dealership, bought a car for my son almost 9 months ago and my daughter bought her first truck on her own from there and needless to say been having troubles with both vehicles since, sons cars now sitting at the dealership due to needing a new engine from previous coverups to the engine, continued to communicate with the dealership about the issues that we were having with both vehicles to be given a car off the lot as a rental that was also dying on the road on first day, dealership kept ignoring phone calls and never returned calls when they said they would! Also promised they would give out $50 gas cards if you would leave a good review .never got and they can shove their gas cards!!! NEVET BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
