Excellent customer service and HONEST. Was told I needed new brakes on my vehicle that has 173k miles with the original brake pads. Made an appointment with Redmond Automotive and dropped off the vehicle. About 2 hours later, was told the brakes are fine and they did not replace them. Talk about being honest! I have no hesitation recommending these folks to work on your vehicle.

I do not recommend Redmond Auto Tire Pros based on close to 10 visits to their shop. I had initially given them 5 stars on snow tire purchase and alignment ($715) but after a handful of interactions I must change my review. The initial 5 stars was based on them being quicker than Schwabs and good customer service and unfortunately my experience since has been anything but that.I mistakenly took 1 good experience and turned it into 2+ months of headache. January 3rd I went in hoping for them to fix an oil leak in my 97 Honda, despite everyone saying old cars leak just leave it. I trusted this shop unfortunately so when they insisted I replace a functioning oil pressure sensor I shelled out another $200 for the sake of a small leak. After the repair I came back immediately with a NEW strong shudder and the tech seemed to not know how to even drive my car. He was confused about it having d4, d3,d2,d1and asked about it being manual vs. Automatic. What???Later that day I came back a second time to say I now had a oil pressure light blinking, which was not there prior to paying $200 for a part I really didn't need. It's obviously the part so why ask my to wait for another day when their diagnostic tech is there?They initially said they could replace the blinker and marker lights I needed but what I ended up with was 2 newly replaced headlights full of mud because the tech left them open to the elements after I declined fixing the connectors. He had already broke my new marker light and although I initially wrote it off as "cheap amazon" and graciously accepted the free replacement I now believe them to be lazy and incompetent. They left my fender wells off and lost them! How am I supposed to know to check that or the marker light housing before leaving???I waited until February 19 to have only the housing poorly replaced after a conversation about waiting ANOTHER month for those parts to come in. No thanks. My old shop in Madras could source and replace part same day...every time. There is no realistic reason I'm in a constant cycle of come back in 1 week, 1 month, Friday, Monday etc. In Redmond.In addition to this headache and poor workmanship I now also believe they only have good customer service when it's convenient. Because they routinely respond to Google reviews to combat low stars and the customer can't respond to a response, I encourage anyone reading this to take it at face value and go somewhere else. I've been here more times than I can count and dropped $1000 on a shop I do not feel valued at.

Thought I would give Redmond Auto Service a try as the appointment schedule for the other auto shop I normally take my vehicle to was booked way out. They diagnosed a problem with one of my ignition coils along with other issues that had nothing to do with my cars engine. They told me I needed new brakes and an alignment. At first I scheduled an appointment to have those things done but after reading the notes taken by the person who inspected my vehicle, which stated my brakes were well above 50% and in good shape. Then I noticed the alignment specs were for another vehicle that was not mine. Just to be sure, I took my vehicle for a second inspection with Les Schwab and sure enough, everything was good. Then just over a week later, the engine light came back on. I did give them two stars because they did fix an unrelated issue at no additional cost. However, I will not be taking my car back to them as they have shown me that they can t be trusted.

They have always been helpful and welcoming. One time specific I had a jingling noise under the bed of my truck. I had 2 other places try and figure this noise out. It had been driving me crazy for months. Finally I stop by RASTP and a nice young man drove around with me all up and down town, getting in and out trying to find where this noise was coming from. We were both about to give up. Once last look back at the shop and we had discovered that one of the bolts holding my airbags on was missing. He even tried to see if they had a spare in the shop. Now that s great customer service!!

I was skeptical about this place,but everything from the first time I called them to when we picked up our car was top notch.Oh and did I say we got all four brakes done for what the front two would have cost at Les Schwab.

We went in to get our alternator replaced. We were promised THREE time frames. Dont trust Derek! Ohh and right now we are on our way back because the technician found our plastic engine cover laying around the shop. Thank goodness we weren't to far away. Just 20 miles each way to go get it They had me by the balls, knew it, and sure treated me like it. Nope I was wrong. Air manifold. Dont let these people touch your carService: Electrical repair

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My car went into the shop in Redmond OR in January on the 25th. I have a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV that was having a misfire in cylinder 4. The shop took 14 weeks to complete the job. Come to find out not even a full 2 weeks of having it back I drove over the mountain and was stranded coming back home. AAA came and towed me back to your shop in Redmond OR and come to find out when replacing the cylinders and camshafts when the motor was pulled apart, first the heads never got sent off to be resurfaced because the warranty didn t cover it and I never received a call for me to pay it out of pocket. Second to find out used/old headbolts were put back in to it. Headbolts are torque to yield. They CANT BE reused. Third of all the thermostat wasn t new either. It was the same stuck open one they reused. This all concluded June 27th. It is now October and my thermostat was having issues, not warming up fully. Taken back to shop for further diagnosis. This is extended warranty work, assuming your 2 year 24,000 miles warranty would cover as well. Nope. You guys have absolutely refused service to me saying I haven t changed my oil because of the sticker in the window knowing we change our own oil and have receipts for it. We obviously proved that wrong. To include in February or 2022 one month after me purchasing my vehicle, I had a 6 lift installed by you guys. My Escalade now has a permanent code of error on suspension system and was told to take it to the chevy dealership. 2 years later and that issue is still unresolved. We have received nothing but negligence, and horrible happenings from this company! I had used Redmond Auto previously for several years but for circumstances having nothing to do with their service, which had al always liked,I did not use them. I recently returned and was very impressed with how they had upgraded a service with which I always found very satisfactory from the start. Bottom line: Highly recommended.

Redmond Tire Auto Pros is the first place we have even taken all 4 of our vehicles on a consistent schedule. They are Always timely, Always within budget and they stick to their schedule. We have never had a gotcha with them in 4 years of bringing our vehicles to them. For regular maintenance or breakage. Their online system for vehicle records and appointment reminders is just a bonus.

Take your business somewhere else.They will charge you for warranty work. I ve been here for brakes and tires. After this experience it looks like I m forced to go back to Les Schwab; they will at least go out of their way to help you get back on the road and not charge you for warranty work.Also, poor customer service. The younger gal could drop the attitude or you will continue to drop customers.Services: Tires, Auto brake repair

They seem to be honest, and they work fast once the parts come in. They work with you on scheduling as much as they can. I took my car in to have my snow tires put on and was informed by Redmond Auto that my brakes were needing to be changed. I received a quote which was fair and took it in that Friday afternoon to have the brakes done. I picked up my car right at 6 as they were closing, and on my way home heard a loud banging on the drivers side wheel with every bump that I hit. Thankfully I was able to find someone to look at my car the following day as Redmond Auto was closed Saturday/Sunday. Prior to having my car looked at elsewhere, I contacted them via their website to let them know what was going on, to which I never received a response. I was able to get my car looked at Saturday where it was discovered that the bolts holding the caliper on my brake were both halfway out and could have easily fallen out and caused much larger issues to not only my car, but potentially me. I waited until mid day on Monday to reach out to Redmond Auto (given them a chance to reach out) and talked to Trent. Trent told me to stop in at any time to have my brakes looked over and make sure everything was okay. I should also note that I paid roughly double the parts cost in labor to really only have half of the labor done as it had to be redone by someone else. The invoice also stated my car was also test driven prior to me picking my vehicle up but how did they not hear the loud banging at every bump and still let me drive out of the parking lot and putting me in danger? I stopped in Wednesday to have my car looked over and was made to feel like an inconvenience for stopping in as I was told and wasn t even asked which side had the issue. I was there maybe 10 minutes and they pulled my car around and said everything was fine. I m not sure if the car was even looked at but don t believe that covers the time I had to spend getting it fixed elsewhere and wasn t offered any compensation of labor. Probably wont be returning for further service on my vehicle.Giving them 2 stars because my tire changing appointment was quick and good, however this experience ruined that for me.

These guys got me in & out so fast today for some brake work! They were honest and upfront with me about their timeline, concerned that they might be too busy to get me taken care of on my timeline. I bought my tires at Redmond auto and they told me at the time they would rotate them for free. So I called yesterday had a 7 o clock appointment because I could not wait for the automobile and when I went in this morning, they said will have to work you in. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow and needed to work on the vehicle which is why I got up at 6 o clock to be there at seven. They were not very interested in the fact that I wanted to wait for the car and I did not appreciate their lack of Service. I doubt that I will buy tires from them again.

Paid around 130$ for a tire rotate and alignment after i had just replaced the entire front end with all new quality parts, and vehicle still pulls right in both lanes.They also didn't torque my control arms back down tight enough or even to spec, so now it is even worse and they couldn't get me back in for a fix soon enough, instead i had to schedule another appointment over a week or two out and finally ended up getting it done elsewhere. They do not have good alignment guys that understand how caster works, i beleive they throw anybody who is available on the machine at the time. Can recommend them for tires, services, and maybe some light duty repair, but definitely not alignments or suspension work.Service: Tire rotations

These guys were fantastic, very professional. I had taken my car elsewhere to have some things serviced and checked though they did do a good job they told me my ball joints needed replaced. However, Redmond Auto Service check them and said they did not need replaced save me a ton of money. Very pleased thanks guys.
