Very friendly staff. Was able to get my truck in immediately. Other than waiting on PACCAR for instructions due to warranty, my truck was repaired rather quickly. Always kept me informed. The facility is top notch, with a very nice customer lounge with a shower and laundry,and extremely clean Thank you Pape kenworth of Redmond

Thank you Fred and the service team for your professionalism and dedication. Our driver had a problem with the leaking seal, we called to check the shop schedule around 3pm, Fred told us most likely the driver would be taken the next morning but instead they got the truck in the shop as soon as it arrived around 4:30pm. The repair job was outstanding, the communication was a top notch. The facility has everything for drivers including showers. Again thank you for great service.

I took my Peterbilt there to get some wiring issues taken care of (high beams not working properly and a marker light wiring issue)Brought it in at 7:00am- no update calls, mechanic struggled with it until 6:40 that night. End result was no working high beams and fixed the marker light. I thought one day would be more than enough time to fix the issues. Went to pay the bill and it was $1,100.00. All the service writer said when I told him that was an expensive marker light repair was "Labor is labor". Never going back. Can't afford it.

Delayed my part for 4 days cost me several thousand dollars in revenue. Cannot work when the parts i had air freighted was not processed. Not even a sorry for my inconvenience. First and last time at this place.

Got my truck in right away during our busiest time of the year. Diagnosed problem, fixed it, and had me back on the road within a few hours. Meanwhile they had a great drivers lounge with comfortable chairs and TV, drinks, shower room, etc.

I d like to say something nice but the old white haired guy behind the counter was the least helpful, needed help finding a airfitting for my brake system and in a rude gesture was like which air fitting, I had already told him the size but would like to make sure it was right. He did not offer or even try to help me out will not be going there again spend the extra money and drive to Portland for true paccar customer service

Trucm ate a cam, very expensive... pape walked me through the whole process, starting with showing me the actual problem with the cam, explained everything they had to do to make it right, didn't fuss about talking to me and actually showing me the issue. Very upfront, down to earth, and fast.

Our company, Chilex, Inc. has only one big truck we took for oil change, diagnositics and adjustments. Came back worse than before and every belt and connector replaced crooked with a bolt missing. We take pride in our equipment...these folks do not. Had to call a Cummings mobile unit to our place to find a bad injector they should have been able to find. Still tweaking on the appearance mangled by this place.

Why are all the other pape Kenworths Drivers lounges open, And your lounge is 3 plastic chairs next to the portapotty in the parking lot? When I hear corporate told everyone to open their lounges? Are the Drivers bringing their Trucks to you so beneath you that you just like degrading them?

Had alot of trouble finding a part for my cummins from other shops and decided to check out Pape. Sal is very knowledgeable, justin and the tech crew in back are willing to help, good group of guys here, got me exactly what I needed, highly recommend

Staff was very unhelpful I had to load a truck that wouldn't run on to a lowboy they refused to assist in any way I had to get help from our shop 30 miles away.
