My battery went bad on me. It wasn t even a year old took it back to O Reillys. They had no problem with checking it guy told me it s no good. Will replace it for you. Come in and pick it up at your convenience. Very very helpful easy easy.

I bought a battery at a different O'reily's about a year ago and my mechanic said it was already no good, so I came in to get help and utilize my warranty. James was SO helpful and really made it a fast and pleasant experience! He was awesome! Thank you James, and O'reily's for hiring James!

I had gone in store asking about how much my transmission would be new, explaining my situation to the staff. Then John the store manager had told me to try filling the fluids back up and seeing if all it need was hydraulic pressure, so I spent $32 instead of $2000 and my car works like new.

Great. Ordered unusual part the night before, picked it up early the next day. Also found that little plastic part for the fuel line connector that I had mangled. Super!!

Was looking for a part. Showed the guy a picture and part number. He just said go to the end of this aisle and look. It was nothing like we were looking for. I just told my grandson he was not even trying to help us so we left.

Well I hold most of my sales through them for my newly opened shopKyle the first call manager there is pretty dang wonderfulAlong with Marshal who always goes the extra mile for me and my shop it's people like them that are unsung heros in small businessesMike Howard specifically has been my go to guy with most of my obstacles and low and behold he offers solutions to help me each timeI was sceptical moving to a new area and opening up a new location but Mike Howard has always been there to helpThanks so much Redmond O'REILLY'S!!! I miss Knechts already.Well I was in a jam and had to stop at O'Reilly to buy a dual feed fuel line for my holley carb, well turns out it wasn't the right line for that carb so I returned it to the redmond location. The fella that took care of my transaction was just downright rude seemed put off that he had to even handle my transaction, and was of no help whatsoever. I won't be going to O'Reilly auto parts anymore.

Battery died on my truck, would not hold a charge. They had one in stock, and were nice enough to swap it out for me. Back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

We had bought the can to recharge our ac, and we have had issues being able to hook it up. So we went back to oreillys for help and not one of the workers would come show me or replace the can since it leaks and I still have no ac in 105 degree weather

The managment is terrible. He stalks customers to the point one flipped out. I happened to be standing next to the guy and I apparently was kicked out for life? Imminently threatened when I walked in looking for a bolt and accosted. They can't get a part right even when they try their hardest. Worst part store in town but unfortunately has a following since there was a lack of other options.

Very good product and customer service. Prices are very competitive and I usually always take advantage of their weekly ad deals and love it when I receive a coupon in my email for a discount. Gives me more reason to spend my money at this auto parts chain.

This place was a life saver. One guy was a dick but the other was totally awesome! We got there at 7:58 pm with a problem with our van. Not only did they tell us what the problem was but they gave us the part we needed for free even though it was past their closing point at that time. Much appreciated guys!

I had a back light out on my Honda but wasn t sure which one. The guy working there agreed to come out to see which one, looked up the light I needed, rang me up and offered to install it for me. When I asked how much, he said free so I took him up on it and I was on my way with working lights in 5 minutes or less beginning to end. It took longer to get gas. So easy and avoided a potential ticket! Service is terrible most places and I worked in the customer service industry for over a decade so I really appreciate someone going above and beyond and wanted to be sure to share my great experience. I will only be going there from now on. Thanks guys!
