John extracted a broken bolt from my alternator on an 05 Honda Accord and installed a new alternator...In the snow! He came from Redmond to my place in Bend. Good guy, Great service, and decent pricing. I ll recommend and use him in the future.

He was very professional. Got my rig started, though it was a challenge to access the starter, he did a great job letting me know of the progress and it didn't take very long. Cost of his services are competitvely priced and below what a shop would normally charge. He stands by his workmanship and also warranties the part. John got us in quick, he was on time and got the brakes changed pretty quickly and gave us a very competitive price. He did a great job. We would call him again.

Dan was in the middle of moving his shop when the water pump went out in our main service car. He agreed to take it, since he was the only one open on a Saturday. He assured me that he would be able to have it fixed by 8pm. Once that time came and went I began to get concerned. He called just a few minutes later letting me know that he had not been able to get the lift reassembled in time to get the car done. I assured him it was fine and that I appreciated the phone call. 2 hours later, I received another unexpected call from him indicating that he had in fact gotten the lift finished and the car was completed! I was so thrilled that he kept his original word. He went above and beyond my expectations from the very beginning. His customer service is outstanding and he really did great work on the Camry.
