Traveling from out of state with my daughter, we hit an object on the road; a pair of pliers. Arrived at the local Redmond store via tow truck. Upon meeting with the attendant she was rude, short, sarcastic and proceeded to place my truck last in order. Told me 2 hr wait time. Another gentleman came in immediately following us and he left 30 min later. I'm appalled by the service and lack of care. A horrible service rep working for a good company! Guess I needed to be a man to get back on the road safely.

Exceptional service! Especially with Dawn the sales person that took the time to research & recommend tires for our van. She made our purchase easy & gave us her best customer service we could ever ask for. Our appreciation & gratitude go out to her and the young man that inspected our old tires informing us they still had good thread on them & he recommended that we do not throw them away. Excellent service from these two people Thank you so much!!

Hey, so I dropped off my car for new tires and an alignment on April 10th, right? They were supposed to call me when it was ready, but they never did. I had to call them the next day, and they told me they lost my keys! Can you believe that? They said I needed to bring another set for them to finish the work. I went in with the spare keys, and the lady kept insisting that she stapled the keys to something and put them somewhere, but we didn't see her do anything. We just handed over the keys and left. This whole experience has been a total nightmare, and their customer service has been terrible.

I went into the store last week for a battery replacement. They got me right in and were done in less than 15 minutes. They also gave me a discount because the battery didn t last as long as it was warranted for. Today, Sept 5, 2023, I went in for replacement of my rear brakes. They don t take appointments however the manager told me to be here early and I would be first in line. I arrived early and was first to the desk. The manager not only remembered me he had my paperwork already printed. The entire staff was very pleasant and prepared. My truck was in the bay within 15 minutes and it was completed quickly. No matter where I go, Les Schwab is always great! I highly recommend the Redmond Oregon store.

They are inexperienced here. I would never recommend this Les Schwab to anyone. I have had issue after issue with these people. I had a tire censor that needed to be replaced. They lied and told me they had a censor in stock when in reality they didn t. I then had to wait two more weeks just for them to tell me that I apparently have two censors out, so only one will be replaced today. I pay and leave. Next morning I have a flat tire! I call Les Schwab again, they tell me that a tow truck will be out soon. After two hours they say they ve arrived. I don t have 2 hours to wait for a flat tire. These workers are lazy, inexperienced, and rude. DO NOT come here. They scam your money out of you and cause extra problems than your car already has. I will not be returning to the Redmond Les Schwab. Waste of my money and time.

I have been a loyal customer of Les Schwab since moving to the Pacific NW 20 years ago. With our recent snow, I'm reminded of how thankful I am to Les Schwab for staying late last October to put snow tires on my car. I work nearby and was able to check my car in before work and leave it for the day. After work, I still needed to wait, but I understood that it was a busy time for them, with everyone wanting to get their tires changed out to their winter set. I think they do a good job at keeping slots open for emergencies as well as taking appointments in advance. I didn't have an appointment but was able to drop off early and they assured me they would get to it by the end of the day. I know they had to stop taking drop-off before 11 am that day. I respect that. They can only do so much. It will be great when the new Redmond location opens.

Horrible service for only double the price of elsewhere . Waited 50 minutes today to get air put in my tires, finally asked for my keys back and left. Les Schwab used to be good, overpriced but great customer service, that's why people paid the higher prices for the tires ect. Batteries for 225 to 300? Go to Bi-Mart for 89 bucks and get a battery with a better warranty and easy return policy. Tires almost double what other retailers sell them for? Hours a d days to get a tire looked at or fixed? Not worth it. Les Schwab in Redmond has turned into another typical overpriced, no service type of shop. After waiting 50 minutes another customer came in and said the exact same thing as me, air low senor on car said. She was told "pull it over to the side and we'll look at it right now"...sorry other customer who has been waiting for almost an hour. Last set of tires I'll be buying at Les Schwab, they can't provide the services they claim they provide. Bought tires for my SUV and an RV in the last 5 years, and can't get them to put even air in them unless I leave the car there for a week.

I ve tried 3 separate times and they have messed up every single time. From a tire rotation that should have taken 2 hours at the most like they said and ended up being 9 hours. Tire sensors that had to be replaced because they broke them and just being given wrong information several times. I started going to the Bend location and they have restored my faith in Les Schwab

Have heard that Schwab's has went down hill but I didn't want to believe it. Went in for a parking break adjustment. They tried to re do all the breaks on the rear end for over $1000. Said everything was bad and rotors were siezed. Took it to my shop, one pad out of 4 had a corner flaking off, rotors, calibers were fine. Wouldn't even look at the parking break because the rotors were "seized" on. Took me 3 minutes to get the rotors off. I would never go to Schwab for anything break related.

I bought tires from them about two years ago. Three of those tires developed bulges/bubbles in the side walls( in less than 45,000 miles) I have pictures and could feel all three of them myself as well as my boyfriend whose a mechanic. They told me there was only two that had it. Then once the new tires were on they told me that only one tire was eligible for a discount because I didn t rotate my tires when every 6,000 miles when I m due for an oil change at Subaru, they rotated my tires and I have record of that. Also pretty sure they purposely put both my nice tires on my passenger side so I might mess them up and come back for new wheels. They do not care about the customer only money will never be purchasing wheels/tires from a Led Schwab again.

They've been taking care of my cars since I was 16. They gave me great service when I was driving a 1986 Toyota Corolla and they gave me great service when I came in with my brand new car. Always honest.

Worst store in the entire company they back into your trailer then damage a wheel because it fell off a balancer and then lie straight to your face about it now I m out a $600 wheel because the manager is a liar and has no accountability for his employees or the store the Redmond Oregon store still holds it s title as the worst tire store in the country save yourself the hassle of being accused of being a liar and your property being destroyed and drive to bend. Btw this was all done by the manager Ed at my local Redmond location

One of the worst experiences I ve had at a les schwab. This used to be an amazing place to go. Recently it has become a terrible experience. Ed the manager is rude and un-kind. He is not good with costumers at all. He was rude the whole time to me. He spoke to me with an attitude. But the original lady who helped me was amazing.

Terrible management. The manager literally told me he was going to charge me triple to mount my tires because I paid less for them somewhere else. Les Schwab is not what it used to be. Quite honestly spend your money somewhere else.

Busy as usual, but when they say it's gonna be a two hour wait, which is fine told me that from the start, but then another 55 mins later and it came out, just to get a screw out of the tire.. idk.. shouldn't of been that long.

Been going here about 6 years (walking distance). Les Schwab tire stores are fine. This particular one is busier than many. They bust butt to help, but have made multiple small but real errors thru the years, probably due to being constantly rushed.

I had a positive experience.They did my wheelbalancing, rotation and alignment today and now my car runs great.They were so welcoming and friendly.I highly recommend Les Schwab Tires.

Ed told us my boyfriend 2 days In a row that they were booked until February over the phone, but when I checked their website they had multiple slots open next week. I called and he ended up saying he was looking at the wrong Leschwab location the whole time He likely told multiple people they were booked until February. We can t get snow tires for when we needed them now because appointments got booked. What a pain!

Service here is really terrible. I brought my car the night before and was told it could be finished by 5pm the next day. I had to call them repeatedly to check progress the following day and was finally told at 4 that it wouldn t be ready by 5. I got a call at 5:20 to come pick it up at 6 (when they close) then waited another 40 minutes in their miserable purgatory of a waiting room. Terrible, dismissive customer service. For a $140 brake resurfacing job. Ridiculous. Never again.

Positive experience! Alignment, rotation and balance all done for low price Free.99 and with excellent customer service to boot! All the folks at the front desk are friendly and customer oriented. I will be back for my next set of tires when the time comes.

Honestly they fixed my flat tire for free how can I be mad about that?But when it comes to more complicated stuff I have had problems with the service. Most recently tires that I kept bringing back as they seemed out of balance. They balance them, next morning vibration worse, take them back and they told me they JUST calibrated the machine and the tires they balanced last night were off. They rebalanced them, I drive away still vibration. Turns out my vehicle requires hub-centric rings which were not in place and not noticed or recommended to fix the issue. Once rings installed no more vibration

Worst place ever. Never use proper care with vehicles. Wouldn t trust them with my life but if you all want to risk yours. Good luck. Redmond Oregon location with manager Tye. Tried to kill me and my family by directing us toward breaks over a front wheel bearing. Bearing was bad and about to go they said it was brakes what a joke. Worst shop ever

Incredible amazing experience at Les Schwab Tires of Redmond on August 22, 2023- Carrie and Assistant Manager Ty helped us solve a tire balancing issue with such professionalism! Being from out of town and looking for a safe solution to our vehicles issue, we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Les Schwab of Redmond is a must for any kind of tire issues, we will always use Les Schwab of Redmond when our travels take us to Redmond again!!! M. Schwab!!

Very poor experience with Les Schwab. Starting with Jess and Jayden. Went in for a scheduled appointment and was told I didn t need breaks and they were fine and I didn t need any additional work or that my brakes didn t squeak when they tested the car. They doubled up on this and confirmed zero issue.I knew my brakes rotors were warped as well as my brakes constantly squeaked but was told over and over there was no issue.Upon leaving their parking lot my brakes were squealing. I go back in and was told that I do need front brakes and the parts need to be special ordered.Poor customer service all around.

Was in town, needed a spare for my cargo utility trailer. They will need to know wheel size and bolt pattern to locate a match. They offer suggestions if possible if you cannot find the right wheel size for hard to find wheels. Thanks for your help and quick service.
