They ended up putting on a filter. That was too small for my VA. They ended up overtigning my drain plugged to where I had to have 2 people torque it off they put up piece of cardboard for an air filter in it.Garbage work

The entire staff is very friendly, the prices are very fair and the service is quick. They vacuum your interior, wash your windows and top off your maintenance fluids. As a major plus, if you love coffee, they have a Keurig and a nice variety of choices for while you are waiting.

My mom & I were driving over the pass on a Friday afternoon for a girl s weekend. My mom s check engine light was flashing & she couldn t accelerate her car so we had pulled over to see what was going on. Earlier this day she had had an oil change with Jiffy Lube. We called Jiffy Lube to see if something happened during the oil change. Javier & management had immediately answered, responded quickly & drove to meet us where we were to check it out. When we met up with Javier, he checked the entire car, gave great advice, was here to help with every question & fear we had all while assuring us that Jiffy Lube will take care of anything that they can. Javier s care, customer service, expertise & calm demeanor made us feel safe in a moment where we didn t know what was going on. Javier also offered to drive my mom in his truck so that she didn t have to drive in the tow truck back home. Thank you so much for putting us at ease & rushing to help us!!Services: Transmission, Oil change

I don't like living in the mainland when it gets very cold outside I have to check my airpresser every winter because my air pressure alarm goes off.

They over inflated my tires causing one to pop later that evening. they checked the recommended tire pressure (32psi) twice and still inflated them to 40. I will never be using a jiffy lube again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Cause 500.00 worth of damage to car. You have to remove cover on undercarriage to change oil on Ford Escape. 12 screws.They replaced 3 and it flew off destroyed the cover. Total laziness and incompetent workmanship.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Always great service at Jiffy Lube! We waited 45 minutes to get in, but you gotta get it done. They always check all fluids and replace what needs replaced. They replaced our windshield washer fluid and our oil. Check for coupons cause they usually have some.

First of all, scroll through and read those 1 & 2 star reviews! They NEVER respond to the comments left on reviews and they can if they were sorry. I went in to get wiper blades changed out. Seemed like several guys were running around. They put me in a bay and then for almost 10 minutes they never said a word. I ll be with you in a Jiffy or a moment would have been nice. I didn t even know if they had he blades needed for my car. After watching the Manager (dark hair, beard) messing with his keyboard- apparently a key was sticking so he was blowing it off with air and apparently frustrated by it. But at least acknowledge me.I finally say something like if you guys are too busy or don t have the blades just let me know There s nothing like feeling like you are bothering them just to do their job. So the manager says take her out So one of his minions directs me out of the bay. They pull another car in and shut the overhead door behind me. Now I m feeling A little isolated. Eventually the manager came out and scanned the barcode in my door. Still not knowing whether or not they have my blades I m now sitting here for about 20 minutes for a two minute process. Then the manager comes out and tells me it s $49.95. WHAT? I balked at the price and he told me I could leave and go price compare. RUDE! So I paid it, sat for 10 more minutes. Eventually pulled my car over (in deep snow) because lot was not cleared. Walked in and asked for my money back. Again rude and not taking a moment to acknowledge me.Will never ever go there again. Especially after reading the other reviews. Sounds like Walmart has way better prices and service.PS check the definition of JIFFY - has nothing to do with this place! Buyer beware!

Best customer service I have had at an oil change business in a long while. No nonsense, friendly host, and fast! They had my oil changed and cleaned the floors all in under 15 minutes. Paid less than I had the last two places that did the oil change on my car. No pressure or attemptsvto sell me more than I needed. Great job guys!

They have a very small parking lot area. Arriving early to be polite I pulled in and slightly out of the way to allow the flow of traffic should anyone need to drive past and then around their building. They do not provide service on a first come first serve basis. I literally just got told they provide service to who they decide to talk to first. Therefore they spoke to two cars that arrived before me first. This business will not get my business, very unprofessional. I know the individuals saw that I was there a head of the other cars as they were outside smoking standing in the corner of the parking lot.

Quick service. Didnt push too hard for extra services. Staff was ok. Not too friendly, but not rude either. Car has fresh oil, and it was nearly the same price as doing it myself when using the coupon

On my last visit, approximately 2 weeks ago, I Arrived about 15 minutes before closing. An employee was sweeping the shop, he promptly came to my vehicle and advised me they were closing so they wouldn't change my oil. He then was rather abrupt in telling me what time they open on the morning. I know the hours, I have 7 cars that we usually have had serviced at this particular location in Redmond, OR. The bright side of this is I found out that Walmart changes oil, and It cost me about $20.00 less getting my car serviced there compared to Jiffy Lube. With 7 cars, that $20.00 difference adds up quick. I'm frustrated that I was treated like I was, as an established customer; But grateful I found a new (less expensive) place to have my vehicles serviced.

Fast, polite, and smart workers. Everyone is awful to me and my trash box, but they treated us good and taught me a few things. In and out in under 30 minutes they get it done and then some. Only will get my oil change here from now on. They even washed everyone's windows while they waited I've never seen that

I was turned away for an oil change on 11/13 due to short staffed. There was one car in the bay with 4 guys standing around. The gentleman that spoke to was very rude and his eyes were glossy so I know he was high or had been drinking. He asked if I wanted to help them clean up or if I wanted to help them do oil change that would be helpful because nobody wants to work. I said it was my day off and he said must be nice. Guy was cocky and rude. I will never go back. I got the same oil change at Walmart for half the price.Service: Oil change

As soon as i pulled in the driveway I was assisted right away. All of the workers were super nice and went straight to work on my vehicle, they were super helpful and informative. Even went through the hard work of scrubbing off a sticker for me and a complimentary light fix. Highly satisfied with the service I received!

They said my power steering fluid was over full, that I have a bad oil leak, damaged oil pan and all of this was noted upon arrival. My Son had just checked my fluids a few days before this and had found all of my fluids were good. I also had just had my car to a reputable mechanic 3,000 miles prior and all was good except a very minor oil leak. My car doesn t lose or use oil. This place suggested I have my power steering fluid changed just to make money off of a woman. I will never go there again!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Mark was amazing getting my radiator flushed and workin very quickly and its doin well now. Very reasonable for pricing and amazing service love the friendly atmosphere there at the work place. Definitely recommend them for radiator cleans. Keep up the great work y'all.

Just had my 2002 T-Bird serviced at this Jiffy Lube, 1st time ever have I had a Jiffy Lube work on my car. I am so impressed with the quality of service and care. They even washed my windows & vacuumed the floors. Got my business in the future. Thank you to the team

After waiting 1.5 hours to be told they can't service your vehicle as they can't locate an oil filter. They say only dealership can change it. Guys were nice.

Friendly staff and great service, Immediately greeted by someone every time I arrive and offered coffee from that machine thing i can't figure out . Every customer that arrived while my company's box van was being serviced was greeted quickly and I could see the technicians really went above and beyond to help. Only "negative", the free WiFi is slow asf so plan on using your data. Life is hard, folks.

Really great guys and were on point worked quickly and efficiently... Took my moms car and it definitely runs better! Got a free wash with the oil changed and a smell goody thingy that lasted a long time!!

Thank you to Cody, Kyle, TJ, Javier, and especially Mark for having to deal with my stubborn air filter system. At 21 years old with only 114k miles with a previous young owner it was probably the first time the filter had ever been changed on my little Ford, LOL. I appreciate you all! I even had my door opened for me as a gentleman should.
