My wife's conversion van, with solar done by an amateur, had electrical issues that were perplexing and wearing. Garner's sorted it all out and made the necessary simplifications. The cost seemed on the high side but we have no reliable yardstick to measure that. The best part was the respectful way they treated her and explained thoroughly what she needed to know and why. She is greatly relieved that her beloved Archie is making the most of the sunshine and eager to get on the road where adventures await.

Garner took great care of my mom even took the time to go through her system with my dad and I present to make sure she knew how everything worked.

I needed a recall repair done on the Suburban gas cooktop in my trailer and had called a bunch of other places in Bend, Redmond, and Prineville. They all said the same thing: "bring it in and leave it here and we will get around to it in a few weeks". Suburban said in the recall that the repair would take only 15 minutes. I was not about to subject my trailer to who knows what kind of weather (hail season) and other hazards for two weeks for something that takes 15 minutes!I called Garner and they said that they knew of the issue, had the parts on order, and made me an appointment for the repair in about 10 days. I took it in today and they did the repair in the 15 or so minutes expected!Avoid the other guys and go see Garner instead. I was most impressed that they have a more reasonable and customer centric approach than most RV dealers or repair places.

Saved our vacation with new house batteries. Called the afternoon before, got us in the next morning. No nonsense, straightforward shop, I wish they were in my hometown.

These guys do a great job and are reasonably priced. They take time to explain things and talk about options. If you're going to wait there while they are working on your rig, just know there isn't a waiting area with lounge seating or anything other than a restroom.

Garner RV did all work as planned in a reasonable amount of time. They put 3 slide toppers on my 5th wheel. Also repacked and inspected and adjusted wheels and brakes. There was an area above the wheels that was unprotected from the factory. The tires while going down the highway had slung enough road gravel to wear away an area of the fabric coat. They repaired the damage and then made a nice wheel well shield to see that it never happens again. They also got my trailer brake switch in my pickup working and adjusted.I was very pleased with the work done and would have any work done by them in the future.

We had some complicated repairs and Garner RV went above and beyond to do the repairs and get us back in our Arctic Fox 5th wheel as soon as possible. We highly recommend! Thank you Garner RV Team!!

Zach is the hardest working, and most honest person that has ever worked on my RV. I have been to the big guys and they never treated me as good. Zach stuck to the problem, called who he needed to and found the problem and didn't charge for the learning time. Great guy and a great shop.

Garner RV Repair saved our trip. We were having trouble with the front landing gear on our 5th wheel. We have been turned away from another LARGE rv repair and store on other occasions......BUT Garner RV Repair helped us out and got us on the road quickly. It's good to know where to go to get help when we're up that way next time. Thanks Garner RV, you're the best in my book.

Called them on the phone to get a quote to put a camper plug in the bed of my truck, they asked what year and whether it was a short or long box. I told him it was a long bed. He gave me a price that was $50 less than a competitor, so I made an appt. to have the work done. I go in and pick up my truck and all of a sudden it's $41.19 more than the price they had gave me over the phone. Not the way I'd run my business! Next time I'll pay the extra $50 that I was quoted by Big Country Rv so that i don't get up charged when i go to pick up what I'm having worked on.

Called with a question about a nasty black tank issue with my Class A Motorhome. Technician spent 20 minutes me on my he phone, brainstorming. To me, that is service you don t find these days. Thanks guys!

My Rv has been in this shop for 3 weeks while I am out of state and I have yet to receive a call back from them or an update about repairs. I m starting to get worried. What is going on!?

They broke my shower while replacing a faucet, my new awning came with a hole the size of my finger. The are difficult to communicate with, and don't keep their word.
