Epic towing saves the day/night!! I somehow locked myself out of my running car on the side of the road in freezing temps when I jumped out to knock the ice off the windshield wipers. Friendly peeps helped me make a call to get them there in a very short amount of time which was great because I had no jacket!! Thanks so much!!

Fast and professional. We called for a tow, and Taylor came out to help us solve our problem on the spot. We re grateful he asked about the problem before jumping straight into the tow and that he was knowledgeable! Thanks again for getting my mom back on the road

I have no idea how this company is still in business. I had my car towed by this company after a crash, I did not choose them. They do not answer their phone and their mailbox is always full. I tried calling before going to retrieve my things the day after (which the officers at the scene would be no problem). There was no answer. We showed up anyways because I needed my items for work, the owner isn t there. So an employee of another company has to call him and notify him I m going to retrieve my items. The owner says I m not allowed because they haven t received a phone call from my insurance stating they will cover the tow cost. We have full coverage insurance with towing included and multiple forms of proof, but we cooperated and told insurance they need to call. The owner proceeded to not answer my insurances 3 calls and continue to refuse. We call the owner ourselves and explain that we ve done everything required of us and there s no reason to deny me access. He then yells at my mother (who was driving me since my car was in the tow yard) that she needs to stop talking and repeating herself and how we re wrong. Insurance calls us back and says they got in touch and I can retrieve my items. He then shows up and says i m still not able to get my items and insurance didn t tell him what he needed. After 3 hours of waiting, we then leave. 30 minutes after leaving we get a call from the cops and insurance saying they ve spoken to the tow company and I can retrieve my items. We then try to go get my items, and the owner is out on a tow and I have to wait until tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, and I m finally able to retrieve my items. My insurance required photos of the damage to my vehicle for my claim. The owner said that wasn t allowed because i could get other cars in the back ground. I explained he s gonna have to tell my insurance that and my mom that (who is the owner of my insurance). My mom simply asks why this is over the phone and he says I don t need to deal with you. I m handing back the phone. and hands me my phone back. Ok then? Great explanation. Then I had to write on a piece of paper a paragraph about how my insurance was allowed to come get my car because I guess verbal wasn t good enough . The insurance company took 5 days to retrieve the car due to the owner always being out on a tow when they tried to get it. He was charging my insurance $150 a day. How ridiculous. We got apologies from our insurance saying they have NEVER dealt with anything like this before, as well as apologies from the cops themselves and directions about how to file a complaint. This is NOT the experience I needed being a young driver who wasn t at fault in an accident. I hope these people get shut down.

This is a disgrace of a business, they re not a business they are scammers.They sent me an intoxicated and physically sick driver, I am a young woman and he harassed me. They said I couldn t ride in the truck with him because he was sick (so then send a different driver!). I think he would have hurt me had I not had my very large and protective bull dog with me. They said I had to drive their company truck home, this company truck was dirty, had small packages of cocaine on the back seat, a woman s pants and underwear on the back seat floor, and just generally seemed not! Right!The driver towing my car was 7 hours later than the 2 hour drive allowed. My car was damaged when it arrived (a completely cracked rear bumper.) They claim their INTOXICATED CREEPY DRIVER did not in fact damage my car. I will be taking this company to small claims and they will not see a dime from me. If you are a young woman it would be safer to sleep on the sidewalk than to EVER work with this company.They have caused me significant emotional stress, damage to my car, and a sleepless night.They are only in business from lack of competition and a good ole boy mentality.Additionally, my triple A paid them more than a GRAND because I just want this to go away and yet they continue to harass me for 200$. They are sick and evil and misogynist and up to no good.I am 23 years old, in school, and a church volunteer. If I wanted to pay them the money I absolutely could but who pays to be harassed and have their car damaged?They are saying that my bumper was damaged previously but I m not a stupid girl and I did take pictures of it before it was towed. Epic towing are liars, scammers, and misogynists.

Terrible service, they harass women and steal cars. Read their yelp reviews, there s lots of other stories.They towed my truck in Redmond, damaged the truck, and the tow driver was visibly intoxicated. I m surprised they even made it to my house. I paid the initial tow fees and am now being continuously harassed for additionally fees. Terrible horrible beware beware beware.

Taylor was amazing!! After a long weekend away I found myself with a dead battery and no way to get home. He was very kind and helpful and fixed the issue in about 3 minutes. Thank you thank you thank you!

Flat tire, in town (Bend). Had my severely autistic client with me who was stressed about the event. The man who helped me was SO compassionate. He waited to start until my ride arrived and he turned off his lights to help my client be more comfortable. THANK YOU

I have had 2 of my vehicles towed by Epic now, and they are outstanding. Each time they have been fast, communicative, and their customer service is amazing. Prior to calling Epic the first time, I had called another well known place in Redmond, and they were extremely rude and never showed.Very pleased with Epic Towing. Great Customer service in this day is hard to come by, but Epic has it down!Service: Car towing

My truck broke down and I got it towed. The driver was nice and respectful. When he dropped it off the hit a tree with the back of my truck and dented the bumper. I paid in cash and even gave the driver a tip.. they contacted me a couple days after the tow and saying I did not pay. Drivers are good but clearly isn t communication within the company and will try and scam you for money.Service: Car towing

CALL THESE GUYS IF YOU NEED HELP. I was broke down on the side of highway 97 needing an alternater for my truck. These guys came picked up my truck and the trailer I was towing and brought me back to their shop. They installed an alternator and had me back on the road. My wife and I are so thankful for them. Very good company .My insurance call them for a tow and was told 75 minutes. It was already 90 degrees outside so we opt for a friend to give us a ride home. Getting the car home took a bit longer but with excellent communication that was not a problem.The guy who delivered my car was extremely nice and professional.I will recommend them to a friend and use them again

Would give them 11 stars if possible! Very prompt, very careful, and are just the nicest people. My dad had to get his vintage car (*ahem* baby) towed and I just can't say enough good things about these guys.ALSO, learned that you can call tow companies direct and ask if they're an in-network provider for your insurance (State Farm/AAA). So next time we'll be calling these guys first!

My Lexus broke down and I had to call my insurance 2 times for service in the same day. The first time was (I thought) a jump and some other popular tow company came after 45 min. He gave me a jump and left. Well, I started to drive away and realized that something more was wrong. Long story short I ended up having to call again and be towed. This time my insurance sent Epic Towing and Rob was there in less then 15 min., as a matter of fact when he came up to my car, I thought who is this dude, when he smiled. He was so quick. Rob also took great care of my car (and me), and he made a terrible day turn out pleasurable. I am so impressed with the great customer service and how Rob obviously loves what he does. If you need a tow or roadside service these are the guys to call. I will be sure my insurance sends them (hopefully I won't need to call) every time. You will not be disappointed. EPIC TOWING #1.

my truck broke down outside of town, i called for a tow at 1130 am, the tow truck didn t show up until 5 pm, the driver that showed up could not take me to my destination because he had to pick up his kid, so i road with him (30 minutes the wrong direction ) to their shop, waited for another driver to show up, when the new driver arrived we had to wait for his wife to bring him his food. We finally left and I arrived at my destination later that night.When I get my bank statement they had charged me an extra $100 for not paying in cash.WHO CARRIES CASH ANYMORE!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

This company is very professional, great at communicating and was prompt in getting me towed. Ryan in dispatch was very polite and made the stressful situation I was in all that much easier, Travis came to complete the tow and was efficient and very friendly. He was able to get his tow truck between two cars in my driveway and helped push my vehicle into my garage. Great team and I very much appreciate their hard work!

Cory not only picked up my truck in La Pine during a bad snow storm then delivered it to my daughters house in Eugene, while in route he assisted Oregon road workers to help them get un-stuck or even back on the road to assist others, 5.5 hours later he arrived with my truck safely,Couldn't ask for a nicer guy to assist you when in need.Thanks again Cory for a job well done.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Long distance hauling

Jarrett went above and beyond to help my family when our rental car started glitching and ended up leaving myself, my husband, and my three year old daughter stranded in the middle of nowhere FL in 100+ degree heat, with no AC. We were so thankful Jarrett went above and beyond for us when the rental company failed to provide immediate roadside assistance as promised. It took 1 hour for the driver to arrive. He acted disinterested in helping- not as much as a hello when he arrived. Apparently as he dropped my RAV4 off @ the Toyota dealership, he allowed it to run into a lightpost. Luckily, Travis @ the Toyota dealership checks cars himself as they are brought in. He is the one that noted the damage and reported it to the driver. Toyota called me to report the damage, THEN this company called me. They said they would repair it after I got my car back. So today I informed them that I have my car. They made me go around and get 3 estimates. After this, I had to scan the estimates into my computer and email the estimates to them. The supervisor would not speak to me. The person on the phone said he was not allowed to give out the supervisor's name and he did not know the name of their insurance company. I was told that the supervisor said he would only pay for repairs not replacements. There are parts of my front bumper that can only be replaced. I am still waiting to hear back from Ryan at the towing company to see the next step. I was told that I can go through my own insurance company if I want- how generous! This would only be a mark against me for filing a claim. I would not recommend this company. I will give an update when I have one.7/6/20:I just wanted to provide an update:Epic Towing did follow through and finally connected w/ their insurance company to get my car repaired. I appreciated that.

Best customer service as far as towing goes. Sometimes towing services can be a really gnarly and scary experience. Not these guys. I got towed twice in two weeks (car failure) and I got the same nice red-headed man both times. He was nice, funny, and mapped out how to get my car out of two less than ideal situations.

Epic Towing is without a doubt the best towing company in Central Oregon. Not only did Epic arrive exactly when they said they would, Robb was an absolute professional. Towing charges were very reasonable. Upon payment I was immediately sent a receipt for my insurance. I will be referring this company to Everyone!!!

I called Epic that afternoon to check prices and availability to tow my dodge pick up. The woman on the phone was nice. I had my dodge in for minor repair, the dude stripped my truck, Choppers Only , CJ. Any how, price was good. We will call again.

I just had my suburban towed by Epic, Their response was fast, they worked with my insurance company and I'm pleased by their service. Highly recommend. And Hopefully i'll never need another tow, but if I do, I'll call them!

I never review anybody, but this was the worst experience I ve ever had. My boyfriend was in a car accident and our car HAD to be towed away. it was towed by epic. We were having an issue with our insurance. But the other driver is the one who was at fault so their insurance is covering it. Anyways. We are waiting to hear back from this other company so we can get it handled. But we need our car taken to a body shop ASAP , NOT TO MENTION, our car is packed to the brim because we are moving out of state in two days. And we don t have access to any of our stuff even after I explained our situation. There was no help at all. Everything I own is in my car and they were not the least bit helpful. On top of that, they want to charge $400!! For what? A tow that was a 5 minutes drive???? Most ridiculous thing I ve ever heard of. We just totaled our only car that has all of our belongings and we can t have access at all?! I do not recommend this place at all. They are not in the least bit helpful or empathetic. If you need anything tow related go to Bar Towing.

Locked my keys in the ignition with the truck running at 4am in Redmond- The lady dispatcher was friendly and the driver showed up with the hour that she quoted - Truck was unlocked in under 5 minutes... Very professional and more than reasonably priced. Thank you for making a bad situation much better.

My mom sold a car clear back in 2019. The kid she sold it to disappeared and got the car towed around the same time. Now this towing company is suing my mother who is a 65 year old woman who is stuck in a wheelchair for over $2600 in fee, for a car she hasn t even seen in 3ish years. What kind of morels do these people operate on? I hope they sleep well at night, cause they will have to answer someday to a higher power. Karma will come around!!

VERY good service. Travis helped out immensely and made the experience a lot less stressful than it could have been and used humor to diffuse a lot of tension while still being professional and answering all my questions. Hopefully I don't have to get another tow in a long time, but if I do I'm definitely calling Epic Towing!
