Taken multiple vehicles here for lots of different reasons from tires to exhaust to dyno usage.Crew is amazing to work with! Work was done great and in a timely manner! I always send people here and will bring all my vehicles here!

Took my fiances audi here to get a new radiator while they trouble finding the right part they were very professional and honest! Audis can be a pain in the butt , but took my jeep there the next day for both cv axles and wheel bearings they had it to me the next day with a quote the was half the price of another quote by foremans auto which the owner justin is a complete jerk

Old mechanic was to busy to work on my pickup took it in yesterday morning to have a power steering pump put in come to find out there was a bigger problem with it told them I needed it ASAP cause going to Seattle to pickup a car and they stayed late Tuesday night to have it ready they are great going to do all my business with them

Weird clicking sound from my front wheel area. Brought it in to diagnose prior to scheduling an appointment and they figured out what it was (loose front strut bolt) and secured it for free. I ll definitely be back.

Good prices and friendly service. I went in for tires on my truck. Mike the owner was very easy to work with, he did what he said he would for the price he said it would be. What more could you ask for?Back again for another set of tires for my truck. Speedy, friendly service at reasonable prices.

Was well worth the drive from Klamath Falls. Had priced the same tires last fall with a few companies in my town and C&M's prices were unbeatable. Very professional, thorough and quick also. Had me in and out in no time. Will definitely be back for all my tire needs in the future.

This place sure is Goofy with their estimates you call in one day and they give you a price for $80 to weld in a muffler and then you go back down there two weeks later and then somebody else tells you 150 bucks so it's like no set pricing it's just make up pricing as you go

Had my rear end replaced and asked for them to go through and change anything the need changed in a complete assembly. That was not done and they also were supposed to do the rear brakes during the swap which maybe they changed the pads but I was missing parts inside my brake drum and I had to rebuild the rear end and order parts kits for the rear brakes. 100 percent not taking any of my vehicles back to C&M auto repair.

Super friendly staff! They have helped me find the right parts to restore a classic vehicle I am working on. They were able to get me set up with fair prices on wheels, tires, alignments and lift kits. They are defiantly my go to for tires services!

Mike the owner doesn't deserve a 1 star. He has no customer skills at all and is rude to females.I had my son when we went in and we tried to tell Mike the owner what needs to be done on my car which was simple to change tires to other rims we brought with us and to check and make sure there was no other problems with the control mechanisms in the front wheels, we had metal clanging sounds coming from the drivers side. He charged $240.00 to change the tires but didn't use the lug nuts that he took off instead use old ones he had and even cross threaded one of them and was not tightened down. I had asked him before he started that I use this car to transport my 90yr old mom in and wanted it to be safe. He set it up to were the wheel could of fell off. He didn't check the clanging noise on drivers side but said the passener side checked out ok.I tried to explain to him he cut me off said he was very busy that day and he was laughing and said he was hard of hearing and couldn't hear me I was standing 2 feet in front of him. I had to call him to see if my car was done even though he had my car for 2 days to fix it right but didn't do anything I asked him to do except change my tires over to the other rims.My son was there when I asked him what did he find checking my car out.Mike the owner was very rude and talking down to me in front of all male customers waiting in his lobby.He acted like since I was female he could talk down that way to me to get a laugh out of the guys waiting . My son was very upset the way I was treated. If you are female I wouldn't go to this business.

C&M is the best place to go in town for tires and more. They took care of my 3500 Chevy Silverado and did an amazing job at an amazing price. I get compliments all the time on my truck and so thankful I found them. Great honest work at a great honest price. The only place we recommend!

I stopped in here to have a flat tire fixed. They were very busy but agreed to fit this job in. Friendly, efficient staff. Just really nice people. And the tires are reasonably priced.

Not even worth 1 star. Took in my 04 Dodge Durango to get the heater core and blend door actuators done. Paid for them to do all 4 and they only did two. They broke plastic pieces on my shifter.My seat belt indicator was messed up after and the rear vents no longer blow air and they did when I brought it in. They are very dishonest said if I want the back fixed it will be about another 1,000$ And they just explained every problem away. Tried lying saying there were things wrong with my car whip on arrival that were not true by any means. Very very let down and unsatisfied. Would have been better off paying someone off the street

My son and I were passing through Redmond on our way to Portland and our car started making a funny noise. I talked to Mike and C&M got us in ASAP and took a quick look at the car for us. Super nice guys and I highly recommend this place!

Had them do winter tire change over, then last year went in and purchased a new set of winter tires from them. They had a good price fast service and were nice guys that treat you right. will go back to them again.

These guys are great! Great service and prices. Was very sad when i had to change to winter tires in a hurry and they were clised that day. Looking forward to seeing them this tire change

When it comes to tires, I have learned to go local. This is the second time I have gone to C&M for my tires. Their prices are very reasonable, and they get the job done right the first time. Best of all, you aren't 47th in line like at the big tire chains.

Made an appointment a week in advance, dropped the car off at 9 30 AM went by at just before 5 PM and it was not done, he said he was super busy and he guessed he overbooked. I had to get a ride and it was not done by his normal closing time. He said they would keep working past normal hours, we Went back at 7 Pm and he could NOT fix one of the two things I took it in for. That whole thing was pathetic and I will never go back there. Now i need to find someone who can actually fox my car.

Great shop they could have easily taken me for a ride but they were honest and I only ended up paying $80 on something the internet had me convinced would be 800 + great mechanics highly recommended honest
