I was driving down the road when someone hit my drivers side mirror, broke it off and then they drove away. Stopped in at Bryan's. Bryan came out right away and helped me. Popped my mirror back in and I was back on the road in no time. I asked him what I owed him and he said no thank you, just come back when you need automotive service. Thank you Bryan, you're awesome! Your genuine kindness goes a long way! I will definitely be back.

After I had a horrible experience with XLNT automotive, I took my mercedes to Bryan's. He never gave me false information, and gave me an honest diagnostic with my car. Bryan is a solid man of integrity and when I need to bring my car back to the shop that's where I'll be headed. We were visiting Bend for a couple of days, when our A/C stopped working. We took it Jiffy Lube but they couldn't fix it and removed all of our freon, and suggested to go else where. After calling multiple places to no avail, Bryan was the only one who could get us in that morning (we had to leave the next day in 99F). The next day, we were able to pick up our car, and continue our journey with the comfort of a working A/C. Thank you Bryan, we truly appreciate your help and honesty! We hope our car don't breakdown mid trip, but if it does and we're in the area, you'll be the first we'd call.

Bryan was able to get my car in right away when it broke down as I was traveling to Smith Rock from out of town. He was very helpful and communicated clearly. The other customers that were there raved about his quality of service as well.

My sister recommended Bryans shop. Gr8 work, completed quickly, and at a very reasonable charge. Bryan himself is very personable. I'll take my other autos there.

I brought my car there because of all the five star reviews. I quickly learned those had to be bogus. I had an appointment but he still took four days to look at it. He forgot what I brought it in for and I had to remind him. It took a week just to get a trailer brake installed. To top it all off, The installation was very poor. the cable hung down 8 inches below the body practically dragging on the ground. When I went to pick it up it was parked with the keys in it down the street unlocked. This shop did nothing right.In hindsight there s probably a reason this guy keeps a shotgun right next to him at the cash register.

After spending a night camping in Deschutes Forest on a freezing night, our truck developed a strange idle. We got directed to Bryan's from the O'reilys nearby. Bryan ended up replacing a belt after hours that had fallen off. Very impressed and stoked that someone that awesome was so available!

If you're looking for s trustworthy mechanic, this is definitely the place to go! I bought a Jeep from a dealership in Portland & was nothing but a problem! AC compressor seized (granted the dealership paid to fix) but failed to mention my water pump was going out! A week after getting my car back, the axle was making a clunking noise so I was referred here to get it looked at. I got a call saying my sway bars were just loose but that I also needed a new water pump & left front axle. WHY DIDNT the dealership I bought it from never say anything. Idk. But thanks to these guys for helping me out the most & being honest & trustworthy!!

First off with all the road construction going on around this area it was hard to find at first but when i did, Absolutely a pleasant experience very kind and polite staff and from what i could tell fair prices for everything i had done. Definitely going back their again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a fair mechanic.

Called to get an estimate and set up an appointment. Was told he would call me back, but never did. I called again the next week and left a voicemail but my call was never returned. Wouldn t recommend.

While vacationing in Redmond Oregon, my van developed a rotational noise from my front right wheel. Turned out to be my wheel bearing. Bryan took care of me. Thanks Bryan!
