I came in with a possible warranty issue, unfortunately it wasn't. It was the first place I bought my trailer.They had failed to hook up the power lead to the trailer battery.Jared, with Big Country RV service, went above and beyond to help diagnose the problem with my truck.After finding the power lead, being taped up to a harness, he put in a fuse and hooked it to the power block and like magic the trailer plug had power.This team was extremely helpful, I would definitely go back to them again.

If anyone is looking to order parts for their rv do not go to this place. I came in looking to order a dometic 300 toilet to which they quoted me just over 400 dollars for. I called dometic and they have it shipped to my house for 214.99. Called them back and all they could say is they can t beat that. So if you want a 100 percent mark up shop here you if not go through the vendor it s self. They lost my business!

I am sitting here in their parking lot.I bought something along with several other things several weeks ago.I live far from town.I have never been here before and won't be ever coming back.I had broken parts i brought in to replace. One was a T valve for my sewer.Like $15 maybe.The salesman had given me a 2 inch not the 1 1/2 inch i needed.My bad for not noticing then.I had to order one online. Now i am back in town and went to return it. Had the receipt.The package accidentally got rained on, so the cardboard was warped.All pieces were present UNDAMAGED.So bcs of the warped water damaged flimsy piece of cardboard i was told they couldnt resell it so they wouldnt give me a refund.$15.Giving me grief over this. I got irritated.I did cuss as i went to walk out, the manager THEN says hey lets just give you your money back.I said forget it.Youll get your payment in a review you deserve.And here it is.Terrible way to do business over a pathetic $15 part.

Everyone there was so nice! They were all very helpful. Jay stayed late to show us campers. We had the best experience finding our dream camper. They walked us thru the trailer and explained everything thoroughly. We could not have asked for any better! So many thumbs up to everyone working there! Not enough stars on here for us to click. We will definitely go there again. And recommend highly to anyone looking for an RV. Thank you to all of you from the Bruners.

I won't go here again. Had them install electrical so my minivan could tow. I didn't have experience with them but All Seasons was backed up, so I took it here. Bad choice. I asked them to check the tightness of my bolts on the tow hitch (probably a 4 minute job since they were already down there) and they went ahead and charged me for an additional hour of labor since they were loose and it was a "separate job." The "award winning" front desk sales lady could only smirk as I cried foul. Technicians were good, but you must need to know someone in order not to get scammed.

Misslead when buying a brand new travel trailer. Warranty apparently didnt cover much of anything. What it did cover wasn't able to get warrantied out because by the time there was a service slot open was too late.have ran into nothing but unhappy customers since buying this trailer.

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt here, and if things improve I will update my review BUT we had our trailer there after just recently buying it there, for some minor detail repair work that needed to be done. Only after picking it up and driving it home, my husband noticed that none of the 3 things that were supposed to be addressed had been. I called the service department twice over the next week and was sent to an answering machine and was prompted to leave a message for a call back. The problem is no one called me back. I spoke with so.eone today about it and will be dropping g the trailer off yet again. We'll see how it goes this time. To specify, this was the Redmond location.

Was not impressed with quilty of service. One thing said on the phone but different when I was there. I guess if you didn't buy from them, your not important. I say this because 3 different employee's asked if I purchased my RV from them before u was passed on to someone else.

This place is a total joke over a week to get a light bulb, and exterior small door. One rep stated two days ago it will be ready by this weekend, I just called to notify them I will be there Saturday girl said it's still at the paint shop won't be ready until, next Thursday they have to paint, add different paints, buff paint, then seal it. My wife called , at same time , I was not aware of her call they notified her it would be ready tomorrow, I called back to find out which girl is correct the man tells me he told my wife it would be ready to go tomorrow, when I asked what time he said thank you and hung up

Went here needing an electric adapter "meat bone" thing. Walked in the door Mark treated me like a valued customer as soon as i arrived. Service was excellent...price fantastic...staff very helpful. Highly recommend stopping here for rv stuff.

Twenty plus years of doing business with Big Country and it was ruined by the disgraceful attitude of the Redmond service manager.I would still highly recommend Scott Backstrom in sales from the Bend store however-he gets

First year they had my 5th wheel in shop for 3 times over 9 months, I had it for 3 months. All three times they never fixed the electrical issues. They are totally incompetent.Services: Electrical, Body & TrimServices: Electrical, Body & Trim

We have been extremely satisfied with all services in Redmond from walking in and being greeted at front desk , service manager and techs are extremely helpful. .We highly recommend Redmond Service Center!
