O'Reilly's didn't even try to search for the part I needed! They basically told me to go away!Autozone gave me SOLUTIONS. Ryan C. was especially helpful!

As a business, I trust the parts provided by Autozone. The warranties of parts and labor, which other parts stores do not offer, are a tremendous help as a small business owner because it helps me provide my customers with a truly free warranty replacement if it's ever necessary. I can trust that when I send an order through, the parts will be ready by the estimated time and if for some reason they won't be, I get a call from the commercial manager or store manager. I will definitely continue purchasing all of my parts through Autozone for business and personal maintenance.

I visited the Redmond AutoZone with my mechanic from CO Mobil Automotive Service to exchange a new coil that wasn't working & to pick up a new coil pack connecter . I was successful regarding the exchange and purchase. I would give this & all AutoZones 5 stars, except I take exception to the exorbitant mark up on parts. The O.E.M label sounds great. However, in reality, it's still being manufactured overseas with many of the once protected patents & designs given away, stolen, or reverse engineered, so with the warranty, it is questionable regarding it being fully honored ir much difference.I will say that the Redmond Location has treated me fairly & Joe seems to really care about customers. I can also say my interaction with other associates has also been a positive experience.I highly recommend this AutoZone, especially if you demand OEM status & want the expanded warranty that it triggers.

Over the years, I have trusted AutoZone for parts, fluids & other vehicle related products. On this occasion, I dropped by AutoZone for synthetic motor oil & while there, I also picked up windshield wiper fluid & fuel system cleaner. The employees were helpful & and friendly, so it made my visit a good experience.

Helpful staff helped me get all of the stuff I needed to fix my car without having to stand there and look things up myself and hope I got it right. Even offered to help me install some of the stuff I got there at it was close to when they were closing.

I would normally never write a review for a popular chain, but the customer service here is above and beyond. I pulled in right before closing with dragging car parts and Kuua, Jack, and Andreas were so helpful in diagnosing the problem, offering help and the number of a good mechanic (shout out OC Mobile Automotive Repair), and recommending a place to stay the night. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They had what I wanted and we're open later than some other auto parts stores. I've registered with them and so I give him my phone number and I don't have to save the receipt no more. They keep track of it all on their computer. The salesman was attentive and took some time to look up the right parts and find the right tools to help me.

Overheating truck, located replacement radiator at this store, we were in parking lot 2 hours before open, when they arrived, we got parts and used parking lot to replace, people friendly and knowledgeable

Don t recommend buying the a/c recharge cans because repair shops said most of the time they don t work. The people who work at Autozone are nice and did help but didn t mention that the cans don t work much of the time (one shop said they don t normally work 90% of the time)
