Attention to detail!I bought and had them install a Leer canopy, pretty standard. After the install when they walked me through they pointed out an issue and asked if they could sort it out for me. They got me a new door from Leer and installed it a few months later. They didn t love the look and fixed it to the point they did.

Stand-up crews like All-American in Redmond are getting harder and harder to find. If you are from Bend, Alfalfa, La Pine, Prineville, Sisters, etc. they are worth the drive and you will be treated well. These guys really care about their customers. I picked up a used topper for my wife and I's truck fairly cheap on FB because it was missing the aft radius door. This wasn't an issue at first, but we are now full-timing in a travel trailer while attending school full-time and saving for a home after getting out of the service recently. The wind blows off the front of our trailer directly into the bed so anything we put back there gets covered in dust/rain. I stopped by All American on a whim to see if I could get a quote on a radius door and Mike/the crew went well out of their way to help us out. When some initial attempts to save us some money on our purchase ultimately didn't quite work out, they immediately and voluntarily acted with integrity and I even suspect at some cost in order to make things right for us and our rig at a very reasonable price. In a few months here I fully intend to give these guys some actual business as funds become more available for needed and practical upgrades to our truck. I was really surprised to find how many different options and upgrades they have access to, even for our older truck ('97). Mike and the crew at All American have fully earned my trust and loyalty as a customer and I would highly recommend supporting their business if you have plans to upgrade your truck.

We worked with the guys at All American Truck and SUV to repair our older Toyota Tundra. While we needed to wait for a part to arrive, they communicated regularly. When the part came in, they informed us immediatly and scheduled us with our timeline in mind. When we came in to get the work done, not only did they finish the job required BUT attended to other problematic bits as well. They charged us reasonably for the work done. These guys were a pleasure to work with and I recommend them highly.

Came in and got a lift, Wheels and tires on my 21 Tundra. Craig was super helpful and a pleasure to do business with, Had no problem installing brought in parts and could do everything unlike some other shops I called. He even contacted me to make sure I was comfortable with some of the trimming needed to fit my tires before just doing it. These guys know what they re doing and I wouldn t hesitate to let them work on my truck again. Pricing was the best I could find in town. I highly recommend this place.

We spend over 2k on a leveling kit and some airbags in October of 22' my husband has had to fix the airbags multiple times because they continue to fall off the pedestal. We are currently on the side of the road on our way to Nevada taking the airbags off because one now has a leak. They did a terrible job installing these and we paid a lot of money for the headache we now have.

I came to All American in early spring and the two guys behind the counter were very friendly and attentive. I came in there for some seat cover. They were about $700 installed. That's both front seats and the back seats for my Ford F-150 and they took about a month to get in but they installed them and they look and feel fantastic. Even help take out some of the stiffness and rigidness of the factory F-150 seat. Very high quality installation. I actually had my brand new license plates on the passengers floorboard of the truck and they had yet to be installed. Just hadn't had the time to get them on. Without me having to say anything one of their installers went and installed my plates. I know it's a small thing but the fact that someone saw something that needed to be done and did it without having to be asked really showed me how professional and caring this place is. I'll definitely be back and I would highly recommend All American in Redmond, OR.

Didn t catch the name of the guy who helped us but he was super helpful! We were having trouble putting on our soft top for our Tacoma. He gave us lots of advice and extra screws for our clamps at no cost. 10/10 would recommend

Nice guys, knowledgeable and helpful, but disgusted with a bad installation of my Tonneau cover. I noticed it was off to one side, not installed evenly. And also the back latches were so loose the rubber weather striping was not even touching so dust was pouring in on my carpeted bed liner. I was going to call them, but I am way out in the country and have my trailer hooked up all the time so it would have been a big hassle to take it in, also with the install being so bad my trust level was very low. I was able to lower the rear latches myself,so the weather stripping would actually seal on the bed. They had it 3/4 inch to high. I was not able to fix the side not being even as the alignment holes were up against the edges, which was weird. I had to do it in sweltering heat, and it took me an hour and a half, That should not be, it should have been done right on the install. It is still off to one side in the front. This is not acceptable.

Eric and the mechanic did work that was so bad it s actually offensive. Let me explain, I purchased a leer 100 r canopy, for my Toyota Tacoma 2020. I was there for close to 40 minutes left, and instantly it was leaking from the inside. So much so I made a new appointment at a different all American truck and suv closer to me to fix it. When I arrived I learned two things, 1 the Tacoma is the most difficult truck bed to seal a leer canopy onto, and 2 that Eric and the Mechanic at All American in Redmond, only did half the job, and did not apply any sealant at all. Those are the words of a different mechanic of the same company but a different branch. They literally didn t seal the canopy on the truck that is most notorious for not fitting. None of that was disclaimed to me. When I talked to the manager of Eugene what happened and why they didnt do the right job, he informed me that Eric had replied and said that they didn t have the equipment to seal it. When they never told me they didn t have the equipment or canceled after driving 5 hours to get there. They did the job half way an expected me not to notice cause I m a woman. But this company completely burned me. It cost me an entire extra day and 200 dollars personally to get it fixed in gas and personal work hours spent. I paid $3095 dollars for a new canopy that leaked, had to get fixed twice, and didn t even come with an Allen rench to tighten the bolts down. They didn t offer me anything for my losses or trouble, and in fact Eric wasn t even sorry. I would never recommend this place, it was a horrific experience I wish I could give it a negative star. Women beware

I bought a Leer canopy from these guys in 2007. Over the years I've needed some maintenance work done and each time they get me right in and usually fix me right on the spot. Their prices are fair and the people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy another canopy from them in the future.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. No call backs after months of calling. No help, no serve, just a run around. I will be taking my next canopy purchased, which is happening now, elsewhere. I recommend others do the same.

**update**I was contacted by the owner and worked things out. They completed my install today in a timely manner and I couldn t be happier. I will be returning to buy other products in the futureI had recently bought a canopy off Facebook and was going to wire it myself. I drove into Redmond to talk with the only leer dealer around and to purchase the clamps to hold it down. Talked with a fellow who walked outside with me and explained the canopy I bought had an auto lock that locked with my key fob. Then he quoted me $100.00 dollars to wire everything up (after looking at EXACTLY what I had). I didn t have the money at the time so I figured I d call and make an appt later. Fast forward a couple weeks and I call to make my appt, I talk with another gentleman on the phone who quotes me again for $100.00 to wire it up and the earliest appt was two weeks away. So I finally go in to get my canopy wired up and the second gentleman apparently misunderstood that my truck had the auto locking feature and my new price was $200 to $250, to get it all wired. Being frustrated I didn t have the service done as I was quoted twice for the original $100 dollars. After calling two more of the franchises in Eugene they both quoted me $135.00 to $150.00 at the most. Pretty disappointed that I ve waited this long to have it done and the day of my appty quote doubles.

I purchased a used camper shell and didn t have the necessary clamps to hold them down. Gave All American Truck and SUV a call and spoke with Craig. After confirming my shell model, he got me the clamps that fits my camper and truck. It was quick and easy. Thanks!

Be careful I bought airbags and had them installed! The airbag compressor has malfunctioned and is under warranty .. My wife has taken it in twice and they forgot to order parts . I TOOK the day off work to take it in a 3rd time !!! They called me on my way there to let me know they hadn't ordered the parts yet . This had been at least a 3 month ordeal !!! Hopefully the owner or manager will make it right!!!!!! Be Careful .... so far not a good experience

You can tell Craig is into it and I appreciate working with folks who are. 4 instead of 5 because of staff shortage, parts, things beyond control largely.

Do great work, know what they are doing. Saved me lots of money on my jeep build by explaining pros and cons to what I wanted compared to what I am going to use it for.

Even though the installer was off the day I came in, they found a way to put on a new canopy while I waited. I was going out of town the next day. Nice job.
