If there were a ten star rating Jerry and crew would get it from me. I went in told Jerry what I was looking for he showed me all kinds of options, we came up with a great selection got my truck in that day and back to me early the next. I ve worked with a lot of stereo stores over the years and Sound Authority is by far the best! Totally awesome sound, thank you Jerry!

Jerry and his staff are amazing. They've done multiple vehicles of ours. From remote start to security system to sound systems and backup cameras. They've also done a window tint job. We've been happy with all the work that was done for us. They were all knowledgeable and very thorough with all the work they did. They answered any questions we had when trying to figure out what the best items were to fit our needs. They were punctual when it came to getting the work completed as promised. Zero complaints!

I was looking for somewhere to tint my truck windows every place I called was 2 weeks out, called Rainier SA and they were available next day!! Going into the shop for the first time I got to meet the owner, he is a really nice, knowledge guy. They have all kinds of stuff available and is experienced in all areas related to vehicle/motorcycle customization! I highly recommend everyone to check this business out and support local..also take a peek at their work shop, cool custom rides to check out! I had all 3 windows tinted and the windshield brow put on. It came out perfect on this truck I saved from going to the scrap yard!!

We drove from coast when there and he saw that we had a service dog he had big problems even when I told why need the service then said sorry I'm not your and did do what we needed to our truck so if you have a service dog I think you should take your business somewhere else

Absolutely the best experience I've had buying stereo equipment!Jerry set me up with nice head unit,amp and wiring kit for less than what I could have got it anywhere else. I like that I didn't have to order it off the internet to get a deal

All the 5 star reviews are real. Way better prices than anywhere else I looked. Jerry even offered to come in on his day off to make sure I had my truck in time to get to work. Honesty and integrity still lives here with Jerry and his crew. Thanks man!

We brought in our 07 CRV for an update and were greeted like old friends, given options with no pressure. On the hottest day of the year, they transformed it with state of the art touch-screen guidance, great sound (with a hidden sub woofer), were able to use the factory speakers and topped it off with completing the window tinting. They provided detailed walk thru instructions with the invitation to call on them for any further tech support. Jerry and his crew are the best.

If they put a stereo in your car they WILL not stand by any issues that arise! Had problems right away after installation and of course the easy way out is to blame it on your vehicle- that way they don t have to stand by any type of guarantee or guarantee their work! Buyer beware

Installation is top notch. Unbeatable price! Not a cord or wire in sight. Very polite staff. Everything is installed very securely. We were there for a while and they provided a phone charger and a movie to pass the time. I took my son in for his 16th Birthday and we brought our own equipment in (don't reccomend) They installed his amp and sub and SHOCKER the amazon amp didn't work. We purchased one from them and bam everything worked out! Will be back in the future!

These guy's are the best! Jerry and david and the rest of there crew took my brand new pick up and just did an awesome job...I couldn't be happier, from the stereo system to the lighting, horns and all the extra details they slid in in the most professional but personal service I've ever had anywhere...i will never go anywhere else for my vehicles again....thanks guys for an awesome experience and great workmanship! You rock!

My husband and I went to this business for a single project ... replace the stereo in the bike. Well, we were so impressed with their work, communication, friendliness, etc., we ended up doing much more business with them than anticipated. The owner went above and beyond to help us while we were on a trip out of state. Our bike blew the speakers and he was able to help us over a twelve hundred miles away. This company really goes above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. Way to go Rainier Sound Authority!!!!

jerry and his team was awesome i brought my harley trike in to them to install a Rockford Fosgate stereo system onto it , and replace my stock bars with 14"" Mini apes thay rock it out on time as promised looks and sounds so amazing now. Great job guys thank you so much

The guy in the front guaranteed a direct fit of speakers without modification. When they didn t fit vehicle without modification, I asked about exchanging for other speakers that would fit - he mocked my appearance and said to go to the dealership. Pretty condescending for a guy who didn t know his own products.I should have gone to Audio Express heading there now. They actually know what they are doing and aren t d-bags.

This shop came highly recommended. They beat the quote from a place here in Longview hands down for a remote start. Jerry came to my workplace to pick up my rig this a.m. so I wouldn't miss work. You don't find that kind of treatment very often in this day in age. Thanks so much for being one of the awesome local businesses we can depend on!

I just had them install a new system in my 1975 jeep. They went above and beyond what I had expected to be done. They were within a very few dollars of a off-the-wall quote. 1st class installation and craftsmanship. Down to earth people, what they say, is what they mean, no lawyer needed very nice in this day and age. Would recommend to anyone who asks. Very pleased.

Had a stereo installed in my daughter's truck. I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, we were treated more like old friends rather than a dollar sign. They asked what she was looking for and took the time to explain every deck to us and what the features were. Then went to look at her truck to see what they were working with. After completing the installation, he took the time to go over how to navigate the new deck until she was satisfied and asked if she had any questions. We were never pressured to buy and they even made sure she knew she could call any time for tech support. We will definitely be back.

Very very satisfied. Friendly people. Quoted me a price for a new radio package, was able to use some of the parts from the old system. And the price was cheaper than the quote. Could have easily screwed me but didn't. I will definitely take my business here again.

They did a good job putting in my aftermarket radio purchased elsewhere in my truck.. was actually blown away by the customer service! I guess maybe the boss was in that day? Was another guy that seemed in charge helping me. Went back again based solely on my previous experience! Booked a week out and took day off of work, got there 20 min early even, only to be told they won t install my brand new in box basic alarm system! Saying it wasn t their in house brand, so not supported .... LOL! In another words, I didn t but my equipment from them. I wasted a whole day around this. It s safe to say, I ll never go back.

Jerry and his crew worked wonders on a Toyota pickup I recently bought. They cleaned up a wiring nightmare right up, fixed up my light bars, and installed a Pioneer Radio with me. Jerry was friendly through the process. In the end the work was done solidly and very timely. These guys Rock!

Went in for a new deck with a backup camera and remote start for my vehicle possibly an amp and some subs as well. I was there for about 10 minutes and was noticed by at least 3 employees and was never greeted, it appeared they were to busy with their conversation of what they did that weekend. I ended up getting my products from Best Buy which was probably a lot cheaper anyways. I will never go back to sound authority they have horrible customer service. Audio express right across the bridge is extremely helpful but a little over priced, if you want to support local business go there.

Awesome! Not just stereos. I'm getting a receiver hitch and bike rack installed for my SUV. And a magnetic cell phone holder for my truck. Jerry helped me configure my backup camera too. Really nice and knowledgeable people for all auto, motorcycle, RV, and boat accessories!

Owner is really rude, tried to see if he could build me a custom box for my truck. First words out of his mouth was "I'm not the Internet" When I tried to show him a picture on my phone of what someone else had built. Business must be doing really well to turn away work. Save your time and go to Longview or Portland.

I normally feel that if a business is less than par, you just move forward but this company is the exception. The owner falsely accused me of lying and that I broke something and I just wanted something for free. Well I will happily pay someone else to fix this before ever doing business with this company again. Details: feel free to message me

I went in there weeks ago and i was talking to the owner about some stuff. Well he was real short with me, its like he wanted to push me out of the store. He cut me off when i talking and said have a nice day. Then i called today to ask the prick who answered the phone a question. He couldn't answer my question! No i didn't need help with any install cause i was a car audio tech for years. Well he claims je can install for me for free. Yeah bs there is no such thing as a free install. Its included in the package. People don't think about it but its true. Anyways during me asking questions he also cuts me off. I told him i wasn't done yet. He hung up on me. I will never call there or go there again. Plus prices are waaaaay to high.

Heard about the 20% off window tinting on KUKN. They were fast and made my car look completely different. Really happy with them, they all did a great job!

Amazing customer service and top notch knowledgeable staff, anyone who says otherwise clearly didnt come into the store or was looking for top tier parts at good will pricing. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who needs any audio work done!

Very overpriced. Went in to get a adapter and they were wanting $130 for the same $30 adapter online. Then, got angry when I told him he was too high on price. I understand making a buck, but that s ridiculous.
