This repair shop and especially Amanda went above and beyond to have my insurance help pay for the repairs. They were in constant communication and the workmanship was top notch. If I could give them 6 stars or even 10 stars I would.

We needed our black tank fixed as it was clogged due to not knowing there was a second drain pipe for the black tank on the passenger side. They found the problem and fixed it for us!! We are very relieved as we couldn t figure out what was wrong!Every time we take our RV to this company they are always very efficient and help us out! We will always use this company and refer our friends to them!

I found this repair shop on the internet. It was the last two weeks before I was to leave on a month trip. I had a tire that was bald on the inside. After checking my RV, we found one axle bent. So I had them order me two new axles and shocks for replacement. My hat is off to Loran and his crew. I wish I could remember all their names, but I can't. ProRV in Prineville: Hooray! Loren (General Mgr) and John (Technician) saved our vacation. In the middle of our trip, we had a refrigerator malfunction in 95-degree weather, and they squeezed us into their swamped schedule. Highly recommend this business and these great employees!

My RV needed repair but we had to continue our trip. They were super friendly and accommodating. Wanted to ensure our trip wasn't ruined. When we couldn't leave the day we dropped it of, they let us sleep in it at their shop and leave in the morning. They were fantastic to work with. The level of care we got from them was so much more than we expected.

I've used Pro RV a few times, and they have a consistent level of service, and are very friendly. I m actually surprised anyone would return here, customer service is awful. They tell me to come in for some minor repairs like tire pressure and replace the gas alarm, when I get there an hour later they don t remember me and had me wait in the lobby for help. 30 mins later I m like hey any news on my rv? They re like oh we thought you left. Then I simply tell them that I m under a time restriction and asked if it could be done my Friday for my trip, they said yea we will call you with a quote tomorrow this was on a Tuesday. They never called me, so I called Wednesday and Thursday and they hadn t even looked at it yet. So I guess they were just not going to call me. Anyway they waisted 2 days when they could have just told me that they can t get to it by Friday. I m actually confused because they seemed not to give a single care in the world. Anyway I m really mad and they were busy so make up your own mind I guess, I think they are a trash business and employees.

Nice guys. Great place to dump and fill up water. They are situated in a real good spot. I think they make what's hard look easy. If they'll install my solar our Beaver Patriot, I'll be a very happy camper.

Daryn and the crew installed a complete Banks system for us. Cold air intake, headers and complete exhaust. They also installed a new engine and brake control module. Daryn custom built a camper for me 2 years ago (see the camper on the Fuso cab-over truck at the Mammoth Campers web site). His work is immaculate. I am a bit of a control freak & it was difficult for me being 1800 miles away during the construction, but Daryn kept me updated with lots of pictures, frequent emails and phone calls. He was very patient with me even when I was being a pain for him. When completed, the camper was everything I'd wanted. The price was not cheap, but was very fair given the quality of the workmanship. Daryn still emails me back & talks to me over the phone when I have an issue. He goes above & beyond with customer service. I was impressed enough with High Desert's work that I drove the camper back to Oregon from my home in Missouri last year for an upgrade & am going to do so again for another upgrade (never ending project) this fall. The quality of the work & customer service make the trip worthwhile. Daryn & Jill have always been beyond fair in their dealings with me. They get my highest recommendation. I deal with the public in my work, and know that there is a group of people that you cannot make happy no matter how hard you try. Unfortunately, this set of people also tend to be the most vociferous in their criticism. One needs to interpret the few negative reviews in the light of all the very positive reviews. You won't find a better place which is why I'm willing to make the trip to Oregon to get what I know will be quality work.

I truly can't say enough good things about High Desert RV. We were through town for the eclipse and camped in a remote location near Mitchell. When we got there, we found the alternator had crapped out. Of course we had to stay for the eclipse! But on the way back managed to limp in on Tuesday night running batteries only. Had to be in Portland for Urgent business on Thursday, so one day to fix. It turns out that finding an alternator for an older Chevy coach is not as simple as looking up the VIN number. It's just the way that they are put together. The guys at high desert put in an amazing amount of effort with at least three people scouring the town for the right unit. They were able to find it and get me on the road again. I am totally impressed with the service I received, and the price was totally fair. Given a choice, I wouldn't take my coach anywhere else.

I recently took my 40' diesel into High Desert RV for some minor roof repairs and general inspection. I was told it would be about 2 weeks, and they would get a ahold of me with the cost of repairs before they started. HDRV did EXACTLY what they promised, getting my RV in and out of the shop several days early, quoted and completed the job at a very fair price, and kept me well informed during the entire process.What really impressed me was their integrity. At some point during the process, a very small bit of damaged occurred to my coach. They called me immediately to come see for myself before they fixed it. By the time I got their 20 minutes later they had already formulated a plan to correct the problem with no hassle for me. Keep in mind that I would have never noticed the problem in the first place. This was all handled in a matter of minutes and I left quite impressed with their level of honesty.Without a doubt, I will be returning to High Desert RV. Having dealt with a lot of unscrupulous RV shops over the last 15 years, I can really appreciate what HDRV is offering. Honesty, integrity, and the ability to honor their word.

High Dessert RV gave us exceptional service in an unexpected breakdown last fall (2013). Thought I had gotten water in the fuel but turned out I had diesel in my aux tank that ended up in the truck. Our RV was 60 miles from town in the forest but thanks to the knowledgeable staff at High Dessert they had the problem fixed and I was back on the road in less than 3 hours. I really appreciate that they put the extra effort into getting me fix and back on the road before closing time that day. It saved me a night in a motel and plus the wife was very happy she wasn't alone that night. Also the repairs were far less than I was expecting to be charged. RV or auto I would trust them to do any repairs on my vehicles. Wish I lived closer so I could have them do all of my service work. Thanks again High Dessert. . . . George & Lynn

I have used High Desert RV since 2005. I take my motor vehicles there as well as my 5th wheel trailer.Daryn and his staff have always done quality work for me. They have diagnosed problems correctly and performed appropriate corrective action. I don t feel they have ever sold me something I didn t need.After diagnosing problems, Daryn discusses options with me before proceeding with repair work.On a couple of occasions when I was in a bind, he worked me into his schedule on very short notice.Daryn has been very forthright and trustworthy in the way he has treated me. If there is work he is not set up to do, he refers me to an appropriate shop. If there is something he can do, but knows the same work can be done elsewhere at lower cost, he tells me that. He is always very fair is what he charges for work done.

Hi Desert RV is a reliable place for getting RV equipment serviced and equipped with custom modifications. They are straightforward and honest about the expected cost of the work. All the work performed for us at this vendor has been what we expected. In addition, the owner found and fixed an elusive electrical problem (a broken ground wire) in our trailer for free. We are more than confident in using this vendor for RV service in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of High Desert RV & Auto. They have bailed me out a number of times with car challenges. We recently needed help with one of our kids' vehicles, not knowing what the issue was. They went from bumper to bumper and made sure it was not only fixed but were able to deal with some other safety issues that I wasn't even aware of. I so appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend High Desert for any of your vehicle repair needs!

I gave High Desert RV 4 stars for thier knowledgeable staff and availability of parts....however, I would have to give them 2 stars for the prices on parts. I have bought parts at several different RV repair shops in the area.....none are as expensive as High Desert RV. This is a small town and life is hard here. The hard working people here should not have to pay so much. I advise anyone to obtain the part you need on line or any one of the area RV parts dealers then go to High Desert for the repair.

I won t go into detail as to not make what he did a regular occurrence for him, but Darren went out of his way...above and beyond...even when beyond busy, still squeezed in the time to help us with our issue and we are grateful. This place has incredible service. I had a serious electrical problem with my RV when I came through town and I expected that I may have to stay for several days to get it fixed but they were able to fit me in within an hour or two and finish the work the same day. Incredible!

Over priced, arrogant employees, and high priced for everything! If they actually have the time to give you a price! They act like they are a multimillion dollar business, and only want the business of those with a million dollars! Won't ever go there again!

Daryl, the owner is a diagnostic expert which I learned from him servicing a previous RV. I have a new RV on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van with a Diesel engine. I could not locate any local repair shops in Prineville, Redmond or Bend to diagnose a check engine light. I called Daryl and told him the code that showed on my dash screen and while answering questions from customers and employees, he took the time to look up what the code was designating-a plugged fuel injector. Two cans of Sea Foam fuel injector fluid and 50 miles later the check engine light went off. It saved me a trip to Portland to have this repaired. Thanks Daryl!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have only used the dump station so far. Great facility. Don't forget to bring $5 like I did! LOL!!. I will probably take my rv here for repair if an when I need something.

Great people, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been dealing with them for 7 years and all their work has been very good to excellent. Also, their most important attribute is their honesty.
