It was early in the morning and I was giving my bf a ride when we saw my tire was low on air bc I had a nail in it! So after I dropped him off I went to Les Schwab to see if they could fit me in to plug it. The people there are so AWESOME. Best service ever for real. Someone even met me at my car before I even went inside to ask what I needed help with. They are so friendly and helpful. They got me in no prob, barely waited any time and best part of all, since I bought my tires there, the plug and patch was free!!! I had no idea that was a thing. They are the best fr. Go there for all your tire needs!!!

Brought my car in to get an air leak fixed and the broke my touchscreen in the car, somehow lifted it from the side, and are blaming me because I have some coffee rings on the dash so I must have spilled something in my car and did it myself. My car was perfectly fine, yes messy but not damaged, and they re blaming me for their carelessness and REFUSING to pay for damages done to my car. I turned in a claim to their insurance and because Nate lied to them and said it was water damage so they re refusing to pay on that end too. Said I could claim it on my insurance and they re still going to deny responsibility. After almost 17 years of business with them I ve never been more dissatisfied, disgusted, or felt with more ludicrous service than moving to the Prineville location and won t be back. They can have their tires back and I ll make sure to tell every person I ve ever referred to them to run. This place is full of crooks and liars so if that s what you want working on your car then please by all means go here

Shout out to Les Schwabs Prineville location. Called just before closing time in need of flat repair on wife's car. Shawn answered when I called and since I was close he told me to bring it in. When I arrived they were ready and waiting.Thank you Shawn and Devin for staying late and for your fast and courteous service. You guy's are awesome.

I had a four wheel alignment done after adding a lift kit to my car and they did an excellent job. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions. They got me in quickly and had the job done in no time.

Waited over an hour to be told I need new tires when swapping out studded tires. Every time, no matter what they are doing, always try to sell you stuff.. Went to different shop and Tech laughed said the tires had plenty of life. This place has changed not for the better..

The stars are reflecting the quality of service based on my most recent experience as of March 4th 2024. I am born and raised in Prineville and I knew Les personally. As a boy my brother and I would fish his ponds at his house out by the lake for blue Gil. When arriving at Swabs in Prineville nobody ran out to greet me. Service tech was somewhat hostile towards me even after I had explained a conversation I had regarding my tire with office staff. Pure argumentative. He reluctantly offered to help. Made me feel uncomfortable. After work order it was obvious to me he didn t want to fulfill the work order and after a few minutes came back cheerfully to tell me he can t take my tire off due to amount of tread or lack of. I thanked him for his time and took my car across town to have tire fixed and was done with no complaint or charge. I took my business to Walmart for new tires with a $400 dollar savings. Yes, I said $400 dollars in savings with a better experience. I also worked for Les as a young man and it was part of the rubric to be clean shaven. Not anymore. A sign that management has changed along with quality of service. Sad to see, but thanks Les for the good years. I would not recommend Swabs tire center in Prineville based on price gouging and disgruntled service from tire tech.

I went in this morning to see if they could install wheel spacers on my jeep. The man that helped me explained very well how spacers put extra pressure on wheels and are not recommended, which can also be a safety precaution. I thought about it and took his advice not to install the spacers. Thanks for the honest feedback!!

Thorough checks on my car. Quick service and friendly people. I have supported Les Schwab since i was a young girl. Now i am an old lady and have always been happy with their tires and service.

Got our winter tires on in no time. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They always put customer safety at the forefront. We won't go anywhere else for tire service.

The less swab in Prineville was awesome, Nate the manager there as well as Jessica, Brandon and Jacqueline, as well as all the techs in the bay were great. I came in to town as they were closing or even a little after and they set 2 of my rigs up with rims and tires. Thanks again

This place never surprises me. My mother purchased new tires here yesterday and wanted me to look at the rear hubcap because it looked funny and it is funny. (The weights that they use to balance the tires were put on the wrong side off the rim so the hubcap won't go on all the way.) Easy fix? Yep but whoever installed the tires was like "F!$# it. You can't see it from my house! Told my mother it was broke and then pencil whipped the paperwork like they do thier "alignments". Lol This kinda service is what to expect when you come here I swear to God.

We had a flat on our tow vehicle. The man that helped us was so nice. Got us right in and fixed the flat, cleaned the wheel and tire and got us back on the road in no time. Would highly recommend Les Schwab in Prineville.

One of the best places to get tires, even though they dominate the tire industry over here in the Northwest were most people go and get Tire rotations, Replacements, and New sets. I've honestly never been to another tire company because first impressions outlasted.

They put the wrong shocks on my pick up, went into talk to them and they gave me more bulls--t, i'l go to the dealer and get the right shocks and put them on myself

Very happy with the work on my truckNew wheels, tires, lift, truck was set up well. Drives straight as an arrow. New shocks feel nice too.

Update 11/2/2022 This happened but Nate called and spoke with me this morning. He wanted to hear what happened, he apologized and credited me back the 20 bucks. I feel we all make mistakes, and no one is perfect, but Les Schawb did do the right thing in the end.Changing from 1 star to 4. The reason for not giving 5 is because I had to deal with this. I will give them my business in the future though.I have bought at least 4 sets of tires through Les Schwab over the last 20 years. However, the last set of snow tires I bought was from Costco. Last Friday I decided to go to the local Les Schwab to install my snow tires and dispose of the tires that were installed, the cost was 150.00. That is about 37.00 per tire I paid. On Sunday I noticed the tire was low. Taking it back to Les Schwab on Monday and waiting 3 hours to have it checked they charged me 20 bucks. There was no hole or anything wrong with the tire or the rim. They made sure again to mention to me that I did not purchase my tires at Les Schwab. Guess what!? You did not do the job right the first time and had the nerve to charge me for not doing it right the first time. Guess who will never buy another set of tires or step foot in one of your stores again? This girl! That s right my 1500.00 dollar run flats will be purchased elsewhere in April 2023. If you have not purchased your tires at Les Schwab, don t go there they will totally harass you for not buying your tires there and not fix them right the first time. Worst customer service I have ever had at Les Schwab. I certainly hope that $20 you charged for not fixing it right the first time was worth it.PS for the lady that actually did fix the tire the second time, this was not your fault, it is the fault of the Company for not standing behind their work.

Play favor games. Had appointment and waited for an hour before I decided to leave with not having my car brought into the garage while watching them take back two other vehicles that came in long after me but knew the people that worked there .

Les Schwab in Prineville is the best!! We have come in a couple times (trailer tires and truck brakes) while attending high school rodeo and they are always amazing!! Thank you for your sponsorship and outstanding service. Thank you to the whole team! You all rock!!

They would not replace a tire sensor that they broke earlier. Instead they were going to have to charge me 160.00 to fix it. Said to check with my dealership because the vehicle is too new to have a broken tire sensor. Very disappointed with the way they back up their service.

This is probably some of the worst customer service I have ever received from a Les Swabs tire center. I was the first customer in the door on a Monday morning. I was stranded because the previous Les Swabs placed the lugs on to tight on my truck and i couldnt break them free standing on the lug wrench.I spoke to Ryan at the counter. He asked for my phone number. He placed it into the computer and I explained my situation. One of my internal valve steams became damaged and was leaking air. I own a Dodge Ram. He referenced it as a Ford, I politely said you mean the dodge sir? He instantly became irritated I corrected him and then in a snippy tone said are those swab tires? I said yes and if you reference my account all that info should be there. I asked could you also please balance and rotate the tires. He said in a very snippy tone sure we'll do that. It will take a bit and then just took my keys.You would think being the town that Les Swabs was founded in the customer service would be better. I guess I was wrong. On the plus side only took them around an hour to get the valve steam replaced, tires balanced and rotated.

I bought four new tires for my travel trailer. The service was good I didn't have to wait very long just a couple hours I had four new tires. And the warranty they have for on your tires are really good you can't really go wrong.

Update: Managers Nate and Mike are great people and great representatives for the company. Jaclyn (sp) is outstanding in customer service and also represents the company well. Because of these individuals I will only purchase tires at the Prineville Les Schwab tire center.Note; each Les Schwab center is independently owned. I will only conduct business with the Prineville Les Schwab.

They told us we would be in 3 hours earlier than we were then it was a 45 minute wait to tell us everything was fine! They really need to over estimate instead of underestimate! The service was terrible the guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing on the computer! To top it all off the gentleman was not very welcoming! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Rather go anywhere else! And they were not busy at all so I d hate to see how bad it is when their busy! Oh yeah and they also broke our key!

The staff was very helpful. Willing to take the time to look at my tires while they were still on the vehicle. They were very patient with my corporate office while waiting for them to approve the repairs. And they even plugged me in to an open spot in their schedule that day to get the work done. I'm very pleased.
