Complete Full inspection as well as Oil Change done. Professional and Complete. Not hearded through like a head of cattle but not slow either. They listen to what you have to say. In Love with their Car Wash!!

I've been taking all of my cars to King's for eight years now. I've never had any issues and the service is always amazing. The techs are hard working and thorough. We do a lot of driving in Central Oregon. Where better to get your car serviced than at King's. I appreciate their service and would recommend them every time! Thanks King's!

The employees are always so kind and helpful. I never feel pressured for an up-sale and I love that. I had something under my car one time that I was slightly concerned about, I went in and they took care of it for me and didn't charge me for the time, I was speechless. They will always have my business! Great crew.

Used to be awesome but it's just not the same. The past two times they just pencil whipped the paperwork instead of really checking everything and you might as well forget about them greasing the fittings underneath your car. When i asked if they took care of it the guy looked me in the eyes and said "it's sealed" then checked my transmission with the car off. I have a 1993 caprice it has like 10.

Very efficient oil change. Identified some service items that I could follow up on. Polite and professional staff. Open Tuesday through Saturday.

Quick honest service. Was having issues with our diesel work truck goin into limp mode, they got our fuel and air filters changed out and us back on the road in tip too shape faster than we could eat lunch from the food carts next door.

Very nice and helpful staff. I have charging issues with my Miata. Went to Les Schwab 1st, their test tool wasn't working correctly so he sent me here.

I appreciate the gentalmen that work here. I needed an oil change really bad in my 2012 Mazda. I tried to get it done in Portland with a coupon but lines where way to long. I called on the way down the canyon to make sure they where open and I was in luck that they where having a slow day. Thank you Black Friday! And thank you for getting me in and doing such a thorough check. You saved me some money by letting me know all fluids where good and I did not need the differential flush

I took my car through the car wash. It wouldn't take my card AGAIN! Yes, there's money in my account! This happens about every third or fourth time. The oil change part is always great.

Great people, quick service, decent pricing, quality products used. I would give them 5 stars but for the turn over of personnel lately (most likely suffering from the same problem as most other businesses... Finding employees). All in all a good place for service. Been going there over 6 years and will continue to do so.

Been doing business here since they first opened the Lube Central. Yesterday's service was less than acceptable. Out of all employees and manager nobody could see the fuel filter and install a new one. It mounts inside the frame rail. Every employee that looked for the fuel filter keep telling me I had the wrong filter and I couldn't explain to them they were looking at the Fuel Pump. That the filter was about 1 foot past the pump. Unfortunately I left and had to come home and install it myself. Kings Auto Lube your better than this.

Have been taking our vehicles here for awhile, but man has the professionalism and quality of service just completely tanked. Took a truck in with only 7k miles, noticed a rattle the next day. They stripped LITERALLY EVERY single skid plate bolt most of them weren t even a quarter of the way in noticed oil drips in my driveway the next night. The DRAIN PLUG WAS LEGITIMATELY BARELY HAND TIGHT. Greasy hand prints on EVERY panel of the truck it was astonishing. I felt like taking it back but man. I don t even want those people to even look at my vehicles after that let alone try to fix there eff ups. And quite honestly not even sure the EXTREMELY confused girl put the right oil in.Service: Oil change

The people that work here are great, honest, and quick. I've always gotten the help that I need with my car, and even recommendations for mechanical services. They usually have a fully qualified mechanic on site (since they owner also has a repair center in Prineville), who can tell you when other maintenance might be due (timing belts, etc). Even though I moved from Prineville over 5 years ago, I still come back here. They always treat me right.Service: Oil change

Did a great job. Communicate with you and give you an honest assessment of what needs to be done. That is a welcomed change from many quick lube shops that hard sell every add-on possible.Got my light polished. I can drive at night again!

First time I have used this business, I like to shop local and this is a locally owned business. The staff from the reception to the technicians are professional, friendly and helpful. They occasionally suggest procedures you don't need YET, but their prices are consistent and fairly low and have done a good job the few times I've been there. 4 stars because too easy to call the wrong King's as one is for more serious car repair.

Usually good competent service but recently I had my oil changed. I always provide my own product which I did this time too. In the process of filling my engine with oil they used all of the product I gave them which added up to 4 gallons, The technician put all of it in and it wasn't until later (2000 miles) that I looked for the remaining oil and couldn't fine it. I then checked the oil level and found that it was 2 1/2 quarts overfilled. Luckily, I discovered this and had a shop drain the excess out. The damage potential could have been a blown engine. I am totally disappointed in the service.Service: Oil change

As part of a routine oil check, they inspect the chassis, tires, and other fluids in your vehicle. This may not sound like much, but they definitely know what they're looking at and are incredibly friendly while doing their work. Very good people to get to know, not just a bunch of oil jockeys waiting for their next paycheck to roll through.
