Have no fear the king is there! Cold weather without defrosters and heat just don't work. David was awesome and the rest of his gang, it was nice to know that my car got taken in right away they fixed it it feels wonderful. A little on the high price but what to expect when you want your car done right and he wanted to feel safe I'll be back for a few other repairs but you guys leave it in their hands they'll do you right... Thanks again guys the heat works wonderful and I actually have nice brake.Have a Merry Christmas to all of you

Derek and team were great to work with beginning to end.Consistent updates, trustworthy, respectful, and efficient. King s got me back on the road in no time with quite a bit of work to do and having to deal with insurance. Very professional team. Wouldn t hesitate to return!

I first learned of King's through the excellent oil change retail venue. I was sent to the garage by Les Schwab as they could not deal with the issues to keep my Subaru running. King's Garage is the best garage I have ever worked with. Aside from perfect mechanical work the people are kind, nice, smart and funny. What more can I say? On a scale of one to ten King's Garage is a 15.

I was leaving Prineville after conducting business there for a few days. While trying to get on the road, the entire electrical system failed on my truck. Not being local, I asked for recommendations and was told about King Auto. Not only did they squeeze me in so I wouldn t be stuck for days .they did an amazing job! Their prices were more than fair! And they even helped me shuttle my truck back and forth to my hotel! With service like that, I may have to move to Prineville. Couldn t be happier with these fine folks!

I'll start by saying they were slammed and did their best to get us squeezed in. Dropped vehicle off on a Monday being told Thursday at the latest they'd get my brake pads and possible rotors complete. Called to get an update/estimate on Wednesday. They hadn't looked and my vehicle yet. Reminded them I really needed it for a family trip Thursday night because we were leaving early Friday. Again poor planning on my part. But Thursday around 3pm they finally got it in a bay to tell me that they wont be done until Friday. And brakes and rotors would be $1,600!! Called around and they were the highest people in town. Even Schwab's was cheaper and they were going to replace calipers per standard, not just pads and rotors. $1,600! Is absolutely insane! WAY OVER PRICED ended up doing what I should've done and fixed it myself for $400 thanks to O'Reilly's.

Spent $9,700 on a motor swap on a 2012 tdi jetta and they spent 6 months fixing it and still couldn't get the check engine light to go off. And they used old covers and other stuff from my old engine on the new engine. Plus the new engine had a worse tick and didn't run as good as the one that was on before. After going to this shop I will be learning how to do my own stuff for now on.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

We were driving through Prineville on vacation and noticed an oil leak. King's checked it out right away and gave us our options. We decided on the temporary fix option. They started work immediately. They gave us a loaner car for the day. The repair held up perfectly, and we were able to continue on our vacation. Genuinely nice, knowledgeable people!

Brought them my truck, car, and van. Price quotes were always fair and never changed from the original estimate even after completion, the work done on my truck and car was done well and I have not had any issues, they are currently working on my van! Staff is very friendly and helpful, even offering me advice over the phone for 30 minutes while my van was broken down! Honest mechanics are hard to come by, they have earned my repeat business!

They did a really good job and checked all my lights. and they also have a muddy buddies pet Wash right next to where you wash your car. I did not notice that until I got my oil changed there. I was hundreds of miles from home, and didn't know anyone. I didn't know any of the shops in the area, but was lucky enough to choose this shop first. They were so easy to talk to and to work with. They must have realized how overwhelmed I was, but instead of taking advantage of that, they explained everything to me, walked me through it all, helped me get my feet back on the ground, and really just proved that human-kindness still exists. You can tell just by walking through the door what kind of people they are, trustworthy, hardworking, down to earth, real guys. I would definitely send my friends and family here first. It's been a really long time since I came across a shop of this caliber, they definitely raise the bar when it comes to quality of service.

Eric and the crew at King s really went above and beyond to fix our ailing VW Vanagon while on a recent road trip. Clear and honest assessment of the problem along with a timely repair left us happy campers for sure. Thanks for the great service and we highly recommend this excellent shop.

Excellent customer service at King's Auto LLC. Outstanding work on our 2006 Nissan Xterra. They even filled windshield wiper fluid! We will definitely return with any vehicle service needs.

They explain in detail the issues and immediate needs of your vehicle. They also make sure you know in advance the cost and work necessary to complete it. They break it into stages if needed. I'm very pleased and satisfied with them as my ongoing mechanic...

Good mechanics who explain what they'll do for you. Fit me in last minute and were super kind. Highly recommended if you need somewhere quick and easy to get oil changed.

Sarah is awesome! She took care of the inspection and purchase of a vehicle for my in-laws and everything went so smoothly I almost couldn't believe it. They are professional, flexible, friendly and do what they say they are going to do. I would highly recommend King's.

We are a shop in Bend OR, had a customer in need of assistance in Prineville. She was able to take her car to King's Auto. Jeff was polite, professional and helpful, He was able to get our customer's car in and taken care of. Was the worst business I've ever used very un organized unprofessional lost a day of work for nothing took my car in for my appointment that I made over three months in advance they didn't have the part to fix it when I dropped it off and didn't call me to let me know so I lost a day and night of use of my car they need to get it together its called communication
