Went to get my struts done got lied to for nearly 3 weeks and found out the struts were never order all they could find was a part number then after finally getting an update got told it's too much of a hassle and to look somewhere else. This place of business was my go to now after getting lied to and extremely over bid. Will let all others I know to look to somewhere else to get work done

Used there service in the past, but I never had this experience. I had one lug bolt and 2 lug nuts put on my 4x4. I was charged over $150. Last time I return there.

Fast service and very friendly. Brought my truck in for a tire rotation was in and out in like 30 minutes.

Left my truck there to find out about a warning light. 3 hours later returned to find most of the crew standing around chatting. One of the guys finally decided to do some work after I arrived. It took about 10 minutes.

Set up an appointment on line to order tires and have installed 9 days ahead of appointment. Called next day to be sure they had me confirmed and they confirmed time and tires I wanted. Had planned to leave truck there while I went to Dentist visit a few blocks away. Went to drop off truck before dental appointment and they had never heard of me. Started all over with order again only and when employee went to check on tires they didn't have any available that I had order confirmed on. Tried to upsell me on higher priced tires in stock but I wanted what I ordered. Told them to order the ones I asked for originally and they said the tires would be in "early next week". I then told them to call me when they were physically there . . . that was two weeks ago. No trust here for order or service . . . fool me once etc. Will go somewhere more reliable even though it probably won't be local. No way to run a business and I certainly didn't run mine that way!

Took my car Saturday to have tires changed, then went to pick up on Sunday AND ONCE AGAIN THEY BROKE MY DOOR HANDLE. Done with them!!! Now I have to go have it fixed on my $$

Not only will I be a customer for life to this Point S, I will refer everyone here. I rolled in with my car that sits 3 inches off the ground with specialty rims and a very difficult to find tire size. And they didn t turn me away, helped me when I needed it most. The day before a car show I blew a tire and they helped me get back on the road. Blaine got me all checked in and relieved some stress by telling me it wasn t going to cost an arm and a leg to get my tires switched. Justella (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was the tech who worked on my car. And she took extra precautions with my car being careful, and I appreciate that more than anything. It is so hard to find a shop to trust to work on cars. Very appreciative for this team!

This is my go-to place for switching to/from winter tires, and for brake work. Folk there are very kind and communicative and Jamie does a great job at the front desk. The one time I had a problem with some brake work, they went above and beyond to rectify the problem, leaving me more confident in their ability to provide great customer service.

I had an appointment, they took my car in immediately. I waited around for an hour and 45 minutes because the desk staff didn't realize it was "done". Refused to align it because allegedly all 4 ball joints need replaced, shocks leaking and sway bar end links are loose. After inspecting it myself, of these 3, the swaybar endlinks was the only thing actually wrong with it, which would not prevent them from aligning it.Thanks for wasting my time.

The man who helped me was very pleasant, & talked to me like I knew what was up. They had to order the tires, but he worked with me very nicely. He is getting the tires in quickly to help me keep going.

Took my car to Walmart in redmond and got the oil changed... very bad idea! They OVERFILLED MY subaru outback by a quart so I took it to S Point in prineville Oregon and the woman who works there drained it out. Free of charge. God bless her heart I'm going there from now on!

They are life-savers. I've been getting tires and brakes from them for over a decade. They have always given me a reasonable deal, and get me in and out same day. Even in the times they are short staffed, they are always clear on time frames and do quality work. They have come and tested my battery while I was broken down in the middle of the road, and even though that wasnt the issue, they gave me a ride home while my car was towed to the machanic. Appreciate them so much!

Went in because I thought I messed up the alignment, and turned out my tires were the problem. Thankfully the guy (Marcos, I believe his name is) checked my tires for me and let me know that I needed new ones. Super thankful he checked my tires because snow season is coming and I had worn the inside tires out.

Went in at 3:55pm and asked to get my studded tires put on (they are already on wheels). Was told they are winding down for the day! The only vehicle in parking lot left as I entered the facility, and there were 3 male employees standing there. BAD. Guess they could stand around for another hour - until 5:00pm!

Great team of folks in Prineville - Kenny, Jamie and Marcos will do all possible to assist their customers. I am from Redmond but prefer to do my business with them. Highly recommend!!

they get me in and out fast but fast is not always good they missed a Crack in a wheel so after waiting for then to put a new tire on had to turn around and go bak and they don't have wheels in stock so if u need same day go to les schwabs other then that i have had great service

They're a very "get in and get it done" business, employee-wise. I had a brand new tire mount & balance done here, and it was a much cheaper option than Les Schwab by far. Would have appreciated better unprompted communication and explanation, but it is what it is.

My family has been using Bishops for over ten years now. The customer service is beyond star ratings. The work they do, the knowledge they have, and the highly professional employes servicing you, prove to show, they really care about us, as much as our vehicles.When my vehicle leaves there, I trust beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it has been cared for, like I am family to them. It brings me comfort know my family is safe, and the right products are used, with skill and care on all my repairs. We are happy to use them, and you will be too.They make us proud to shop local.

Regularly take our tires there to get switched out during the winter and spring. Great service at fair prices and the employees are always friendly. Always recommend this place. There was one instance of a miscommunication but they handled it very courteously and professionally, even apologized profusely when the fault wasn t theirs. Best place in town.

My mother -in-law had her brakes done in the Prineville Store. The calipers broke on their way to Springfield. My wife went to the "store" and was asked to leave after her son ( an ASE certified mechanic)questioned their mechanic's workmanship. DON'T GO THERE!!

Service was quick and they gave you the good home town feeling. Service with a smile and reasonable pricing. Better than "I don't have time to give you a quote" Les Schwab, any day of the week!Thank you Ray.

Took my suburban to have the snow tires rebalanced. They earlier in the day quoted 70 bucks to mount and balance all 4 tires. Decided to keep them on the wheels and just balance them. After they did the first two they came out and quoted 60 to balance the 4 tires. Guess they only charge 10 bucks to mount the tires on the 4 wheels!!!(not)Seems way to expensive to me. Should of had the quote in advance. Would not have had them do the work. Be careful!! Don't let them start with out a quote. Never again!! Most all shops here in town are honest and fair.Based on this experience will not go back.

Family member went to gills point s in prineville Oregon. Had brakes done and tire rotation done. Employee said tires can not be rotated on an all wheel drive car. Which is wrong. Brake job was done also. Employee didn t torque caliber bolt down which resulted in caliper coming off and putting my family members life in danger. Manager of point s by the name of Ken Herris said well things happen. Point being is never take you car to point s in prineville Oregon.

Had my tesla model 3 alignment done and new tires put on. I walked them through how to operate the vehicle. I provided my own jack pads for them to use. Great people to work with and will continue shopping there.

After being turned away by LS 2 days in a row Bishop mounted my snow tires without problem and $12 cheaper. Really appreciate their friendly counter help and quick service it earned them a new customer who will NEVER return to LS.
