good products, but no shipment confirmation, no tracking, no response to email requests for shipment verification, no response to phone messages requesting shipment verification. 10 days since order, no confidence. the same thing happened on my last order with them!

I don't know what happened to them. Used them years ago and decided to place an order for some new lug nuts. Ordered 8-2, received an auto generated email confirming the order. It's been 10 days, a few days ago I sent an email wondering about why it has not been shipped and why I have not received a tracking number. Received no email response. Call the phone number a day ago, left a message, sent another email and no response. Started looking around the internet reviews, and it looks like they've had good reviews up to 2018, and started having very bad reviews in 2021 to current. My credit card was never charged, and I haven't received any other communication from the company. I have now officially sent them emails to both sales and orders to cancel my order and do not charge credit card. It's sad to see this happen, but I guess all good things must come to an end. They must be out of business or something but the website should be taken down if that's the case.

Please DON"T do business with this place. Customer service is useless. I tried emailing them 4 maybe 5 times also called there number leaving messages with no return phone call. I ordered 7/16" inch wide chrome molding for groove in side of car they apparently didn't have any so they sent me 1/2" inch wide instead. I would have used the 1/2" inch they sent if it would have fit in the groove where the chrome molding goes, but it just won't fit. I really don't understand why there customer service is so bad, but it is. Don't waste your time or money. Trust me on this one.

Edit: They responded to my email that my order was canceled.I don't think these guys are actually in business anymore. My order has no ability to cancel, they don't respond to phone calls, and all the reviews on their business across the web from the last 6 months (like a dozen places other than Google) are 1-star reviews about never receiving product.I haven't seen a charge on my credit card yet from them and my order status is blank. Just going to watch for a charge to come through and dispute it immediately if it does. Save yourself the time and find your product elsewhere.

I placed an order on 06/12/2023. I have not received my order NOR will they respond to my voicemails or emails as they promised (within 24 hours). They took my money but have not corresponded with me at all. I will give this 24 hours more but then will file a claim with the bank. No communication is NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. We took a chance with this company and are questioning the legitamacy. $386!!

I placed an online order for a wheel lug nut key that was difficult to find on 11/2/22. I emailed Sales on 11/8/22 for an update since the link to my order wasn t updated no response. I emailed Sales on 11/14/22 to cancel my order no response. Received a notification on 11/17/22 that my order was shipped days after I requested to cancel the order. Emailed Returns on 11/30 to return my order no response after attempting to call Brandsport no answer, only voicemail. I m convinced that I won t get my $40.83 back. No communication and overall poor experience. Would not recommend doing business with.

I do not advise you to deal with them unless the item is absolutely not available anywhere else. Probably not spam, more likely they are out of business. I ordered items and the amount was initially deducted but without confirmation email. After few days when I emailed them, they informed me that the item is not in stock, and apparently they are just liquidating whatever left and not bringing new stocks. I guess Covid impacted their business as the negative reviews seem to be after Covid. Although I did not get my item, I am giving 3 stars because I got my money back.

I ordered 14 of the 2 body side mounding for my car project. I needed 2ea 6 3 pieces so I ordered the extra length for good measure in case I wasn t able to make a clean cut. After I cut and installed the first piece I realized that I was only sent 12 of the product and not the 14 I ordered. I ve emailed twice and called twice but have yet to receive a response. Stuck with a half finished project.

Ordered a Lugnut key because I couldn t find a nine point star of tgr right size anywhere else. I guess dealership lost my key because car was in there care for like six months last year. It is now been two weeks site advertised next day shipping. My next step will be to locate the organizer of the corporation and try to get in touch with them to see if they have any interest in fulfilling my order. After that, depending on the response, I plan to contact the attorney generals office in Oregon and file a complaint with their consumer protection department. I am not somebody who just lays down and takes it.Now we have a violation of credit card policy. The kept my card information for almost 3 months. Nope not going down punk.

Did not get what I paid for. Only 1 of the 3 lug bolts that I ordered was actually a Gorilla branded product; the other 2 were just generic lug bolts. See pic. Gorilla puts their name on their items (the one on the left in pic).

I ordered lug nuts on March 24, the order processed and the payment came out of my account. After 3 days of no status change or shipping info, I started calling and emailing. You just get a recording when you call, no email response, no returned call as promised.After a week of no contact, I saw the charge drop off my account. So I ordered a set from a more reputable supplier. They arrived in 4 days.Then on April 7, Brandsport updates my shipping status to "will ship in 6-8 weeks". I email the company again to cancel my order. Again, no response. I left a Google review describing my experience.Then on April 22, Brandsport sends an email thanking me for my recent purchase and asking me to rate my experience on Google, ResellerRatings, and Yelp. So, here it is.I would avoid doing business with Brandsport at all costs. I've now read many similar reviews about them as well, so this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. Now I have to watch my account over the next 6-8 weeks and be ready to dispute any new charges on the off chance they actually ship the order I've been trying to cancel."

I finally received my order (red side molding). Quality product using 3M mounting tape. Only issue was poor service. I placed this order 3-times before it finally went through. The first two times the company just cancelled it after a month w/no explanation (no product?) even though the site still said "In Stock - Ships the next business day". I tried to order the product elsewhere, but after many failed searches I finally ordered it a third time. This last order acknowledgment said it will ship within 1-week, but didn't ship until 3-months later.All they needed to do was tell me they were out of stock and offer a choice of cancelling the order, or waiting until the product was in stock. I would have gladly waited. 8-months passed between the first order and receiving the item. Just communicate better.

DON'T USE!!!!! They took my money but I haven't received any communication on my purchased item. Will not return voicemail or email. Calling my bank to cancel the payment. Would give a negative star if possible.

Placed an order on Nov 9th for 2 separate lug key sets. Still have not received my products, tracking information or a response from emails & voicemails. However they did not hesitate take my money!! Never again will I deal with this company. BEWARE!!!!!!!

I ordered some vinyl trim 6 weeks ago. I have an e-receipt for my purchase. I have yet to receive my purchase. Since early May I have called twice and emailed (as recommended for faster response) at least 3 times. There has been no response to any of my requests for an update. For this lack of consideration, I cannot give more than one star.

Made order 1-29-2023. 233670. Received order confirmation but no tracking number. Really want refund. Site says 2-3 buisness days. Had to purchase somewhere else , which i have gotton and used. Very hard buisness to get in touch with. All i want is my money back now.

We ordered 3 items and only received 1 of them. The support team seems to be automatic responses. Since they are not answering the questions I m asking them about how to get the other two products or a refund. I will not work with this company again.

Nearly impossible to determine a part number without gettting on the phone with someone; the parts were relatively low cost, but made up with very high shipping rates (US). Also, I have not received my order, which was placed the first couple of days of October (2021) and I have had to initiate all the customer support contacts, and most recently I was updated that my order might ship in the next 2 weeks. How nice.............. If there was another company that sold these items, I'd drop this company in a heartbeat

I would have said that these guys were great but enough time has elapsed to be very clear on how they communicate. Never got a response to my request for order confirmation. Finally, my package came as a cutout of the shipping label; no contents. I emailed Paypal, USPS, and Brandsport about this, and Brandsport finally responded stating they'd issued me a refund, but had none left of what I'd ordered. Almost two weeks later and I do not have a refund nor have I heard back from them in response to my multiple emails and voice messages. I'm furious.

I placed my order on June 18, 2021. Paid for shipping 4-7 days and it did not get billed until July 6/7th.The 2 stars are for lack of transparency. There is no tracking number although it states that you can click for status.There was an email on June 20 about shipping delay but still no tracking number creates more frustration to find out status.I emailed and no one ever responded.I called and no one answered.If I rate the product stand alone. Its legit. It is great quality. My husband loved it and has now placed them on his Toyota truck.My feedback is to focus and improve on customer service and creating an actual tracking number or link for customers to check updates.It is understood that COVID has impacted many companies and shipping / deliveries but I would ve given this company 5 stars, if I at least had someone reach out to me or given an actual tracking number or link to USPS.Happy that we finally received our product just NOT happy with the process from ordering to receiving delay and lack of transparency/ customer service.

You sent me the sample card, no problem. But I ordered and paid for a 2 ft piece of Yellow prior to that, which I still have not received a month later. Nor have you responded in any way to my THREE (3) emails regarding it. Don't hold your breath on me ordering anything else after you've obviously stolen my $13.00 for the piece of yellow!

THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SHOPS THERE ARE OUT THERE, I ORDERED 1 SINGLE THING AND IS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND I DON T EVEN HAVE A ETA OR A TRACKING NUMBER (And no, is not back ordered).Definitely wouldn t buy on this shop again and I m hopefully waiting for a Refund.Can t believe costumer support is Inexistent for this company

I'm sorry, but I can't recommend you purchase from this company.I ordered a product which was listed as shipping "within 2-5 business days". After a month with no updates, I attempted to contact them via email -- no response, but my item shipped two days later.Imagine my delight when I received the wrong thing later that week.After a month of sending emails and leaving VMs which are never replied to, I've simply given up, and am disputing the charge with Paypal.

This fake company takes your money and doesn't send out any products. Its fake, working out of an apartment. Just stealing everyones money and nobody stopping them. Read the reviews people before buying from them. If you want to lose your money go for it. Hundreds of reviewers are NOT wrong. They only take your money and send out no product.

Absolutely horrible service!!After waiting 24 days from when my in stock ordered items were confirmed I heard nothing so I inquired by phone...no answer or return callI then sent an email and got a generic message back saying that the items were backordered for 90 days .As of today they are still listed as stock items.They've got my credit card and I've got nothing . Don't waste your time or money on these scammers like I did !!!!!I've tried 3 more times via email and they won't respond.

This is by far the worst company. My husband ordered special lug keys for his truck and the first package got sent to our old address which the new residents returned and he got a refund, this was great. He then ordered them again to our new address and got an order confirmation and charged him. It s been 2 weeks now with no word on the product being shipped. I ve tried numerous times to get a refund and haven t heard anything back from them. Almost $50 just gone because they can t just answer a phone call but rather direct you to their email which they don t answer.

The chrome molding went on easy and looks great. i used it on an older car to replace the molding that is no longer available.
