They were really easy to work with and squeezed me in which I appreciated but they salvaged my car for a relatively minor dent in the roof and a broken windshield without giving me the option to just keep it with the dent. They also quoted several pre existing scuffs in their estimate without consulting with me about it. I ended up buying the car back from my insurance company and paying for a windshield with someone else and keeping it with a rebuilt title but I would have loved for it to not be salvaged over something so minor and purely cosmetic. It felt like they just didn t want to or have the time to work on it as they also noted several other problems like water damage which was super minimal and able to be taken care of by running my dehumidifier in it for a night.

Womack went above and beyond for our repair. The communication was excellent we got frequent updates. The service was completed when they said it would be. Most importantly the quality of the work was stunning. They went above and beyond to return my car like new. It was a truly 5-star experience.

Outstanding work! The job was finished 16 days early and looks brand new! You can't tell it was ever damaged. Veronica and the receptionist were awesome! Professional, knowledgeable and very nice. They even gave me an estimate for a dent in my other car while I was there in a few minutes! I have already recommended them to several people, and I will continue to do so in the future. GREAT JOB!!!!!!

Don't come to this car dealership. I've been waiting for my car to be repaired for more than half a year. The insurance company also gave them the money, just to make you wait for parts and parts. Then now I ask them to return the money to the insurance company and switch to a car dealership. He's still stalling for time. His physical examination was terrible.

Womack was able to get my car in faster than any other shop in the area. The front desk staff or possibly the nicest people I have ever encountered. They make you feel so welcomed! When my vehicle was in active repairs I would get weekly notifications about the process. When it was finished I was unable to pick up my vehicle that day so they dropped it off to my house. Not only does my vehicle look brand new they must have cleaned it as well. I highly recommend Womack to anyone needing car repairs.

Great customer service. Worked on my M240i for a week, considering busy days. Happy with my repainted front bumper, well paint matched/blended/fitment. Would recommend.

Dropped the car off march look at the pictures minor damage. Insurance claim other drivers insurance paying for it this shop was one of that carriers preferred locations. We were clear when we dropped it off in march. Daughter is there for college. Has to have the car back before summer break. The campus closes. She goes back to Idaho. 5 weeks later its not even painted. Even after they paint it l, has to be put back together . Tested etc a whole list they gave me to basically say it wont be done on time.... project management 101....you have a project...you have a deadline....if your not making deadline move resources...ie painters techs etc to get it on time...they never called us never gave any updates. When the car was dropped off in march they gave a april 21st pickup date. We go in april 24th find out its maybe 1/2 way done 5 weeks later and not so much as a phone call from them. And then i get attitude from them on the phone because i get angry and a bit fiesty...which in fairness i was but.....wouldnt you...and to be met with attitude no customer service no concern and solutions....be your own judge they have good reviews but these are just my opinions and the expirience thru my perception.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I want the women who run the office to mentor me through this life. Very professional and knowledgeable, while also being quite kind.It was such a pleasant surprise to find that they washed and waxed my vehicle post-repair.

Top notch repairs! Womack did a great job on my car! They got me in in about 2 1/2 weeks and they had my car done in a timely matter. The repairs did not cost more than the original estimate and the cost was reasonable. The staff are friendly and informative. Lifetime guarantee! My car looks great and they even detailed it, inside and out. Definitely recomend!

Very poorly service with all employees. No communication at all had to go back 2 more times after getting car because they didn't fix anything right and when they did fix they unplugged the whole brake lights and had to go back and all they did was laugh about it . And the place looks like a junk yard not a autobody shop

Great experience with Womack. It was looking like it would take a while to get our car fixed but Womack got it done way sooner and was very communicative about that. They were very nice to work with and made this stressful process less stressful. Definitely willing to refer friends and family here.

This shop has been nothing but professional and helpful as I deal with trying to get my vehicles repaired from a job related incident I needed estimates on both of my vehicles so I can proceed with getting them fixed they have been thorough in finding what it will take to remove the overspray from my vehiclesI will definitely be using them to complete the process of getting both of my vehicles back to the way they should be

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I was connected with Womack through All State after a car accident that took out my right side passenger door along with some other damage. There was a bit of a wait to get scheduled (about a month), but SO worth it. I picked up my car a few days ago and it looks brand new! The new door blends seamlessly with the rest of the car. Freshly cleaned and waxed, I m so grateful for the work they put in. We were kept apprised of the progress the entire time and even got to pick up our car two weeks early. Waited a month and a half to get a fender replaced on my F150. They said they couldn t order any parts for my truck because their parts storage was full, which is all fine. They told me it was 24 billable hours of work which is also reasonable but a bit high considering the damages. When I dropped my truck off they told me they couldn t give me any sort of timeline for completion even though I needed a rental and am moving out of state at the end of the month. Finally when pressed enough they told me that they work through something called Touch-Time which means they ll only work on my vehicle for 2-2.5 hours a day until it s done so they can rotate out all the other vehicles in their maxed to capacity shop. They do this so they don t have to turn down any work at the expense of the customers time. I was looking at 2-3weeks estimated for max 4 days of work. If you want your vehicle back in any timely manor take it to another shop.

I have known the owner for awhile has a great personality and is truly authentic. He is always willing to help others and go above and beyond to make people feel valued as well as have everything they need to perform. His positive attitude is contagious and I have learned a lot from him. Hes an asset to any team and I am grateful to be part of his team. Leads by example and never afraid to work alongside his people.

The employees were so sympathetic to my distress about my situation and were very comforting in helping me get through it. Clear communication and definitely well-organized. Work was done fast. They even cleaned all the remaining bugs off my car from my recent road trip! 10/10

I was recommended to come to Womack from a tire shop I use. They without hesitation said call and speak with James or Jay, they are great and have been around for a long time. I was very pleased with the repairs, customer service, communication, and friendliness of the team as soon as I walked in. Fixed the suspension, camber/control arm and a whole lot more. Out of all the body shops I ve used in Washington and Oregon, Womack Auto Body is my favorite. I ve had two different collision repairs done here. The quality of the work is excellent and they have a great warranty on it. Their customer service is phenomenal. They handled all the communication with the insurance companies, and the rental car company, and myself, and facilitated a very smooth process. I m also terrible at communicating with multiple parties in a situation like this, but they do an awesome job at staying on top of all the details, and giving consistent updates, in a really pleasant straightforward manner. Such good repair results, and they make the whole process much less stressful. I really appreciate the folks at Womack.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

During the winter storm here in Portland, a tree fell on my car and Womack was the auto body shop that my insurance referred me to. Given the amount of damage, I knew it was going to be a long and arduous process, but after speaking to Samuel about the work they were going to be doing I was immediately put at ease. Throughout the whole process they kept in total communication and they were even able to finish earlier than expected. When I went to go pick it up, I was met by James, who was incredibly friendly and educated me once again on all the work they did. I highly recommend this business. And even though I hope I don't see them again LOL...hopefully no more trees crashing onto my car, I would not hesitate to go back if I needed services due to their efficiency, customer service and ultimately the work they completed on the car.
