Awesome!! Terrific place with a huge selection of scooters. I had a E scooter battery issue that no one could seem to solve in Seattle and called Vespa Portland about it. They were knowledgeable and just super nice. Tom remembered my case and took care of it. My battery was fixed in 24 hours, at a fair price and also has a few great chats with the staff along the way. Will come back to check with them next time in town. Thanks again!!

It all started with a helmet. Then months later I got tired of waiting for my inheritance and decided to finance my purchase of my Vespa 300 GTS. Quite painless and quick if you pre qualify. Natasha is a joy to work with and quite professional. They had my add ons for my Vespa ready in two days. Then of course I had to go back and get riding gear. I feel these guys are my friends now. I can't stop thinking about riding my scooter. You're going to have to surgically remove my smile and maybe get a restraining order to keep me away. Thanks Natasha. And thanks Andrew.

As a first-time Vespa owner, I knew I was in good hands with Andrew and Natasha at Vespa Portland. They helped me determine the right scooter for me based on my wants and needs, and had a fantastic referral for transportation of the scooter to my house. This place is truly amazing!! Anderw the owner truly cares about his customers and there experience. Also shout out to Nathen for great sales experience. If you want a scooter go here!! You won t get better service anywhere else

I have a 2020 50cc buddy Tangerine it has 1.800 mil on it run and drive good. The people at Vespa where nice and very helpful thanks guys for looking at my scooter and make sure everything was in perfectly good condition.Thanks Joel Draheim

Down to earth staff, gave me all the facts and lowdown on maintenance, financing, tips, and made sure there were no "surprises." Our dealer, Danny, was super patient at answering all my questions in person and over the phone. He even texted me a photo of the title so I could insure the scooter online on my own at home before coming in the next day to make the purchase and drive home. You can tell they really care that you're getting what you want, and they are not pushy at all. The showroom was really chill and great for checking out the all the scooters and colors and styles in person. Couldn't be happier with my new Vespa!!

Here s what s up.My name is Aly. I m so in love with Vespa.Even as a motorcycle person, I think Vespas are theeee most fun thing to enjoy on most days anywhere. Cue memories of being a deprived kid and enjoying the simple moments of a BMX, or 80s skateboard, camping and paddle boats and crushing on whoever and being in strange lovely places. Air and atmosphere and sounds and freedom, your iPods in your ears, smell of food trucks, chimneys, and riding through the sights and sounds.I ve only ever dealt with the service department, and I m now on my 5th Piaggio Vespa, in 10 years, 3 of which were owned here in PDX.Solid people. And they care. I don t know about the actual owners, but everyone I ve interacted with are community oriented and authentic care and do great work.My Vespa brings me so much joy. It s so very special.

Great customer service. Natasha reads customer e-mails thoroughly and responds quickly. Nathan was super helpful in getting my new moped loaded into my van and tied down. Overall a way better experience than your average motorcycle/moped dealer.

I just got home after picking up my Vespa GTS Super 300 HPE almost 3 hours ago (I only live 20 minutes from Vespa Portland but had to take the scenic route home of course!). My face hurts from smiling! So much fun! Thanks Vespa Portland and Natasha, you made the experience so smooth and easy. I worked with Natasha through the whole process, she is brilliant. Expert knowledge and a consummate professional. If you re thinking about buying a Vespa or just want to look, this is a great place to visit. Huge stock, knowledgeable staff and no pressure. Just buy a scooter already, twist and go.

Best scooter store for a quality scoot! They used to have a great service department as well with a mechanic named Pedro who was very good. I believe they sold Ural motorcycles for 10 years and sadly after having bought 2 Urals over the years they stopped selling and servicing them (bummer for me).But the people there now are good folks and I think they are fair and honest so if you want a Vespa (kind of the most iconic scooter of all time), Vespa Portland is the place to go.

I love Piaggio Portland! They were incredibly efficient, and I feel like they were 100% honest with me. They gave me a break on my service when I felt like they really didn t need to and Tom and Jaypee are fabulous. Natasha did a great job in sales as well, be careful, you ll end up with a new scooter!!

Excellent service! They went above and beyond to find a GTS Super Tech at another shop and went and got it so I didn t have to continue to wait for Italy to ship! So very very happy!!! I LOVE IT!!

Natasha and the entire staff at Vespa Portland are outstanding! I contacted them during the summer of 2022 regarding the purchase of an electric scooter. Natasha kept me informed and up-to-date on the status of my order and when my scooter would arrive. Once the scooter arrived, Natasha explained the nuances and features of the scooter and gave me LOTS of helpful tips. She also walked me through the paperwork while Nate and other staff members located a top case and rack to put on the scooter and helped my husband load the scooter into our truck and strap it down securely for our drive back to Central Oregon. Overall, it was an easy and professional experience!

Working with the team at Vespa Portland to select and acquire my new Vespa has been a completely seamless and thoroughly enjoyable experience! I was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge as well as their willingness to help navigate a non-standard acquisition process. While I rode motorcycles for years, I'd given up my bike when I first became pregnant with my daughter 12 years ago and have missed the freedom of the ride since. When an opportunity arose to pick it back up, I was thrilled to find that Portland Vespa had everything I needed to start riding confidently again. I was very impressed by the advice and help that my husband and I received during our visits and walked away feeling very comfortable and happy with my new purchase :-)

What an amazing group of people! I'd just bought a beautiful blue sprint from them, and in a week it was stolen from me. Andrew and the team reached out to as many people as they could and within two days someone found it on a sidewalk (thankfully undamaged, just out of gas). I candidly wish this team would sell cars because the experience certainly would flip the stigma of the stressful car buying rigamarole. (I sold Porsches for some time).Honest people and an amazing team.

The whole team at Vespa Portland is great! I had lots of questions, called several times while shopping for just the right one. I needed a scooter short enough for me. Natasha went through all the specs and found the perfect one. And Nate helped us to load it into the trailer. Great experience all around! Highly recommend!

Great communication. Great turn-around. Great experience. Tom handled the entire transaction and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience.I had a major service and two tires replaced so it cost some coin, but it was worth it.I highly recommend this place.

I just can t say enough good about these guys. The level of professionalism is stellar But even more than that is the care, the communication, the soul that they pour into what they are doing here. The Vespa that I wanted went out of production because it was on the cusp of the 2023 production line. But Natasha scoured the countryside and found me the scooter that I wanted. When I went to pick it up I could tell that she was genuinely happy for me. The signing of the paperwork and everything just went so smoothly. I am so grateful for every step of this process. The communication factor was huge. They were so patient with all of my questions and concerns and answered them all. Thank you Vespa Portland for making this a wonderful experience! 1980s high school dream finally fulfilled!!!

This place is great! Walked in just to look after weeks of looking for scooters through motorcycle shops. The people at Vespa Portland, and Natasha in particular, were so helpful and kind. Natasha spent a ton of time answering questions and helping me make a choice for purchase. Would definitely recommend this place! Great service and awesome people.

Vespa Portland always treats its customers right. From sales to repairs, I have consistently received excellent service there. They went above and beyond, even fabricating a wiring harness from scratch, because Vespa doesn't make that part for the 2007 LX150 anymore. Thank you to Vespa Portland for a fabulous repair that will keep my Vespa on the road for many years to come. Highly recommend Vespa Portland for all your scooter needs!

Vespa Portland always takes care of me and my scooter! The service department always explains thing throughly and honestly. The parts department is always willing to special order parts and custom accessories to make my riding experience even more enjoyable. The sales department is also top notch. They made purchasing a new scooter so quick and pleasant, our family has bought two Vespas from them!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Natasha was helpful and took the time answer all my questions without pushing the sale. I felt confident in buying my scooter because she helped me feel confident in my decision.
