Very friendly, not pushy. I started doing my own oil due to unpleasant experiences at other lube shops, these guys are completely opposite. The price was fair and while they did offer extra services they didn't get aggressive with it. I will come back here for sure. These folks are a credit to the industry.

Team leader was knowledgeable, friendly. Updated info on my Lexus ct200h that my regular Valvoline place in town said they couldn t change in their computer. Full synthetic every 5000 miles. Easy freeway access. No long wait. I ll be back here at 125k.

Always friendly and informative. I love that you can get your oil changed, headlights and turn signals fixed, wiper blades, batteries, air filters, tire pressure, plus more taken care of. They offer an AAA discount, too! Sometimes, I have to wait with three cars ahead of me, but it just shows that they are trusted. Kudos, team!

My first time there. They were nice and helpful. It was fast service, I didn't have to wait long.I recommend everyone to go! Honestly, it's even better than going to my regular mechanic because although he's great and all he charges more and takes more time to get the work done by himself and here you get a whole team of great people working together to get the job done faster than one man ever could and you get a cheaper price on top of that "faster but still quality level of service"

Nicest crew I ve ever seen!Came in with my A/C System not blowing cold at all, and they fixed it in 45 minutes.They actually care about servicing your vehicle and making sure you re taken care of. Valvoline CEO- You need to give every person here a raise!

On Feb. 2, 2024 just one day after having my oil changed, tires rotated & brakes checked by a well thought of shop in Scappoose, I found myself looking at my "check tires" light. Huh? I remembered this shop, near where I used to work, so pulled in. A nice young man named Mason came right out. He checked tires & all 4 were low, one enough to trigger that warning light. He added air, then insisted on checking my oil, even tho I told him it had been done yesterday. Glad he did. It was overfilled. Cost? $0Value? I gave him a tip that he said he didn't expect, & hope he got himself a better lunch than he'd planned. I'm a happy camper.

Good follow through with everything that needed to be done except for they said they would look into getting a battery transferred from another store. Call me when they figured out if they had it or not nobody emailed or texted when I asked them to so whatever I mean, they didn t have excellent service up to that that s all they covered the All the aspects and they gave me a good deal even though they couldn t find the battery situation I solved it elsewhere

I usually like to go here. Went at 130 on a Wednesday. There was a 50 minute wait. When I got to the front, they said they were out of my oil and filter? So, I wasted an hour of my time and have nothing to show for it. They should go through the line and verify if they have the oil and filter for each car. It would make their lines smaller

Oil change was great, no issue with that. Asked for them to change my driver side brake light, they said it wasn't a problem. they changed the bulb but it still wasn't working and said it was probably a bigger electrical issue. I took apart the brake light the next day on my own and the socket for the bulb was black, which indicates its potentially burned or bad. installed a new socket and the light worked fine. Weird that they didn't at least mention anything about the socket . Shown below the new and old bulb socket which was clearly black.

They were very quick and professional, and didn't really try to up sell me on anything. Overall, it was a great experience, and I probably won't go anywhere else now.

I went early in the morning for a service and oil change. I was helped out by Mason and Papate and they were awesome! I felt well taken care of and the prices were very straight forward. I was in and out in 30 mins. I will 100% be going back here!

Hour wait then when I got home I had my battery light on I go to these places to help remove issues and lights not add them be a 1 star but the wipers are ok and they were decently polite.

Great customer service and efficient work! I will definitely be coming here for all my oil changes - and most likely more! They also checked on my check engine light and ensured me I didn t need to actually do anything until I renew my tabs - very helpful! Thanks to all the folks at Valvoline!

They ve been nothing but above and beyond helpful when I ve come in with tire issues recently. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain the issue and to let me know I could come in to get free air in my tires so I don t run the risk of wonky gas station air pumps almost wrecking my tires.

The actual service is ok, pretty standard. But the guys there can be pretty rude. Namely the one who seemed to be in charge. Once, ok. Twice, I'll go to somewhere else now. I don't need to spend my money at a place where I leave feeling bad.

I had a wonderful experience at Valvoline today. This was my second time visiting this location. Mason (manager), Daniel and Mike, were all extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable, explained everything to me and gave me options to fit my needs. They were kind enough to offer my dog a treat too. Thanks for the great work and I will definitely be returning because of the great service!

Mason (Store Manager) went above & beyond his scope of practice & assisted me with a concern I had with my car. A plastic cover on the undercarriage of my car came loose & was dragging on the ground. Mason opened the doors 10 minutes prior to their normal operating hours & got me out of there within 15 minutes & didn t charge me for the repair. I will definitely recommend this location to others.

I tend to neglect getting oil changes bc in my past experiences (not at Valvoline) I ve felt extreme pressure from the employee over purchasing the plethora of recommendations to add on.This morning I had the most pleasant experience and I will forever be a Valvoline customer. The wait was only about 10minutes to get in, and once inside the guy chit chatted with me, showed me the recommended maintenance but gave me his honest opinions about when I d actually need them and never once made me feel like he was giving a sales pitch. Before I knew it they were done!I will definitely be back for every oil change as well as for the additional engine maintenance suggestions. Thanks again guys! You are top notch

Synthetic blend oil change with discount was about 50$, and they also advised me on some other labor that needed to be done. Would definitely recommend!

Great service and knowledgeable technicians. I came in with a 30 year old can I just purchased and they replaced virtually every fluid, got me a new battery, filled up the tires and got me rolling confidently.
