called to have a ring and pinion installed in my 2005 mustang, and was told it didn't sound like anything they want to get into. huh? do they service cars or what?

Brett is the only person that has always fix my 1965 Datsun Roadster the first time he always fixes my machine the first time I don't have to go back to Brett because he does it right awesome service and you pay for awesome service and you will truly be happy with your running performance vehicle. Called to see if they install turbos on vehicles. Called and a man answered, he was polite at first and then as we got further into the conversation he got progressively rude. He said it says it right there in the name when I said it was a CXRacing turbo kit for the car. He said I know I did things I regret in the past assuming I was going to use this for racing purposes which turbos aren t always used for. Great example, a turbo diesel, mainly used for towing. After I told him I m using it for a offroad rig he then proceeded to say I don t know who I can redirect you to that will humor you . My whole experience here was horrible especially because he treated me like I didn t know what I was talking about when I said all I wanted to run was 8-10 PSI. Little did he know I m a 4 year automotive student, I d be working on my vehicle myself but with work & my 3 other vehicles I have very little time and I wanted to support a local shop. Instead because of this experience I now am going to go and install it myself which will save me the money. My win their loss, however I wouldn t recommend using this shop unless you want to deal with rude staff.

Was quoted $99 for a full alignment over the phone after I specifically told the person on the phone exactly what kind of car it is, very professional and happy to help. Got it professionally towed there just to be told by the owner "that car should have crushed years ago". I am dead serious and was going to pay 10's of thousands if not more in the future. They done lost this hard working country boy's lifetime loyalty and they will never have me as a customer. Btw the money shown is only $266 and pocket change compared to what I have earned through blood sweat and tears.

Brought our car in to have the spark plugs changed.They happen to notice the service light was on and proceeded to do an oil change WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION!!Did they inquire to find out if possibly it was not reset during the last service!NO!!Did they inquire to find out if we had a pre-paid service contract?NO!!They most likely preformed the unauthorized work because a female brought the car in.Definitely will never return for any future work and would never recommend a mechanic who does unauthorized repairs!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle and called the guys at USA Performance to see if they would be able to do a vehicle inspection on the car I was wanting to buy. Not only did they do this on their lunch break, but they did a phenomenal job! Not a single detail was overlooked, they reviewed things I didn t even think of! The carfax was pretty empty on the car but with experience in auto body and paint as well, they were able to tell if there had been any touch up paint or repairs to the body of the car. They provided an itemized list of recommendations with cost included for me to use as a bargaining tool. Were very detailed in explaining every part of the recommendations and why they recommended it. Very very happy with the service! If I lived close in town or ever need a mechanic I would definitely go to them!

I got a quote and time estimate (1hr) for a synthetic oil change by phone. The price was better than most in the area. Upon going for my appointment, they had just received a car from a terrible accident. It was on the risers my car was supposed to go on to get the oil changed. They found a way to get my oil changed and have me out of there in an hour despite the risers being occupied. Then I think I sat in the accident traffic that car came from but I m still grateful they worked so hard to stay true to their word and would gladly return.

Got an alignment done on my Audi.Les Schwab couldn't do it because they apparently didn't have the training or tools. These guys had it done in less than a half day. Would definitely come back.

Whoever the old dried-up guy who answers the phone..... has horrible customer service. Possibly needs a cup of coffee and his first cigarette not sure but learn how to speak to people. Don't do business here.

Went in to check out why my subaru was making a "clicking" sound when turning the wheel. Also went in for a couple other things. They gave me a bunch of information for my questions and concerns and wasn't able to find anything wrong so they ended up not charging me! They even topped off my oil and fixed my transmission fluid. Will definitely be coming back once my rotor issue becomes more prevalent. Thank you!!!

The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and explain what needs to be done. Prices are more than reasonable for what they do. And they are very protective of their customers vehicles.
