Dylan was raised wrenching on volvos, and has seen and repaired alot. They've treated my P80s with good care, and keep many others on the road as well.

Had a intermitant problem.Very hard to track down.They Kept my volvo 240 classic way longer then I deserved and then luckily it had the problem... and they fixed it.Grateful.Brad

TVG is an honest and totally fair Volvo service shop. Family owned, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I actually look forward to seeing Curtiss when I drop my car off for service, He's the kind of guy who actually talks you out of doing unnecessary work. How's that for an atypical repair shop.

TVG are the most honest, kind and capable people in car repair that I have ever worked with. I took my Volvo to them for 7 years and not once was their service anything less than exceptional. If you re reading this review wondering where to go and who to trust, no need to look any further. These guys are professional, kind and honest. I am in the neighborhood and went over to speak with them. Dylan was extremely helpful and insightful. I don t know the rest of the staff by name but they are just as great.

Curtis & crew at TVG are the trusted pros for all my XC70 s maintenance. The are super efficient in diagnosing issues & have resolved every problem with my vehicle over the years. Never pushy with additional recommended service and get the job done! Easy scheduling over the phone and always personable. They just might get my vehicle into the 400-500K club!

Curtiss and his staff are legit. I have a 2007 XC90 and I had routine high mile service done and the work was exceptional, though not cheap, it was fair, honest and they went above and beyond. Portland metro is beyond lucky to have a service shop of this caliber to keep Volvo s going.

TVG is great. I have a C30 that s needed work over the years and I only take it to Curtis & Dylan. Always honest, super punctual, and really know their stuff. Cant recommended them highly enough.

Curtis and crew really know what they are doing when it comes to Volvo repair and maintenance. In my opinion, TVG is truly a trustworthy Volvo repair place in Portland.

If you own a Volvo this is the only place to go for service and repair. The owners Curtiss and Dylan are very knowledgeable about Volvo's and they can guide you though your general maintenance and repairs. Go see them today.

I called asking for a new fab. simple as it may be this may be it seemed like quite a problem. he said he didn't feel like dealing with it, he is too busy and doesn't need my business and told me to go elsewhere.so just to let you know he is too busy for your car problem he doesn't want to deal with you and i suggest you take you business elsewhereService: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are just GOOD PEOPLE. Spent three hours diagnosing the issue with my vehicle and when the cost was a little steep for me at the time, Curtis was understanding and kind. Saving up and we will be back!!

Took my Volvo in on the recommendation of our Mercedes mechanic and I can't say enough good things about TVG. Everything was done in a timely manner and right on target of the estimated cost. I will definitely go there again when the need arises.

They are the best! They have always been super honest with me about what my car needs. Prices are reasonable and my car has always been done when they said it would be. I bring both of my Volvos here for service.

Came here because of the reviews even though a distance from Milwaukie. Started to explain my brake light situation, the phone rang, he answered it....I waited for 10+ minutes while he continued to carry on a phone conversation. No acknowledgement of my patience while waiting for the call to end. Nothing. I walked out and will not return. Lousy customer service. I was there to get my car fixed and paid for...next time try paying attention to the customer standing in front of.you.

Went in to TVG for a quote on a repair to my sunroof. After telling the guy at the counter that i had taped my sunroof shut to prevent it from leaking, he laughed and replied, "and you thought that would fix it?!" !! Horrible customer service!! Instead of providing a solution or offering to repair, he walked away smiling. I thought i'd be better off having a "professional" do it, but i'm clearly better off DIY.

Just called TVG on a recommendation from the wonderful guys at Alamo to see about a possible cem replacement for my volvo. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. It's hard for me to believe that they are in business with that kind of customer service. I wish I had gotten the guy's name that I spoke with. He actually told me he thought it was stupid (not sure if he meant the repair or the idea of it), that he didn't feel like spending his time doing it and that I should just go somewhere else. Now, I can understand not wanting to do something and recommending another business to a potential client, but this guy was inexcusably, unnecessarily rude. Not only would I never give them my business, but I will definitely be letting the people who recommended them know about my experience. Beware.

Customer service is the issue. I called them looking for a guess on the price. They weren t willing to give me a price, responding with, I can, but I m busy right now. When I went to say thank and have a good day, before I finished, they hung up on me.

This is by far the best Volvo service center in Portland.... I know that they're going to be moving their location out to approximately 60th and Foster soon and I will be following them there I have never taken my car any place else and I never will

love these guys. ive been coming here for years. i never feel taken advantage of because im a single female. my next car will be a volvo just do i can stay here. 180,000 miles and still ticking.

Did stuff to my vehicle without my consent. They put the old parts back but now my car is messed up when it wasn't before. Also were super rude to me every time I talked to them.
