Late to review, but I still can't stop talking about my experience with Lee and his team at Trinity. They sincerely treated my friend and I like family. Honest, impeccable work done by honest people, real "people people," you know? I had a friend visiting from out of town and we were in quite the pinch, trying everything we could to a find a shop that would check the car out as he needed to drive back to Seattle as soon as possible. I feel almost blessed that all other shop appointments were months out, because, from start-to-finish, working with Lee was an absolute dream. Fast service, friendly attitudes, integrity, the works. I can't recommend this shop enough.

I felt the need to share my experiences about Trinity Auto . Lee Baker and his whole crew are amazing!!Their knowledge and expertise on so many makes, and models of vehicles makes them stand out alone.I have always had great service and excellent turn around every time I ve had to deal with car issues. Great service, impeccable knowledge and good people to do business with!I m a huge fan!

Working with Trinity Car Care was easily the best experience I ve had with a mechanic. The owner Lee was incredibly communicative and helpful. He was extremely honest and trustworthy unlike many other mechanics/body shops I ve been to. He went above and beyond helping us recover from damage done by another shady collision company. I cannot recommend this business enough. Lee at Trinity Quality Auto Care is that rare combination of a mechanic who is both trustworthy and an expert in his trade! He is honest, communicates clearly and frequently, and goes above and beyond with his service. Lee had to fix our car from top to bottom due to another untrustworthy mechanic and he provided excellent service, and an honest and more than fair rate! He is not only a great mechanic, he is a good and honest man. Don't go anywhere else for your car care if you have the opportunity to work with him and his team.

Lee and his team are amazing! I dropped my Jeep off on a Friday and it was ready Monday morning - which is a lot quicker than I was expecting. The price was good and honest. He has great communication and even took the time to check in with me a couple hours after I left to see how my car was doing. Trinity Car Care is the best shop I have ever been to and I have been to alot only owing used cars. Lee the owner is a fantastic person! He is honest and reliable. Lee and the Trinity team are incredible and work wonders! This should be your first stop with any car issues.Through a series of odd and unfortunate events, our Mazda looked like Frankenstein (no windshield, missing headlight, cracked taillight, interior door panel gone, sat in the rain for a week with no windshield and smelled like mold basically a huge mess).We took it to Trinity expecting them to tell us it was a goner, but Lee called the next day and said he would be able to get it back in ship shape for way below what we imagined it would cost. He gave us an update almost every day and made sure we knew exactly what was going on.He initially told us it would take three weeks. It only took one. We had our car back sooner than expected and it looks and drives perfect.I cannot recommend Lee and the rest of the Trinity team enough. Do yourself a favor and make Trinity your go to shop! This was the best car care I have ever gotten- hands down. It is hard to know who to trust in this business so luckily I was referred by another very happy customer of Trinity. They worked in an extremely timely manner, great with communication, & really put in the best work I could have asked for; for a great price too. My mini cooper (her name is Mystic) LOVES Lee & is happier than I have ever seen her! Highly recommend to everyone. I really appreciate all the work Lee and the mechanics at Trinity do! Lee wouldn't let me waste thousands of dollars on repairs to my disastrous Rogue because the transmission was going out and I am really thankful for his honesty. Lee and the guys have helped us a few times now with our cars. He s very helpful and definitely cares about his costumers. It s nice to know we re in good hands when we leave our cars. Also he is great at teaching us what is going on with our cars so we are able to learn more. My partner and I just started in the car business this last year and it s nice to have a good team and handy trust worthy mechanics on our side. Best mechanic I ve ever been to. Lee is truly fantastic! I am so grateful my friend recommended Trinity Car Care to work on our cars. Every time we need to take one in I am so pleased with his work, prices, communication and punctuality. This last time he worked on my sons car and it was a big job. I KNEW we would be taken care of honestly and in a timely manner with solid work. And let me tell you, nothing is greater than knowing my teenager is out there driving in a safe vehicle because Lee worked on it!

Lee is the best and only mechanic I will ever trust for anything on my vehicle. He and his crew are the only ones I will ever go to. My past experience with mechanics is horrible, I've been over charged, lied to and taken advantage of so many times. Thank you and your crew for all you do for me and all the homeless or low income vets too and thank GOD for all of you. You are the best as a mechanic, business man human being and friend. Lee and his team did a terrific job fixing an older car of mine when I was in the area. His knowledge of auto mechanics and his diagnostic skills helped avoid unnecessary costs, wait time, and got me back on the road fast. They are all very professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure all my questions were answered. Best car service in Portland.Are you tired of being overcharged for sub-par or unnecessary mechanic work on your car?I know I was, then a friend of a friend recommended Lee and Trinity Car Care to me.Quotes for multiple thousands of dollars from other shops were looked at by Lee and he was able to show me 1. How much of the work quoted was unnecessary and 2. All the work that did need doing he could do at half the price.As long as I live within two hours drive of Trinity Car Car I will never take my vehicles to anyone but Lee.

Lee is an honest owner which is hard to find. He honors his estimates and backs up his work. He got my truck in and out in two days. I depend on my truck for work as a fishing guide. The most honest car shop I've encountered. Brought in my vehicle for a standard brake pad replacement. Didn't try to upsell me and told me I still had some life on my front brake pads and only replaced the rear at a very reasonable rate. Many shops would have suggested I replace all of them. My lug nuts were a mess so they had to air hammer them off and ordered me replacement lug nuts. Only charged me the lug nuts at cost.I can't recommend this auto shop enough. I will definitely return and tell my friend and family to get their auto repairs done here.Service: Brakes

I am a single mother with two children and purchased an Acadia, "Cameron" that I love. I drove him for two weeks when the engine died, plus more. The dealership did NOT do right by me and left me with a car that wouldn't run. Lee and the Trinity Car Care staff took care of me. After my used car purchase experience was a bust, I had lost all trust in Portland businesses. Lee quickly reassured me that he would be fair and honest. He was! He kept in contact with me throughtout the installation and repairs on Cameron, and not only that he made sure after I drove away that my car was running smoothly. I truly appreciate Lee for everything he has done for me. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Lee and the Trinity Car Care staff!!!

This is the most honest an competent auto shop I have ever dealt with, Lee was very helpful and friendly. I had gotten a quote from a dealer for a bunch of repairs, some not even needed, in the end my bill was less than half of the dealer quote and done right. I HIGHLY recommend Trinity Car Care, it's so refreshing to see honesty in a auto repair shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best mechanics ever! Honest, thorough, and very reasonable pricing. They took my car in on the same day, repaired it, and then checked in the next day to make sure I was safe (I was driving a long distance). I've been going to Lee and his team for 10 years, and they have delivered quality service every single time. If you need any help with your car, these are the people to go to.

Lee, the owner has fixed not only one of my vehicles but all of mine and my family's! Can always count on Trinity Car Care to fix my vehicles in a timely manner. He has worked on things for me such as a BMW, Honda, and most recently a Jeep. Every time the car comes back and is better than before!! Great service, and great prices!! Lee is one of those mechanics if your really really lucky you come across once in a lifetime. Imagine a mechanic who looks out for you . You don t even have to ask.That s Lee and the team at Trinity Car Care. It s as automatic to the way he does business as breathing . I ve had 3 family members use him and my son who s new to the car buisness who ve all said the same thing .The quality of work they put out is outstanding and they do it so quick. The work they did exceeded my expectations by a landslide.I brought him a 2017 branded title Jeep with a couple royal headaches repairs to figure out , unravel and fix and he got it done, surprisingly quick , excellent communication too every step of the way. I can t speak highly enough of Lee at Trinity Car Care. After being screwed around and lied to by Mini of Portland for two weeks while my car was in their shop, I decided to take my 2009 Cooper to Lee after a friend recommended him. Not only did he do an excellent job of getting my car back in shape, but he was prompt and clear in his communication, and honest in his assessment of what needed fixing. Lee quickly and properly diagnosed my car s situation, confirmed that much of what Mini had told me was not accurate, and tended to what repairs were necessary in a timely manner. Lee was truly a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent mechanic in the Portland area!

Lee is one of the most honest and down to earth guys put there. He doesn't try to bull $h!t you and tell you something is wrong with your car that actually is not. His pricing is the best that I have found. I have never had an issue getting ahold of him last min and him working the car in and having it back to me within 24 hours. A forever customer here! The owner Lee is a terrific guy that I've done work with for years now and he always gives me a great deal and gets things done quick. My last repair the Ford store told me I had aftermarket parts so they couldn't do anything for my exhaust leak but Lee ordered the gasket from Ford and installed it ASAP. Funny that ford couldn't install their own gasket.Service: General repairs & maintenance

He knows a guy that ll get it done at a fair price. He s knowledgeable on the people and shops in this city and has referred me to trustworthy shops like the locksmith I m now using. I m glad I ran into these guys.
