Josh helped me put a 3.5" lift on my truck, new wheels, and new Baja Boss tires. Very helpful all the way thru the process. I'd ask for Josh if you call, but I'd say it's better to go to the store and talk to them. They can start an account for you and keep track of all the items you're researching.

Both times I came here, both times never received any acknowledgments nor greetings. Man behind the counter was helping a couple and did not bother to tell the gentleman and I that he will be right with us. This location was either under staffed or they didn t care for new business. I now will buy my bumpers, lights and winch from an online store. Shopping at an actual store is not like it used to, no customer service with careless attitudes from staffs. There s a reason why many of these stores are closing around the country with customers purchasing online. I don t mind paying more for that personal service with a knowledgeable staff but I won t find that at this 4 Wheel Drive parts store.

Great service! Needed help with my winch and they worked me in made everything work reinstalled the cable and I was back on the road a day before the snowstorm hit. I ve purchased my winch and other accessories and it s a great shop. I have a Toyota tundra and a jeep, CJ both with winches.

I purchased a 4" Lift kit, spacers, and new tires off Extreme Terrain, shipped to my home, had 4 Wheel Parts in Portland do the install, mount/balance, and full alignment, al in one day. I couldn't be happier, Kevin, Josh and the install crew did a bang-up job. I was originally going to go with another "local" shop, but their poor professional communication was enough to hunt for a better shop, and 4 Wheel Parts were exactly that: Professional, diligent, and responsive. They even warranty all the parts I bought online NOT from them for 5 years! HIGHLY recommend this shop. I absolutely will be doing more work with them in the future. Its nice to have a good shop like this at my disposal.

Unorganized, irresponsible liars, simply put. I dropped off my brand new 2022 Jeep Gladiator for a lift kit and wheels install. Appointment was scheduled at 9am, brought vehicle in with my own brand new 37s wheels and tires in the back of Jeep. After they did inspection of the vehicle, and never parked it inside the shop, I received a call 3h later saying someone stole your wheels. I had to drive back from Vancouver to pick up the jeep without them doing anything to it. They paid for new wheels and new tires but giving me fake dates on shipment arrival. Took 1 month to finally receive wheels and do the install. After install of lift and wheels, out of 4 rear control arms, 3 were loose which caused drive shaft and rear differential to move because the whole rear end is loose, plus TPMS light is ON. I had to park jeep at home and wait a week till they get me back in to fix their mass up. My door panel were dirty from techs in and out of jeep. They were not very apologetic for anything and gave me $300 discount which I'm thankful for but id rather have this not happen to me. They don't care for customers but say they do. I will never do business with them and tell others to stay away which is very sad but unless they change their management, employees, this will keep on happening. I understand people have flaws and make mistakes but own up to it. -1 STAR

Just learned 4 Wheel Parts in Portland is no longer 4 Wheel Parts and now goes by Total Offroad. Hmm, curious what this means for any warranty items or extended warranties purchased through the artist formally known as 4 Wheel Parts. Didn't quite get a straight when I called, nor much assistance with a product purchased through them. Even though it's still the same counter monkeys slingin parts. My apologies for not running home to install my lift the same day the order arrived. I was a little busy serving my country. Sure hope warranties get honored, especially the "No Worries, No Hassle" extended warranties that were purchased by customers. They sure tried to tack them on automatically to everything I purchased the last few times I was physically in the store, even down to the $10 spare lenses for some $25 KC marker lights.

Any business can provide you service, but I think the thing that separates good businesses from great ones is how they handle and correct problems that may arise. I had a bumper and winch installed on my Tacoma at this shop, and I found a small issue with the way it was done. Kevin, Josh and the lead service manager went out of their way to make things right. I left having more confidence in their abilities as a shop than if nothing had been wrong in the first place. Humans are humans, we all make mistakes, but the true measure is how we own up to those mistakes and make things right. Really appreciate it guys!

I went to Total Offroad on s.e. 82nd yesterday , dropped off my 2015 ram 1500 to have some headlights, running board steps and a Flowmaster exhaust system installed and by 5:30 the same day it was finished , Great crew there , Kevin was awesome , very friendly and knowledgeable , kept me in the loop , the tech that worked on my truck was awesome did a fantastic job , HIGHLY recommend this shop if you need work done on your rig this is the place to go.

They installed a light bar on my truck, I was just calling on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate, they just so happened to have room for me that day.. I was there within an hour and they installed very professionally. Thanks again guys!

I was in the market for new 17 aluminum beadlocks and 40 tires. I called up 4WP and asked what they could do, Karl took down my information and called me back promptly after he did some research. We discussed my options and I wound up going with some killer Raceline beadlocks and some new Extreme ProComp MT2 s. Not only did Karl find the Raclines on sale but he got everything to me in less than a week at a price I was happy with. Karl put in the time and effort, I ll be asking for him any time I call 4WP.

I had these guys install 3inch Teraflex lift, dual reservoir fox shocks with fox steering stabilizer, 35inch Ridge Grapplers tires, MOTO rims and re-geared to 4.56. Very happy with the installation! Loved the fox suspension! Definitely made huge difference.

key word...HONESTY. James Wheeler and team were a tremendous help and most important... were honest. I was told by a well known tire company I had a nail in my tire but they couldn't fix because it was on the wall of the tire. I called 4 Wheel Parts to replace the tire. When 4 Wheel Parts inspected the tire they did not find a nail OR a leak. They could have easy replaced the tire and charged me but they didn't. They were honest - which is very rare nowadays. ALL MY BUSINESS WILL GO TO 4 WHEEL PARTS IN THE FURTUE. No question. Thank you James for your help and honesty.

Could not be happier with how the whole experience went.4WP employee review portion -I called 4WP and got Mike! Mike was amazing, I gave him a VIN to the truck I drove he gave me a parts list and a bunch of helpful advice about what this meant, or what that meant. Coming from sports cars to trucks had some sure differences. Mike was patient with all my questions, never rushed me, even called me back after doing some research a couple times and reached out for some customer reviews on some products. So I went ahead and did my order with a ProComp Stage 2 kit with the coil-overs.Moe- Install tech! First off, got to watch Moe avoid a crazy accident that probably would have taken weeks to repair. Thanks to his attentiveness while driving my truck on the test drive he walked away safe, and a huge plus, my truck wasn't damaged. That aside, Moe was super excited to work on my kit, did a great job all around.Products-ProComp K1171BPXProComp MT2 35x12.5HELO HE900 20x10 -24 (sticks out a bit wider than I imagened)Plashpaq 5AMP PowerstepsAs far as the products and how the ride has been enhanced!No body bounce on most roads, bumps, and I even jumped the truck yesterday haha thing is crazy different. Significantly less body roll, feels like none at all in most turns unless I really take one fast.Smoothness improved, it's almost odd. The truck feels more firm on flat ground, but hit the bumps and you'll feel planted and comfortable at the same time. You won't feel like you jarred your back because of a bump around a turn. Also won't feel like you're gonna die because of that bump during a turn.Truck rides so good I almost wish I had a cousin named Cleetus. 15/10 would recommend this company/location and these products to anyone without hesitation. Mike will give you honest opinions and suggestions, Moe will take care of the rest! Family friendly location, had my very active 4 year old running around the store for a while and they were super friendly with him, and the service dog.Big thanks to you both for the whole experience, keep up the amazing work.

Came in with a problem and left with a solution. Installed a Habitat Canopy on a 2017 Tacoma and the existing suspension was far too soft for it. Austin found what it needed, guys in the shop took care of business, and the Taco is sitting upright and ready for our next adventure. Ride is far more responsive, straight, 3 higher than when sagging, and most importantly ready to handle what we throw at it on a daily basis. Thanks to everyone that had their hand in this.

Called up 4 wheel parts in Portland on 82nd, Karl helped me decide the best lift for my F150 based on what I need and want. From there he kept me updated on when the lift was arriving and getting me on the schedule. They not only help you build your dream vehicle but educate you on the parts your getting installed. Everyone I came across in the shop was laid back and more than happy to answer your questions. Just got my truck back today with lift and wheels installed. Couldn t be more happy with how it turned out!! Every dollar well spent. If you are thinking about doin lift, tires, any aftermarket parts put on, these guys do amazing work and you won t regret it. Thank you to the 4 wheel parts team on 82nd, lovin the new look on my truck!!

I recently purchased a trailer hitch part for my Jeep Gladiator. I took it home and it appeared not to fit. So, I took it to the store and explained the problem. The people behind the counter were more than happy to return it but wanted to check the problem. We went out to the jeep and and discovered it was correct I just didn't know the trick to the bolts. He kindly showed me and in fact mounted it free of charge . No,he didn't have to do this and really, I hope this doesn't get him in trouble. BUT, because of his kindness and going above and beyond to make me happy I will keep returning to this establishment. These are knowledgeable and truly good employees. I would suggest if you have a Jeep head on down and check out what they have to offer. My next purchase will be a lift kit and I will happily purchase it from them and happily pay for them to install it also :)A Satisfied Customer,

I can t say enough about my first experience with a shop that has everything to make you experience an amazing parts purchase, truck service and be confident with the vast product knowledge. I knew what I wanted, but needed some guidance, and Mike at 4wheel parts went above and beyond for product information, assistance and timely communication for parts orders and install. These Five stars are for Karl Leussen Sales dude and for some of the techs that worked on my taco at the 82nd store, I will not go into any details what I experienced but all in all I got what I wanted let it be known that Karl went over and beyond to help expedite my custom brake build. Karl actually after the fact supplied and installed the correct lug nuts for my Method custom wheels that I purchased at the Tigard store all I can say stuff happens and making it wright is what it is all about especially in todays crazy world patience and correct communication is what helps the experience. You Rock Karl!

The manager Austin made up for the lack of communication from another employee. He stayed a couple hours late to make sure my truck was finished. If it wasn't for Austin I probably would've given a lower review. Also, the guy that did my lift did an awesome job. I'll come back and will recommend still.

As a member of the community, I was really impressed to see this business picking up and getting rid of the leaves on their sidewalk. Most businesses blow them out to the street which creates issues for other people. If, and when I need something that they sell, I will be going to them.

I love this place! I had new BFG's, levelingkit and bilstein shocks put on yesterday(2000 Tundra). They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have also have had them put on a banks power exhaust and Mickey Thompson rims in the past. I will go nowhere else for my off-road needs. It also doesn't hurt to bring them pizza! Thanks again guys, you rock!

If i could give 0 stars that would still be to many. Ordered a set of doors online. Sent a relative to pick them up while I was at work. She drove 2 hours to get to the store for them to refuse to give her the doors because I was not there in person to show my drivers license. Never again will I spend a dime at any 4 wheel parts. Ive had nothing but horrible customer service from both local Oregon stores. Highly suggest supporting a different offroad business !!!!!!

This team was great. We had a large package of parts that we ordered for my wife s Jeep. I gave them the Jeep with my only request that I get it back by a Thursday. This was only 5 days. That stayed as late as it took that Thursday, close to 8:30pm. It was a surprise for my wife and they helped make it happen. They all had great attitudes and were laughing all night. Would recommend to anyone around.

Purchased air bags last year and we were having issues with the compressor. We called the day before we were coming to Portland and they fit us in their schedule and troubleshooted and fixed the issue quickly. Awesome customer service, highly recommend.

I bought an air locker that was missing parts and Austin helped me replace it within one week free of charge. He even called me and left a voicemail to keep communication going. Definitely went above and beyond. I don t usually leave reviews but this did stand out to me and I think its worth a slight premium to work through these guys instead of online because they will work with you if something goes wrong

I bring my 05 wrangler here anytime I have an issue and they have never let me down. Very efficient and straightforward with competitive pricing. They recently fixed a KC spot light for me on the spot with something they had in stock before I left town since it was going to take a week to order a new one.

Great service from Josh and the team. I went past the Tigard store (my usual store as it is much closer to me) to get parts from them. The service and knowledge was well worth the drive.
