False advertisement it says on there post that they are paint and auto body and I called them and they said all they do is auto body

I seen these guys do a outstanding work from basic repairs to Auto body finishing these guys can handel any of your auto needs. And cost of service has always been right in line with the work. I have never felt like I was being taken by the mechanic like I was with my previous one. It's a breath of fresh air to find a mechanic that you can truly trust and do solid work. Great job guys! You've made me and my partner new lifetime clients!

This shop is amazing. From the outside it may not look like it but this is one of Portland hidden gems for auto body work and automotive repair. Great service, great personable staff, and a unbeatable price. Dang is a pleasure to work with, Scott and the other guy who I can't remember the name of at the moment the two best mechanics I have ever taken any of my vehicles to. There's not a thing they can't do. Mike thep and body guy is a true artist who you should feel honored to have fix and paint your vehicle. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I'll be a customer for Life

My lock and latch on my door was disabled after I had to break into it when I locked my keys in it. I dropped by my car and they immediately had one of their employees fix it. Took about 10-15 minutes. I don't think they had any intention to charge me but I asked how much and the manager recommended to give his employee a few bucks directly. Gave the guy a $20. I came out way ahead of course. Good guys at this location.

Dang was great, he provided excellent service and quality at a great price. He even threw in a few extras at no cost and gave us rental to use while our car was being worked on. Do not hesitate use Tom's Auto Body!

So I, a noob, screwed up some paint touch ups on my car and called Tom to ask for a quote about undoing my disastrous work. Per his request, I brought it in so he could take a look. Rather than charging me for anything or trying to get me to spend 2000 dollars in paint work, he simply showed me in 15 minutes how to undo my messy work and do it properly. Then he sent me on his way with a handshake. Tom s a great dude, probably the most straight-shooting auto guy I ve ever met. He s got a good sense of humor and he s patient. Highly recommend.

Took my car here to have it fully repainted in the same color. 2 weeks later they call me to pick it up and the thing looks like it was literally painted in a barn, not even kidding. Whoever painted my car clearly didn't even know how to paint at all. I've never seen so much orange peel in my entire life, ever. There were spots where it looks like they skipped clear coat altogether, and other spots that looked like they were clear coated. I am not exaggerating one bit when I say that this is hands down the worst paint job I've ever seen in my entire life. I honestly could have done a better job with a rattle can, not kidding.In addition to that, I had left $100 in my glove box as well as two gift cards. I had locked the glove box before dropping the car off, but upon picking it up I found that someone had broken the glovebox lock open with a screwdriver and stolen the gift cards and the $100. Clearly it was one of the guys in the shop, as they are all extremely shady, white trash people. One look at any of them and you'll instantly be able to tell that they aren't the type of people you could trust.I can't stress it enough, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are liars, criminals, and thieves.

I have a '98 Toyota Avalon and I needed to have it painted; the clear-coat was peeling off my hood. First went to Maaco, and they estimated the job at just under a thousand, to paint the whole car, which is a fair price.As a school teacher, I drive by Tom's Auto on Powell a lot, so I decided to stop in. The owner, Mr Dang, who has a crowded shop (busy), looked at my car and suggested that it would be better to just paint the front end, and he could blend & polish the rest of it in. The cost was much less than Maaco, but I was skeptical about the finished product.Fortunately when I picked up my car it looked fantastic! Even my critical neighbors were impressed with the paint job. Plus, the shop did a couple extra minor repairs and did not charge for it. Even though I didn't know anyone there, they treated me like a friend. I totally TRUST this shop and will take our cars there if the future.

Is very very poor very poor business very they have my car for 5 months and did not do no work I'll pick my car up on Saturday and my gas line hose was broke when I took my car to them the only thing was wrong with my car was my check engine light was on and it kept flashing flashing flashing and I told him to fix it they never fixed nothing on my car the gentleman who worked on my car was Dan but he did not work on my car he told me he was about to work on my car only if he get paid through my insurance company he did not give me a full inspection on my vehicle he did not do no work or keep in contact with me I will never take my car back to them cuz they did not do no work to my car and my gas line hose was split and it was never nothing's wrong with my car the only thing what's wrong with my car was my check engine light was coming on and it stayed on and it was flashing flashing flashing and I asked him can they give me a full inspection and they did not do nothing they have my car for 5 months and did not do no work to it

My grandma brought in her car to have the front brake pads and rear drum brakes replaced and the drum brakes barely engage and they never properly bled the brakes so she basically was driving a car with no brakes
