First time getting windows tinted. He walked us through our options, was patient with all of our questions and overall very helpful and friendly. Perfect result on the car, windows look stellar. I recommend the tint guy to anyone in the Portland area looking to upgrade the look of their vehicle.

Got car tinted last week (2022)Called on Monday morning, he had availability every day and I chose Thursday. I dropped my vehicle off 5 minutes before scheduled time.He explained the process, confirmed my tint level, confirmed price, and took my keys in under two minutes. 3 hour turnaroundTexted & called me when car was ready about 2.5 hours later.paid, picked up car, and he explained the drying process again less than 2 minutes.Professional, respected my time, and I genuinely enjoyed the interaction. The Tint Guy always does an amazing job. I have taken 4 vehicles to him and every time he has been kind, beyond courteous, professional, and so easy to work with. His product knowledge is impressive and I love that he never pushes products on you. He will give you the pros, cons, and answer any and all of your questions which allows you to make the best choice for your needs and your budget. I drive out of my way just to go to him every time and would not trust anyone else to do my tint. Richard was personable and professional and did a great job. We appreciated the time he took to educate us about our choices for how dark the tinting should be and thoughtful touches like putting a sticker on our window lowering mechanism so we wouldn't accidentally lower the window before the film had completely dried. Needed my windows tinting before I travel to Phoenix, Az soon. I was looking all over town for good rates and service. Then on a hum bug a place were I got my music service done was no longer there but a new business called the tiny guy. I assumed my appointment would be later in the week turned out to be same day service along with outstanding respect, service, timely manner.Richard top man for window tint service and more,customers service very outstanding. Would recommend the tint guy to all my fellow co-workers and friends. Being treated with respect goes along way with me and very good service. High Five...

The Tint Guy did a fabulous job tinting my windows. The quality was perfect! I called around and the price was very reasonable compared to other shops. The technician was very professional and quick. This is now the only place I would go to get my windows tinted in Portland.

Richard got me in the day after I called, my car was done in 3 hours just like he said, he was pleasant and knows what he's doing. Also, very thorough in explaining aftercare instructions. I would definitely recommend him!

Brought my brand new Tesla Model 3 down here after he said he could do it, but called me a couple hours later saying he didn't have the right size tint for the rear window but to make things worse he SCRATCHED the chrome trim on my car!!

Super easy to work with, warrantied work. This is the third vehicle I've had him tint in the last 6 years I still have the first with never an issue. After using other tinters in the past Richard is far and away the best.

Took my daughters car in for window tinting, she wanted the same tint as my car which was 35% we agreed left the car then when we came back to pick up the car it was not the tint we agreed on. He put on legal tint the car which was not what we asked for. He s never called us letting us know that he was going to change it just took it upon himself. Overall not satisfied with the work that was done.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Richard ( TINT GUY) does an extraordinary job. He has exceeeded all my expectations. I have brought 6 of my vehicles here and they all look great, even after a while. 1-10, I rate him a 20 ! That s the guy to go too for window tints, not my opinion but FACTS.

Don t waste your time doing business with this company. I ve made a scheduled appointment 2 weeks before and spoke to a gentleman who couldn t provide me with clear confirmation about film tint quality with local law restrictions. Called the week of my appointment regarding my questions and was never called back after leaving a voicemail including being hung up on while speaking to a rude employee. Definitely don t recommend Service: Vehicle window tinting
