Ordered a four link setup kit in March 2016. It is now June and I'm still currently waiting for some of the parts that were supposed to be included, were on the original packing list, yet still never showed up. I have been given the run around by the WORST customer service department I have seen in my days. I have left numerous messages with a few departments and received nothing in return. With us being a facility we followed the directions of our customer against our best advice and ordered from this company. We now have a customer vehicle waiting on these parts. If parts are not received within 72 hours of my last message left June 2nd I will be filing small claims suit for not only a refund of the incomplete kit that we can't use, but also for the time we have lost due to this being the only holdup in other fabrication. If there was an option to leave negative stars it would be appropriate.

I bought a shifter from them and it took two days to install. There was no legible instructions, the video was of the parts on different transmissions, nothing fit correctly, and I had to rework almost every part. Absolute garbage. Do not buy.

bought a Helix product from them, did not fit correctly, they copied another manufacturer as well, but couldn't do it right, I called them and they would not answer phone, message recording said there "having a unusual high call volume and to leave a message", that's a total lie they just not there to answer phone. and took two days to return call, they said they would refund the cost of the parts that I had to buy else where to get the job done right, sent several emails to Dylan with no response, terrible company to work with, you will find many bad reviews of this company all over the web. do not deal with this company, they have several names they do business under Manufacture of AutoLoc Power Accessories, Stellar Vehicle Security, Keep It Clean Wiring , Zirgo Cooling, Protocol Performance, Vintage parts, Aurora Instruments, & Helix Suspension, brake, Steering

I ordered a corner killer mustang 2 IFS and wow what a great front end. I watched the video and went over the intall instructions a few times and started in. I can't believe how nice the ride is. Awesome. The customer service is the best. They have gotten much better.cso happy with the quality of the parts I received.

Customer Service needs a kick in the pants to follow through on promises. Still waiting on a credit from items backordered in December but never delivered. Has taken numerous attempts to get this handled...I would recommend using another vendor for whatever you can.....I don't think they understand how to run a customer oriented business.....

I give you 1 star only because you managed to ship the product in a timely manner. Sadly the product is cheap China made stuff with horrible welds. These suspension parts are made for cars weighing under 2000 lbs. Do not buy for you custom build. You WILL be dissapointed!

Just wanted to let you know that after 15 years of buying products from your company - I am done..You will not make me look incompetent to my customer ever again - mind you, this is the 4th time you have done such in the last year..Your customer service and ordering department is absolute garbage..I am still perplexed how I can place an order on July 26th and it takes you till the 29th to process that order? Its now the 2nd of Aug and I'm willing to bet that I won't have my order till next week..Way to go guys!The sad part is you actually have nice products - too bad you didn't have decent personal to handle orders in a time efficient matter..Its sad that my business means nothing to you..

Last December 4, 2017 we made a purchase and we also paid urgent shipping to the city of San Antonio Texas, ....we are on March 27, 2018 and we have not received the items, they remained in the month of February to give us a refund on the credit card and it's time for nothing to happen.....This company is a FRAUDEl pasado 04 de diciembre 2017 hicimos una compra y ademas pagamos envio urgente a la ciudad de san antonio texas, ....estamos a 27 de marzo del 2018 y no hemos recibibo los articulos, quedaron en el mes de febrero de bonificarnos el dinero en la tarjeta de credito y es momento de que no sucede nada.....Esta empresa es un FRAUDE
