Amazing people. On my way to work I realized I had a flat tire. I went in to get it repaired and they fixed it in 20 minutes and didn't charge me a dime. Amazing service, amazing customer service. Will be back to buy tires.

This is my new go-to for all tire issues. Kym is great, and the service is 5 star plus. Walked in and was taken care of right away and great deal on a new tire sensor for my car. Very honest and trustworthy....

Ok this is very delayed as it occurred back at the end of August 2022. Our penske tire popped and we were on a tight timeline to make it to our destination about 2 hours away. "Shoop" hooked it up for us. He was an absolute angel and made sure we were taken care of. He communicated clearly, kept me calm, and got us on our way in 20 minutes. We ended up still being able to meet our labor on the other end of our trip. Incredible job and speedy service. Highly recommend if you are ever stranded on the side of the road.

They are Awesome. It was Saturday on Labor Day weekend. I had a flat on my truck and needed 2 new tires. I found a lot of tire stores where closed. I called Chris at Sutton s and she had the tires I needed. I went down there and she got me right in. I had the tires on my truck within 2 hours and back on the road. Thank you Chris.

They are a life saver! Excellent customer service and went above and beyond. We traveled to Portland for a appointment with no cash on hand and realized we had a flat tire. We stopped here because is was the closest place to fill up our tire, well ended up being more then just needing air it had a bolt in it. For free they removed the bolt and patched our tire. We are beyond thankful

Super nice folks. Came all the way from Se to adopt a kitten and tire started losing air on way. Stopped by the first shop we saw and it was them. They did the job with care and quickly. This shop will be my regular for any tire needs in future!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO VISIT!!Edit; I FORGOT to mention that they did the SERVICE FOR FREE!!! FREE! Lovely people!

Seriously one of the best tire experiences I ve ever had in an emergency situation to boot! Highly recommended!!I woke up this rainy Monday morning with a long list of things to do that immediately got shelved, when my tire pressure sensor light came on. Three shiny new nails from Home Depot were lodged into one tire - I m lucky my tire didn t blow!I called Sutton because their reviews are good and they were close. Jessie patched up my tire in less an hour without an appointment. The staff were kind and made for a pleasant experience. I m considering myself very lucky and truly appreciate the kind prompt service. Solid A+ Biz.

I called today and simply asked if it was possible to get a service call today for a flat on our box truck. I was told that it wouldn't be possible unless we work with them.When I asked if the fact that I bought the tires from them counted as working with them I got a snicker from the person on the other end of the phone, so yeah, I hung up.Here's the thing, not every company has a fleet of vehicles or can afford to have their only box truck rendered useless by having a front flat tire. This is a high stress situation. Don't laugh at a person calling in need of help.I bought these tires two years ago from y'all. Next time I need tires I'll spend my $1500 elsewhere, because apparently that doesn't count as working with your company.

Great tire shop to work with. A couple of weeks ago I started looking for new tires for my semi and Chris was very helpful with helping me select the proper tire for my application. (I haul rail containers) He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I felt the tires were reasonably priced. However, after just 2 weeks I noticed my fuel mileage dropped almost 1 MPG due to the high rolling resistance of this specific tire. I called the shop and explained what was happening to Ron this time and he was very receptive and understanding. After speaking to the warranty rep he offered to give me full refund on the tires. I only had to pay the up-charge on the new ones. I was not expecting that. I thought they would prorate the tires due to them having a couple thousand miles on them. I returned today and got the new tires, Salvador and Sean made short work of it. Overall, great customer service, friendly and efficient staff and all around good guys. This is a family owned operation and I highly recommend using them. I will definitely be a return customer.

Good people doing great business. I called and they got me right in. The info my car s computer was giving me was a false readying because it was never reset so they straightened it out for me and replaced the tire pressure sensor that wasn t reading. Balanced my tires and got me on my way. Excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it!

Great service, great family business! I always take my car to Sutton s for all my tire needs. I had a flat today and they took care of it quickly, and professionally and at no charge! They re always quick, the waiting area and bathroom clean, I have never had a less than good and easy experience working with them. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

I visited the shop a few weeks ago when my low tire pressure light came on. The gentlemen at the shop were nothing but helpful and friendly. They put air in the tire and let me know there could be a slow leak that should be checked out if the low tire pressure light came on again. Lo and behold, the low tire pressure light came on yesterday. I called Sutton to see when I would be able to come back in. They fit me in during my lunch hour and fixed my tire - turns out I had picked up a nail. I am grateful for this shop and the people who work there. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back if I need anything else taken care of with my car.

Great family-owned business. I highly recommend trusting them with all your tire needs. They are very professional, they won't steer you wrong or waste your time or sell you something you don't need. Update: if you need traction devices, they have you covered for tire Sox or chains, go in, see Kym and get your car safe for the winter season.

I m on a trip up the coast and got a flat. I looked up local tire shops in Portland because I ll be passing through there tomorrow. Whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude and impatient. He got very upset simply because I didn t know the exact tire size I needed off the top of my head. Best not to get angry at your potential customers. I ve never left a one star review in my life, but today s the day and I ll be finding some tires somewhere with a more helpful staff.

I wandered over to Sutton's intending to buy a new tire after getting a flat. I'm not a car guy, so any auto maintenance experience makes me slightly skeptical. That wasn't at all the case at Sutton's. Chris was super helpful, readily offered to have the tire patched and plugged free of charge, and answered all my tire-related questions. The whole thing was done in 10 minutes. No appointment needed, no waiting, and no anxiety. THAT is how you treat customers! When I do need new tires in the future, I'll be heading over to Sutton's.

Sutton s is the real deal for service and quality. My experience has been that they always try to repair tires that can be used again but also advise for safety and quality. I use them for fleet service and for my personal vehicles. Super friendly family service.

I drove from Washougal this morning to get a new set of Kelly Edge tires from Sutton's Tire & Chain, whose quoted price was the best value I could find in the region. The staff and management were very friendly and professional and didn't try to upsell me or add any hidden fees. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a great new set of tires with thick tread that ride smooth and quiet. They went the extra mile to replace the mismatched lugs on one wheel and to restow my spare underneath my van. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs new tires on their vehicle. Excellent service. Family run. I had a flat and stopped in without calling ahead or anything and they changed my tires in under an hour. Also very reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will go back again.

Best Tire Shop in PDX, hands down, best in prices, quality tires and costumer service.I bought tires for my work van here, drove it home, it drove super smooth. I came back and had them balance the tires on my other 2 vehicles fixing the vibration problem from a bad balance/tire installion from a different tire shop.I will never go to a different tire shop, they have my business for life. Anytime I hear someone neededing tires I tell them to go here. Lesson learned, sometimes we try to save a little money and we go to tire shops having "deals", cheap comes out expensive at the end, instead look for Quality, GO TO SUTTON's TIRE & CHAIN!

I went to the les schwab down the road only to have some other than pleasant service from the front counter lady. They even said I couldn t change my own tire on their premises. So... I came down here to Sutton s and John was very quick to assist me. Great experience and all around nice people. Highly recommend! They got me and my family back on the road in under 25 mins after getting the nail out of my tire and patching it.

Came in with a broken tire chain. They were able to help me sort it out gave me a part to make it work again and did not direct me to a new set of chains. They wouldn't accept a payment for the part, just asked that I come back when I need a new set of chains. Wonderful.

I have always had such great service from Sutton's Tire & Chain....specifically from their employee Kim! She does great work and always tries her hardest to find what you need that fits in your budget! I will for sure take my car back when needed!

Highly recommend Suttons tires. Had trouble finding tires for my vehicle and they were able to get tires and have them on and out the door weeks before anyone else could.

I ran over something that punctured my tire a couple blocks away from the store. I pulled into the parking lot, and they started helping me even before they were supposed to be open. Excellent service and I definitely recommend them.
