If you have a European car and you want it repaired properly, I HIGHLY recommend this place. John obviously cares about getting the job done correctly. He fought with my insurance company when they wanted to use aftermarket parts and submitted multiple additional claims when he found damage beyond the initial estimate from GEICO. I ll never take my VW anywhere else.Friendly, honest, and professional. 10/10.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! After being gobsmacked by an outrageous estimate to fix a leak at Toyota of Portland (for which they had the audacity to charge me $190 to "diagnose" and left my interior sopping wet) I came here where the manager, Daniel, and the team fixed it all and them some for literally half the price. These guys are the best!

I recently had to have a family member's car repaired after they had an unexpected medical emergency. John made this easy for our family. He kept his word, communicating regularly with our family and most importantly dealt with the insurance company and updated me with the instructions I needed to get this job done right and in a timely manner.I will recommend this business to all of my friends and family if they ever find themselves in need of auto body repair.Thank you again for the excellent work and timely manner.-C.

I have a vintage VW that needed major and minor paint and body repairs. My classic Volkswagen Bus has been hired for movies, been in commercial VW part catalogs, calendars and special events. We also take it to VW shows. When looking for a shop, it was important to know that we were heard and understood, both for costs and timeline. I was also concerned about the care while at the shop. John Spinnett listened, and then I made him listen to more. I love my VW. - I wrote a note, several in and out of my VW. - This type of work is science and art. This job was both. We had expectations and a budget. We worked together on choices, options and what had to be done. If you need a quote for your vintage VW paint and body work, if you need a repair shop that hears you, and cares about these special classic vintage VW Vans, give John a call. We need shops like this one. They keep us going. I am grateful for their hard work and willingness to work on my vintage VW camper Bus.

When I worked with John Spinnett at Steve s Collision, I had an excellent experience. We had some difficulty with some t-top seals on an 87 Z31 and a gnarly spoiler. But he communicated well, did great work and ensured my experience was positive one. I highly recommend working with him because he will do what it takes to create a positive experience for his customers and make sure that they are happy with the work.

My 2017 Mercedes was in a hit and run which totally sucked but John and his team made it look better than new and insisted on new parts from my insurance company, when the insurance company wanted to just repair it. I wanted it to be restored to new. I can t thank Steve s Auto Body, John and the whole team enough for doing such a stellar job! I also am super busy running a business and they were prepared when I dropped off my car so I was in and out in a few minutes and the same when I came to pick it up. I had been traveling and had just taken an Uber from the airport straight to the shop and they literally had me all taken care of and on my way home so fast. I really appreciated that! If you want a top notch, no hassle, super friendly and efficient place to repair your car, look no further! They even took care of my needed maintenance for me through Steve s imports auto repair division (which specializes in Mercedes so I knew I was in good hands!). Thanks again!

Had two different things fixed and nether are good. Communication was horrible. Took a month and my battery was completely dead upon pickup. My mirror is falling off, the door lock dosen't work like it did when I took it to them.
