I got a flyer in the mail from them and wanted to check them out since I usually go to jiffy lube but wanted to try something else. I stopped in 830am Monday morning and the person behind the desk greeted me barely while staring at his computer. I told him my situation while he stared at the computer. I told him I could make an appointment if there was no availability today. He said there was only two oil changes ahead of me and they could look at it around 1030a. I agreed and rented a scooter to drive home because I was trying to save money. 6 hours later no word and I called them to check in on it and they said that something came up and they weren't able to even look at my car today. But if I wanted to leave it to tomorrow they could look at it. Thanks for keeping me updated while I sat around car-less all day. No apology or attempt to rectify. I've been working in customer service for 23 years and this was terrible.

Very friendly customer service, they can text you what's wrong with your car and show you pictures of it! I was impressed with that because it feels like your not being ripped off. The prices were reasonable,. I mean oil change for under $40, unheard of even for a special. Thanks I'll be coming back!

Great place with awesome people who are helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They won't try and oversell you on anything, but they will keep you informed. I was able to make an oil change appointment online. When I called the next morning to adjust my services, they were kind and understanding- Thanks, Doug!!My car is running happy, the cost was respectful- and I'm more than willing to go back and get the "big stuff" done.So, about the big stuff - this is the second time these guys have come through with helping me and the people Ive recommended to them. They got my friend in the same week for brakes and rotars, with a respectful price (less he was being quoted by other companies) and the quality with the amount of care these amazing people put into their work really shows. That alone is priceless. I'm so thankful to have found these people and I can't recommend them enough.

took my 2015 civic si here. just wanted to get a diagnostic because i had been having clutch problems. dropped the car off on a friday, and didn t get a answer about what the diagnosis was till wed. not to mention, shop said they d need it till monday (over the weekend). monday rolls around, no call no update NOTHING. asked them multiple times for a quote. took them nearly a week to get a price. constantly had to nag and call these people just to get a answer. felt like they kinda were beating around the bush. after picking the car up shortly after the car wasn t able to shift in reverse much less any gears. don t recommend this shop if time is of the essence or your time is valuable.

This place was Stellar in my opinion. Very professional, kind, knowledgeable and honest. I brought a friends van in for her that supposedly had a bad alternator. They checked it out and turns out it was just the battery. They also gave me a ride. They were so helpful and even gave me a ride back. Thank you for an easy experience. Jeremiah and the technicians at Stellar were amazing in helping me out with basic car maintenance and helping me get my car fixed up to pass for a vehicle inspection to get my car tags. They really went above and beyond with customer service. This a business that has gained my trust completely!

Very trustworthy people. Could ve told me I needed new shocks and brakes and I wouldn t have known better, but problem was an easy fix and they charged very little.

I had a coupon for a Full Synthetic oil change and free inspection (I think it was for $39.99 + additional fees for disposal, etc). The total came out to be $48.30. Receptionist was very nice and they did an amazing job on my car and pointed out some things on my car that I didn t know. Would recommend!

I went to have my oil changed...and the young man doing the work found a lot of serious problems..so serious that is unsafe to drive..so Josh and the young man probably saved my life. If not for them I would have not known about the problems. Thank you Stellar Auto!!

They did try to up sale me after their oil change special (which is obviously why they have an oil change special) and because they were looking for things to fix they took a very long time.I don t want to disparage them, I m sure they are as good as most repair shops.

I bought a used car. Stellar checked it out and serviced what was needed. They did not do or charge for services not needed. I have confidence my car is road worthy now.

Warning, warning, warning, They are a new local company that sent out a coupon in the mail for full synthetic oil change $39.99 and alignment for $99. Advertising that they do not upsell. But while I waited for my oil change they upsold everyone who came. Told one customer alignment is 125 for just front or 145 for all four with a sign out on the sidewalk that says alightment $99. Every customer who asked for the 39.99 full synthetic oil change infront of me was charged double. After I waited for my car to be pulled in, my oil was drained and the manager Jeremiah said its going to be 79.99. I said I made an appointment for the 39.99 coupon that you guys just sent out an handed him the flyer. He said well if you want it done that's the price, after they had drained the oil out of my car. So I was forced to pay the price. While I was waiting two couples came in with complaints as well for being over charged and the services taking longer. With a set appointment for noon. My car was pulled in at 1pm and finished at 2pm. Not convenient, not consistent, not professional Not recommended.

I love Stellar! They re so kind, trustworthy and just wonderful people. When I get any work done they check in the next day to see how everything is going. I really appreciate the care they put into serving their customers. I ve found my forever mechanic! Vanessa (my 2000 Astro) is grateful for the star treatment as well. Between my partner and I, we've used Stellar Auto Repair 3 times for Oil Changes and headlight replacement and they've been wonderful. They are no Jiffy Lube and the oil change takes about an hour, but they also check for other Issues and give you recommendations with pricing. Not a hard sell like others. Nice comfortable waiting room as well.Service: Oil change

They charged over $1k to replace spark plugs and clean fuel injectors.The vehicle ran better before being brought to them.After their "service" the vehicle was running rough and the check engine light came on.After that happened said vehicle was returned and the tech said a cable was loose and that would fix it.Fast forward 2 hours and the same problem happened.Again the vehicle was brought in and the tech claimed the items they purchased might be bad.They said if it were to happen again (that being the 3rd time) they would replace the parts free of charge while still charging for the labor.Jump ahead to the 4th time in and the car is still worse than as it initially came in with absolutely no refunds or discounts offered.The receptionist wouldn't even allow me to talk to the tech..

This is a neighborhood shop, I appreciate the convenience. The owners and staff operate like a team. They are candid about their labor / diagnostic rate per hour. They are judicious with their billing. I brought a list of what I had done to solve my codes and they took that into consideration. I felt the experience was similar to a cooperation. When discussing a repair, the manager tabulated the labor and pulled the parts from the shelf to verify-in this case, a water pump. Additionally, they recommended against a costly repair that I thought I needed until their mechanic noted the procedure was not necessary. I appreciate that because it shows they trust the expertise of their mechanic and they are not trying to "pad" a bill by conducting unnecessary work. This saved me money in the end. My truck is running optimally now, no check engine lights and emissions passed. I have a 2004 Chevy Colorado with 44,000 miles on it. I had some small repairs that needed to be complete (headlight switch, actuator and taillight replacement). They were honest, upfront and keep me informed all the way through the repair. I cannot express my appreciation for Stellar. They will definitely be getting all my business in the future. The manager there was really cool, Jeremiah is his name. Sorry if that s spelled wrong!They took great care of my car, and were done in a timely manner. We will definitely be back to get the front brakes done, also would recommend anyone that s looking to get their car fixed to go there!Service: Brakes

My 2012 Scion needed an annual inspection, oil change and tire rotation. The Stellar Auto team took care of what I needed. Jeremiah- at the front desk- was super nice, and made sure I understood exactly what I was being billed for. Prices were reasonable for what was done. Great experience. I was promptly scheduled and service was as planned. The reception fella was super friendly and informative without being condescending. Stella performed my service with excellence and recommended future maintenence service without being overbearing. Stellar auto is Stellar. The Ownership is amazing. Mechanics are uniformed. Professional and they give you an honest assessment. Great place! I brought in my 2003 Chevy. This place is clean and retro and has cool art inside.

We were on a trip and heading home to Seattle. While on 84 our car broke down for an unknown reason. We called a tow truck and got it towed to the nearest VW service center and after we arrived they told us they couldn t help us even though their service center told us they could over the phone. After the terrible service and feeling out of luck we found Stellar Auto. Not only did they help us out they treated us like family. My husband and I had our two children and our family dog with us so to say we were stressed is an understatement. Kala with Stellar Auto spoke to us with compassion and even offered to drive us to the hotel we were staying. They kept us informed and truly went above and beyond what they needed to do. They were able to get us back on the road the following day. The manager Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with and if it wasn t for these two and their staff I don t know what our family would have done. After we left we got multiple texted from Kala checking on us. I can t thank them enough and appreciate the fantastic service. Thank you for getting us home!!
