My mom's car was sadly keyed on her hood by someone or something. Courtney was awesome and quick to get an estimate started for me while Fernando was fantastic about explaining what would be needed, how it would all be done, and how much in total it would cost. Arturo did an extraordinary job and even went above and beyond to help with some other minor scuffs and chips from rocks on the highway that were on other body parts of the vehicle. The price is fair and the work along with customer service is exceptional! If you're looking for a trustworthy and locally owned body shop that is there to help you, then this is the place for you!

This place is awesome and honestly I wouldn t go anywhere else. I ve been here twice now and have been extremely happy both times. Courtney and Fernando are always a pleasure to work with, very genuine and friendly!! The time it takes to get my car in and the time it takes to get it fixed is so insanely fast compared to what I ve heard from other people going anywhere else! My car looks brand new and I couldn t be happier! Thank you!! :)

Thank you to the amazing staff! They helped me navigate the insurance process which was super foreign to me being my first time going through an insurance claim. I so appreciate the time they took to explain how insurance claims operate. Not to mention the quality of their work - phenomenal! You wouldn't even know that my car was involved in a collision.

Fernando and team elevate the experience of customer service! Speeds staff worked earnestly and creatively to solve a minor but tricky body repair where replacement parts were not available, and an insurance company unresponsive to customer or shop requests. In the end, my car came out better and I have a partner for helping to solve future auto body challenges!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Speed s was excellent, they went well out of their way to be helpful to me. I was finding it difficult to find a shop that was able to estimate and repair my car inside of 2 months time. Speed s was also busy but had enough empathy to help me out anyway.They also made the entire interaction stress free by keeping me completely informed with scheduling, status and detailed invoice.Their work was perfect as well.Based on my experience I can recommend Speed s without reservation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Without doubt, the finest company I've worked with. The dedication, care, and genuine concern everybody has for your vehicle, budget, and time is really impressive.Damage my SUV in a couple of places; speaking to Courtney, who was so kind, thoughtful, and honest about timescale, insurance/cost implications etc. When assessing, they taped the area to make it waterproof and that pretty much lasted until work began, a month or so later.Fernando was exceptional; providing updates, and confirming a price reduction, when part recheck was done.The line of communication was timely, and exactly the info needed.Finally, the quality of work was PERFECT. Plus, they should consider a side line in detailing, as the mirror shine of my vehicle was a real surprise!This is how all companies should be.Thank you, Speed's Auto Body, for doing everything perfectly, exactly as asked and expected, and coming across as genuinely lovely people, too.

Fernando and Courtney were absolutely wonderful. The best customer service, as well as amazing work completed on my car. It looks brand new again. The team at Speeds did some incredible work repairing my Nissan Rogue after it was t-boned in a collision. Fernando and Courtney were great to work with. They did all the coordination with the insurance company and made sure everything was 100% on the car. It looks and drives like new. We had an excellent experience with Speeds. Our auto mechanic recommended them and I can see why. Great communication with Courtney and Fernando. They had experience working with our insurance company, which made the whole process seamless (including successfully negotiating with our insurance company to cover more repairs than the initial insurance estimate). When they were done, they even cleaned the exterior AND interior of the car. Car looked brand new. I hope I don t need a Auto Body shop again, but if I do, I ll definitely use Speeds.

First time ever working with an auto body shop, the workers here were so unbelievably kind, caring, and helpful. My car looks great, and I'm super happy with the advice and care that the workers put into my vehicle and my time. Not sure if auto body shops typically clean interior when doing service, but they cleaned the outside and interior and it really made my day to come back to a clean car. I came by to ask for help getting the splash guard back onto my van. I was missing the bolts/clips and was just asking for help figuring out the size to get - instead, I left with everything I needed to reattach it myself, at no charge. I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me, but the free help and getting to talk about loving our old cars was appreciated! Thank you!!

Top quality repairs on my vehicle. Couldn t be happier. These guys were great from start to finish. Very informative. The communication during the process was nothing short of perfect as I had updates during the entire process. Speeds left me very happy & would definitely recommend to all my friends and family! Also a local business which is a major major plus!

When the technician told me that Speed s could re-attach the old bumper, I knew I d come to a great place. He could have said I d have to buy a new one, and I wouldn t have known any better. Instead he saved me more than $1,000 - and the repair people did an excellent job of re-attachment. Courtney, who runs the office, is pleasant, organized, and articulate, and she does not over-promise on any aspect - what you get from her is what happens. No one there talked down to me (I m female). I can t recommend the place highly enough.

Even though Matt retired the two gentlemen who took over seem to be running the shop with the same high quality service. I knocked off a piece of trim on my 2004 Honda CRV. They were able to reattach it at no cost to me. It took them about 15 minutes to fix it. This is great customer service and I will keep bringing all my vehicles to them for body work. In my opinion, it is still the best shop in town.Service: Body & Trim

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at an Autobody shop. Fernando was kind, considerate, helpful, and very genuine. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all and truly felt like they were they were trying to help me out in anyway that they could. They were easy to call and communicate with and followed through on everything exactly as planned. Everything was quick and efficient and they explained everything really well. You can take your car here in confidence!

I had a great experience at Speed s when they helped fix my Subaru s bumper after a slight run-in with a post (oops!) They were friendly and really easy to work with, offered a great online estimate service, kept me updated on the process, and prioritized using high quality parts, even when it meant a few days delay in the repairs. I really appreciated their work and recommend Speed s!

Went to Speed's for a fender bender. Everyone else I called told me it would be close to a month or more to even do an estimate. Speed's got me in the next week for a preliminary check and then scheduled the appointment to fix it the next week! Unbelievably professional and friendly! This is a top tier auto body shop with hardworking ethical owners. I've sent my car to repaired woth Arturo and he always does an amazing job. Now that he owns his own shop, he brings the same level of service to every aspect of his business. I couldn't recommend him more!

I got some bodywork done by Speed s a couple months ago. I was happy with the service and workmanship. I came back through recently to get a small issue with the door addressed and it seems that they are under new management. I cannot say enough about how I was received, and my issue addressed immediately and without any questions or charges. They are great, focused on quality and customer service, and are already earning loyal customers. If they can keep this up, are going to be incredibly successful.Service: Body & Trim

I have been very pleased with Speeds. I had a dent in my bumper and the corner bracket had broken so that the bumper protruded from the car's body. I went to Mackin's, where I have taken my other car before, and they said they could not fix the bumper and it had to be replaced (at considerable cost). By contrast, Speeds was able to remove the dent and re-secure the bumper for about a third of the cost of replacing it. They were great. I will use them again and urge others to do so.Since I used Speeds initially, they have been acquired by a new owner, Arturo, and I have been amazed that, if anything, Speeds is now better than before. Arturo is a real professional and is extremely customer friendly. His charges are very reasonable and his work and work ethic are second to none. What a find!!!!

Fernando was incredibly helpful the entire MONTH my car was in the shop (and awaiting parts from Sweden). I received many emails with updates, a lengthy phone call with above and beyond information to support with my claim, and at pick up, received a thorough walk through of everything worked on and fixed.So thankful for the entire team!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unreliable. Got an estimate and had a date scheduled for body repairs on November 15. Called weeks in advance to get parts pre ordered: left a message but never heard back. Followed up again. They said that due to a technician issue they did not take any new repairs. Mine was already scheduled and just got canceled when I inquired. They did not bother calling me or sending me a message. A month wasted. Find another place.

Miguel was super amazing! He fixed something on the bottom of my car in no time. I was able to pull up and he fixed it no problem. He was super friendly and helpful! As a girl I didn t know exactly what needed to be fixed but he explained things in a way I understood and had me leave knowing I don t have to worry.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My experience with Matt has been great, the best service I have received from a auto shop. I am a car guy and collector enthusiast and very particular about the quality of work performed. I had a special part that needed painted and installed. He was the cheapest of 3 quotes I received, but I am always a little hesitant about going with the cjheapest bid as you usually get what you pay for. But I had seen the many positive reviews and decided to go with this shop. The repair was flawless and done on time. Not only that, another vendor who had done some earlier work had left a couple of small chips and dings in the door panel. I pointed it out to Matt when I brought the car in just to get his thoughts, not asking him to do anything. When I picked up my car and got home later, I noticed Matt had taken the time to "touch up" the dings. He didn't mention anything to me about repairing it and never charged me a penny for the added work. What a class act! I am a business owner myself and was extremely impressed... Matt made a fan out of me.

Speeds does great work and goes the extra mile if needed to make sure you are satisfied. My brand new car wasn't quite back to original condition after the initial fix but I brought it back and they took an hour to make it just like new. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally but a show of class is to own them and make things right while still keeping the same positive attitude.Matt runs a great shop; fair, honest, thorough and up front about the process and limitations and expectations.
